This bra is definitely true to size. I am 5'5", 130 lbs., and normally wear a 32DD. I ordered a S(DD) and it fits perfectly. However, this bra is not good for high impact (running). It is good for medium to low impact (weight lifting, yoga, walking, pilates). I love the zipper front but am not wild about the strap design that fits close to your neck. It is somewhat uncomfortable.

great for low impact sports. (road cycling,walking, golfing) Not so great for jogging - wouldn't call this a no bounce but it is more comfortable with the racer style back. Chris from Arvada Colorado

I liked the hook at the top of the zipper, the assurance that the zipper will not come undone is very nice. The only problem that I have with this bra is that the straps are high on the shoulder and rub against my skin a bit more than I like. I recommend this bra and would purchase it again.
