This garment stays up on me, it does not roll down at all. I usually purchase shapewear in a size M, but I got this one in an S and I'm glad because the fit is great. I look very curvy in this item. And it's actually pretty comfy for shapewear. I modified this panty. I don't need any rear shaping/smoothing which makes me look flat back there. So I cut the garment's buttocks and made it into a thong and it is great! Before wearing I will give the thong part a few good tugs; this eliminates tightness in the crotch area and I am wedgie-free. So I have to give this piece five stars for shaping and adaptability! ;D Arden from California, USA

I am slim but my stomach is not flat. I weight 124 pounds. I ordered this control brief in size small. It doesn't stay up. There needs to be more spandex at the top of this brief so that it will not slide down. Regina from Tennessee

smooths out the tummy - but like any garment designed to cling to your ribcage, by mid afternoon, it started to slip and i found myself reaching up under my blouse in an attempt to tuck it under my bra in hopes that it would stay up. i think I'll try some more body suits, which generally feel too confining and get a wee bit uncomfortable in the New Mexico summer heat. I normally don't write reviews on line, but this item is so great I had to. I did not buy it from this site because it had not been reviewed so I wanted to tell others I highly recommend it! I bought this item for my garment to wear when I got out of my compression garment after hernia repair and abdominoplasty. The plastic surgeon required me to wear another garment for 3 months that was supportive and did not have seams. I tried a lot of garments on. This was by fair the most comfortable and flattering!
