I give it 3 stars because the sides have a tendency to roll up a little at the hips despite the adhesive. Nonetheless, a nice option for tummy control and easier to get off than other shapewear when you have to use the potty!

The XL was perfect since I did not wish to push flesh from one area to another & just wished to have a smooth look under a dress or slack. I am 5' 4" & have a long torso. Though at first I thought it might be too long, I actually prefer it since it lands just at my bra line & my bra is just over it which gives one smooth look.
