I have had two back injuries, I've had to resort to women's shapewear because all the men's back braces and shapewear tend to pinch the injured area. The Miraclesuit has panels that run up and down, and the compression in front, which works perfect. The only drawback is the front part of the torso runs tall in the front. After reading the reviews, I thought that this would be a great slimmer to wear under my bridesmaid dress. However, nothing could be further from the truth. My dress was truffle brown and made of satin. Not only did this slimmer NOT make me look "10 lbs slimmer" - as the ad claims (at best it made me look 2 lbs lighter), but you could see the lines of the stomach panel underneath the dress. This fit like a dream! Really comfortable, but holds me in. I love the no seam at the bottom of the legs - they have nice rubbery grips that prevent ride-up and don't show even under thin pants. This may be good if you have no thighs, but for me, the garment's panty line seams accentuated my saddle bags and showed through trousers. Not a good fit for me - I need one smooth line with no seams.

This is BY FAR the best slimmer out there! It provides extra firm control in all of the right places... tummy, butt and upper thighs. It takes some getting used to to put it on properly so there isn't any "crotch drag" or roll down in the back. It helps to pull it up and wear it under your bra in the back. I've worn one everyday, even to workout in, for the last year now and they hold up very well. Good quality. I started out in a 2XL and after losing 140lbs. I continually kept ordering smaller sizes of this product and now I'm in a M....wishing they made a size S. I've tried many other brands, models of shapers and this is the one I continue to go with. This item is wonderful! I read the sizing and it fits perfect. It holds everything in and it stays in place. The nude color was great under my wedding gown. I've read the note regarding roll down. My first attempt at wearing this garment was to have the crotch too low, which also pulled at my jeans. Once I got the knack of hiking up the crotch and gently smoothing out the midriff, roll down did not occur. Hope that helps. Liz from Brooklyn

I regularly order multiples of this item for many reasons, the obvious of which is that it truly slenderizes with firmer support that most other shapewear and is comfortable. Years ago I bought a slinky size 12 dress on sale because it was just so beautiful. I have won it exactly once. This is a great slimmer. I own 3. Absolutely love them. The only complaint I have is on occasion it tends to roll down in the back. Once you find the optimal height on your back to pull it to, it rests without rolling or moving. I had owned three Miraclesuit Hi-waisted long-legged garments in 2008 and was quite pleased with them. These had the silicone in the waist which prevented roll down during the day. They were ultra firm and confortable. Unfortunately Miraclesuit no longer has the silicone waist and I had to return it as roll down is an issue. Robin from Inglewood, CA

It does the job it says but I should have paid closer attention to its not having a crotch opening. To me that was it's only downsize. I'll wear it but not for long periods of time due to this limitation. Jan

I had read the previous customer reviews regarding sizing which helped me decide the correct size for me. This product was as advertised, the size worked well for me and loved the material. It did stay up as stated and was very comfortable to wear. The only downside is that this does not have the opening in the crotch area for bathroom so that could be a problem for some. I had to completely pull it down & back up again after using the bathroom which was not a good thing. I thought I had read it did have a bathroom opening but I was looking at quite a few different ones so it was my fault but I do think the next one I get would definitely have the opening. The "Miraclesuit Wonder Edge Hi-Waist Long Leg Slimmer" did just what it advertised - made me look about ten lbs slimmer. The tummy control area is the strongest and the long legs were perfect for preventing cut-off bulging on my legs. The legs stayed in place really well (and comfortably), but the top did want to roll down a bit(hence 4, not 5 stars). The suit was surprisingly comfortable for something that provides firm control. HerRoom also provided great customer service for a pain-free exchange for a different size. I recommend both this product and this seller! Carie from WA
