I ran my first 5K in this bra and it was great! I felt so supported. I want to get it in other colors. Tried the 34C first, but that was too small, so I think the sizing is just right. Anne from NC

This bra seemed to be a perfect fit when I first tried it on. It was very comfortable and not cumbersome, but supportive too. Unfortunately, when I put it on again to actually wear it, I found that the underwire in the center panel sticks out from my chest despite lots of room in the cup, and that the band size is probably too small, since it rides up in the back. I probably could have used a smaller size (even though I measured according to the Her Room measurements), but I have already removed the tags. So, I'm stuck with a too big bra.

HerRoom Response: When your back rides up, this means your band size is too large. You should go down. Try a 40F. Also, it could be that your underwires are bent. You can straighten them. Erin from Arlington, TN

superior support & shaping, I wear this as an everyday bra. It looks great under everything, and is the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. Submitted from TheUndies.com

I am looking for a no bounce sports bra to run in. I would not market this bra as a "high-impact" sports bra for D cup sizes. There was very little movement suppression offered from this bra. Also bothersome was the conical shape of the cups. Very 1950's/ Mad Men. Liana from San Diego, CA

One of the most comfortable sports bras I have ever worn! I've used it for running and high impact aerobics and notice much better support and minimal "bounce" compared to my previous sports bras. Cindy from Portsmouth, Virginia / USA

Maybe it was the style, but it did not fit at all. Cups were too big and too cone shaped. MT from Arlington VA

I ordered 38C but cups seem a little too big. Cups are a little pointy (vs round) Overall great support and that is what I care about. I would buy it again. Christine from Canton,MA

This is a fantastic sports bra! The underwire is really supportive, yet comfortable. The straps don't dig in, and the band on the bottom doesn't either. I love to run, so I am so glad I found a supportive bra that keeps everything in place and keeps me from bouncing up and down so much. Jennifer from California

I normally wear a 44 E/F depending on the size but based on recommendations here got the smaller size. I'm glad I did. The bra itself is supremely comfortable, and fits under tanks very well. It is cut a bit high in front and sometimes peeks out, but it's not bad. My only wish is that it were cut 1/2" lower in front. There is NO slippage on the straps at all, which can be a complaint of mine. Susan from Eagan, MN, USA

This is a great bra for running. I read tons of the reviews before buying, watched lots of the bounce videos and checked out many other available bras. I'm sometimes a 36D, but like a tighter fit for running and the 34DD was right on for me. I do wear a Champion sport bra top over my running bras and will continue to do so because I really hate any movement in my breasts while on a run. The adjustable straps are a great feature and Lunaire seems to have fixed the wire problem that many mentioned because there was no problem whatsoever. I feel like I got a fantastic sports bra at a reasonable price and I'm going to order several more. Thanks to Her Room and everyone who reviews the products. I am a well informed customer who is very satisfied. Lee from Acton, MA

It has been a great sports bra! It can even handle the treadmill, which I usually avoid in favor of elliptical. The front seams haven't been a problem, as I usually just wear old T-shirts to the gym. I guess it could be a problem with a sheer shirt though. I had to order a cup size down. When I got the 34DD, the cups puckered a little. (I would be a 35D1/2 if bras came that size). It really does keep the chest cool and dry too, and avoids getting stinky. I also like the adjustable straps, which are not on a lot of sports bras. My one complaint is that the bottom piece of elastic can fold under sometimes. It's not visible or uncomfortable; I'm just a perfectionist I guess. Jessica from Santa Monica, CA

The fit was good, but when I finished my first run wearing it the underwire had poked through one of the seams, and then came out completely when I washed it.

HerRoom Response: When this happens, it's a sign that your band was too large and was moving on you while you ran. You should go down a band size and up a cup size to maintain the same cup volume. Niki from Springfield, MO, USA

I LOVE THIS BRA. I had one very similar and wore it to death, the wires fell out, but I continue to use it to work out in. I found these on line and ordered two...I work out 6 times a week and will probably order more so I don't have to wash them so often. THey are a "full figure" savior!! Lynda from Little Elm, Tx, US

My sister recommended this bra as we both have a hard time finding lingerie to fit properly, with large breasts and small ribs. Very comfortable and supportive. Still some jiggling when I run, but then I've never found a bra in my size that doesn't. Not the most supportive I've ever tried, but this is much better than most, great for the price, and the most comfortable of three bras I tried this time. It does show bumps through tanks and t-shirts, looks like my nipples are standing when they aren't, but a cami under helps. A great every day bra with coolmax fabric which is nice on hot days. This bra fits very large in the cups, which my sister warned me of ahead of time. I usually wear a 34H (which is very difficult to find.) At her suggestion, I ordered this in a 34DDD and the cups are plenty roomy on me. I would recommend ordering at least one cup size smaller then your usual. Terra from Salem, OR

This was possibly the most comfortable, best fitting bra I have ever owned. For the first time, I wasn't readjusting my brastrap all day! I measure out at a 42C and this 42C bra just fits, so if you aren't exactly sure on the size, you may want to size up one. Mary from Los Angeles, CA

Cups were too big for 32D, tried the 32C and that didn't fit well either. CB

This is the best bra I have ever purchased. It is very supportive, great for volleyball. The band fits nice and low on the back and doesn't ride up with wear. It is not too binding to wear everyday. Heather from Gilbert, AZ

I have worn this beloved bra for years since my gastric bypass left me with these globs hanging to my bellybutton. They were my savior!! Something has gone terribly wrong though with the underwires. I wear daily and wash in cold water and air dry. Why are the wires continually coming out so soon?? I urge Lunaire to correct this....PLEASE!! christine from massillon, ohio

When Lunaire redesigned the underwire channel, the bra went from one of the most comfortable sports bras to the most uncomfortable one. This is because they increased the length of the channel by an inch and used a flat channel with fabric that gives instead of a padded tubular channel. Now the underwire pokes into the underarm all day. Lunaire denies they have redesigned the underwire channel.

HerRoom Response: Lunaire has told us they have not changed the channel. Greta from Nevada City, CA

The wire popped out of this bra on both sides after just a few wearings. this is a terrible sports bra- it is huge.

HerRoom Response: When underwires pop out so quickly, this is usually a sign that the band is too large. When the band is too large, it moves around on your body. This movement wears down the fabric covering the underwires and eventually they pop through. TM from Seattle, WA, USA

This bra didn't fit me as I expected. I ordered it based on what I normally wear in Wacoal or Le Mystere (36DD), but it was baggy. Sadly, I returned it. Jennifer from Philadelphia, PA

Sizing: band is accurate, cups also seem about right. The main problem for me is that I am a 40 G (or F, depending on US or UK measure), so a 42DDD is equivalent in cup size to the 40 G, but it is too large in the band. I was hoping the band would be a bit small so I could get a less expensive sport bra than some of the others, but that's not the case.
Support: I ordered 3 sport bras: Luniare, Bendon, and Panache. Wearing each for about an hour or so, they seem about the same. Any bra in a larger cup size is going to have some bounce; this one does have some but all in all, is does well. If I had a smaller band size, I imagine I'd have even less (but then the cups wouldn't fit).
Fit: The straps can be adjusted to be really long; I normally have to adjust all the way, but when I did that with this one, the band was much too low and hurt. After moving the straps several inches tighter, it was much better. The very bottom of the band is a bit scratchy and I can still tell I'm wearing it an hour after putting it on. Not sure if that will go away with washing. As others have said, the cups are more the old Playtex style in terms of shaping: up and out. In a heavy cotton t-shirt I can see the lines. If I was working out, I might not care as long as I was supported, but it would influence my decision to wear it in any other circumstance. Annie from Chicago/IL/USA
