Fits, flatters and doesn't have those lines I keep seeing these days on every other bra I try on - the ones topside, near the underarm. Not everyone will know what these are but if you have them you might be my age and will know what I mean. No bulging, squeezed-together cleavage at the front either, so I can wear *slightly* scoop-necked tops and t-shirts without getting the hubba-hubba. This bra doesn't scream anything and it makes my clothes fit better. Best bra ever, especially for women who want to look subtly terrific. purchased this item

I wear a 32DDD and I have trouble finding bras that fit and I can afford. I wear a lot of Lunaire bras. I was excited to try this one because I can wear it under T shirts (most of their bras are so lacy you can't do that). I really like it. My only complaint is that it rubs my arm pits in the front, especially if I try to wear it criss-crossed or halter. But as long as I leave the straps normal and on the edge of my shoulders, it's pretty comfortable, I even wore it for an 11 hour shift at work with no trouble. Marie from Denver Colorado

I returned this bra after trying it on. This is the largest cup size that they make, and let me tell you, it's definitely not comparable to a real DDD in other manufacturers (too small). The lace trim across the top of the cup doesn't really stretch, so it cuts into your boob. In addition, the supposed "comfort" features lead to a bra that is totally unsupportive.

However if you are new to the line you will have to establish your size by trying on the garment and going up or down on sizing as we cant compare sizing with other manufacturers. I really like the fit, but there are a couple things that I would have preferred different. The straps are really close to my arms. So they are itchy from the new bra, and not just the normal areas. Also, one comment said that they didn't have a problem with falling out even though the cups aren't full coverage. I must say that I am having that problem. Especially when I am goofing off. Other than that, I love having a bra that is the right size!!!

Lunaire Response: It seems that you might be having a sensitivity issue to the fabric as itching should not occur. As to the spilling out of the garment when doing activities this can occur being that the silhouette of the bra is intended to give a slight lift, I would recommend using a full coverage bra/ sports bras when doing any impact activities to avoid spillage. I love this bra -- the price, the fit, the quality. It's a lifesaver, as there are very few convertible options in my size, especially at this price point. I gave it 4 stars since the clasps on the front dig into my arm when the straps are crossed in the back. But I still wear it that way occasionally, and there's no discomfort at all when it's worn as a regular bra. Laura from TX

This bra is super comfortable and very supportive. I have a strange size, 34E so finding comfortable bras that are also pretty is hard. Usually bras in my size look and feel like a straight jacket. I appreciate the style of this bra - it has sex appeal, and fits well. I usually have a hard time finding both of those things in one bra. A great fit. I recently had breast reduction surgery and had an extremely difficult time trying to find a bra that fits me. Many bras would fit in the band area, but the straps wouldn't be long enough to be comfortable. I find that the Lunaire Whimsy bras are a great fit and are very comfortable. The non-stretch fabric used in the cups and band and the elastic straps provide just the right amount of support and comfort. ...A good price and delivered promptly in a lovely tissue wrapping. It is one of the most comfortable bras I own, but sometimes the straps will dig into my shoulders if I wear them a certain way or long enough. It is a little small on me, cup size, but I am sort of in between sizes so maybe this is why the straps dig into me. Overall, a great bra and I'm ordering more from the whimsy collection! I absolutely love the fit of this bra! I purchased it after buying the Lunaire Aruba bra on a whim, and every Lunaire bra I've bought fits like a dream. I think it's going to be my go-to budget brand. This bra isn't completely full coverage, but I NEVER fall out of it like I do with other bras. I have to bend and lift a lot at work, and with this bra I never have to readjust myself back into the cups throughout the day. I can even put on my tightest t shirt, and you can't see the lace line through it at all. Love that it came with an extra pair of straps, too. I'm always afraid I'll lose the removable straps on these types of bras and lose $50, but this bra was priced right and I never have to worry about losing the straps! I feel like most bras I purchase look great on the B Cup model but never fit me right. This one does! I'm sending back the Maidenform T Shirt bra I purchased and exchanging it for this one in a second color. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in Nude. Wyoh

Really love the coverage and that I don't have to worry about if my headlights should be on. Love that I can wear it all ways and the straps are wide and made strong. With my small frame and wide traps, the straps on many bras seem to fall off, but not so far w/this bra. I recommend it, worth the money. This bra gives good support and is pretty comfortable. The coverage is not too much, but not too little. It is lined, so nipple show through shouldn't be a concern. I didn't like how it looked and fit as a halter style bra, but as a regular bra, it's fine. It's a good bra for the price. Leigh Anne from PA

What I like about this bra is that it covers my breasts efficiently and there is no spillage over the top. The band is tight to my body--not too tight, but tight nonetheless. It's a good deal and I like the fact that you can change the straps. It fit very well. JC from California
