This bra is good for small breasts, especially if you're not full on the top portion of breast. Because the cups aren't deep, I didn't have gapping (empty space) at the top. The low cups are much better. By the end of the day, however, I was happy to take it off, but that's true for all bras except those with absolutely no support. Angel from Ayer, MA
