I just have to jump in here....this bra is GREAT. Very comfy, nice cleavage enhancement. FOLLOW THE SIZE CHART. Very closely....it just will not accomodate bigger boobs than what each size says it will. d from OH

As I recall, I ordered by size and received "large." It is sort of smallish for 42C. I would suggest ordering a size larger.

HerRoom Response: As our size chart on this garments shows, the largest size only fits up to a 40C.
