Great sports bra and no "uni-boob". Band size was right on, but I ordered one cup size smaller (as suggested by previous reviewers) and if fit perfect. Hollie from Fort Lauderdale, FL

This is the best Sports Bra I have ever bought & have worn them for a few years now. I think I am going to look for another one that isn't quite as heavy as this one; (appreciate any recommendations) my only complaint is the underwire doesn't stay in place & they are NOT long lasting Bras. When I first tried it on, I thought "Oh no. This bra is so big and cumbersome." Then I played tennis with it. It moves with me. I don't feel it and it keeps me from bouncing. I bought three more! Carol from Phoenix Arizona

Nice bra, well constructed and does not feel like armor, like many other sports bras for larger busts. The only downside is that it seems to run small especially in the band size. I wear a 32 in most brands and this one did not even fit on the loosest hook. I will have to return this one. Great service from HerRoom, who make it all so easy! Thanks Ramona from California

Finally, the girls stay in place! I have searched for a good sports bra that not only held me in place, but also kept my shape. I was so tired of the "uni-boob!" This bra is great! Very little bounce and it looks great! I went with others suggestions and ordered a cup-size down from what I would normally order, and it's perfect. As for durability, I've only worn it for a few days, but so far, so good. I highly recommend this bra to other well-endowed women! Carrie from TN

I wish the manufacturer would have "test driven" this bra before bringing it to market. The underwire in this bra broke through the material on the 1st wearing and poked into my skin--not fun when you are working out at the gym!! However, if this problem could be corrected I would purchase this bra again as it has the most amazing fit and feel--the most supportive, comfortable exercise bra I have ever worn!! My friend bought this same bra and had the same problem with the underwire.

HerRoom Response: Please see our response below. Sounds like you received one of the defective bras. We have a number to Lunaire listed in another review that you can call to report your issue.. Betty from Ormond Beach, Florida

As a large breasted woman, I was concerned about how I would feel with such a full fitting garment. It is amazing! I play tennis, so I am moving and stretching constantly. The bra moves with me, gives me total support, a smooth look, and does not feel cumbersome. I am very comfortable with how I play and how I look! Carol from Phoenix, AZ

I've been buying this particular bra and style for many years now and it was my favorite. However, this most recent purchase is my 2nd in a row where the wire has popped right thru the fabric within 2 days of wearing it. Totally unacceptable for a new bra. Has something changed with this manufacturer???

HerRoom Response: If you have experienced your underwire popping out after a short time, please contact Lunaire at (888)773-8843. There was a small lot that was not double stitched. HerRoom has gone through our inventory and removed all bras from this lot. Thank you. Suzanne from California

Great item for long shifts and any hard working girl. The fiber content absorbs moisture all day/night. Support unbeatable. Down side is that the harder you abuse these bras, the more likely the underwire is to work it's way out the side near underarm. KarmenRN from Lapeer

I like this bra very much, except (as also reported by others) on the very first wearing, the underwire came through the fabric channel and worked its way half way out up the right side. I stitched it up when I returned home, but I don't think this should have happened on the first wearing. It was very uncomfortable. This has not happened to the Cool Max I purchased months ago. So I wonder if there has been a change in quality control or manufacturing? Overall, I really like this bra and fit. I would have sent it back if I didn't need to have it for vacation. The underwire came out in this first week of wear. After reading recent reviews, this seems to be a recurring error in this particular model. Other than the underwire, this is a very comfortable, very supportive bra. I deliver mail & find this bra far more cooling than others during the texas summer heat. tammy from arlington, TX

I purchased this bra based on the excellent reviews on this website and because of my prior experience with Lunaire non-sports bras. I am very pleased with this bra. The cups are generous (I usually wear 34DDD) and the fabric is comfortable with wicking properties. Several times after working out, I have forgotten that I even still have it on. It's comfortable and supportive - what more could you want? Asha from Bronx, NY

I love this Bra!!!! Awesome support, keeps me dry, no rolls on the side or on my back, very natural looking. The support is incredible, very flattering, and at the end of the day I'm not running to take it off. Thanks Lunaire!! Sally from Washington

I really love this bra and I've bought a bunch of them in the past few years. I have to concur with previous reviewers...this bra is really supportive when I am exercising, but it is also so comfortable that I wear them every day! They aren't lacy or flowery nor do they show any cleavage, but they keep my girls where they should be. However, I have had SERIOUS problems with UNDERWIRES with these bras lately. My first bras were problem free-- I washed them and hung them to dry--I wore the heck out of them. Now, on my first wear even, a wire pokes out against my skin very painfully. I love these bras, but I have had to rethink my next purchase. Amy Beth from Warren, OH

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever used and I have been wearing them all the time. However, on two of them the wires poked through. Also, the first one fit me around comfortably; later ones seemed tighter around (band), even after several washings. I am now thinking of ordering a 44C to see if the longer band would help if it is returnable. My main concern, however, is whether anything is being done about the wires poking through. I see that other reviewers had the same problem. I sewed the one that poked through, but now another has done it too and I hate to think this is going to have to be done all the time. This my second order of this bra. I loved the 2 I ordered previously, as they are very supportive for my saggy breasts, they are cool, and in everyday wear for the past 6 months they have held up very well. I just love the fit and comfort of this bra! I haven't worn them since their first washing, so I hope I don't find the quality reduced (as did a previous reviewer). Margaret from Miami

I have used the Lunaire 11111 for years as a sports bra and as a comfortable everyday bra. In order to replenish, I ordered two more in July 2007. My latest order, however, did not satisfy. Like, Liat Z's review, the wires poked out on the first wearing of one of the bras and the wires poked out on the second wearing of the other bra. Both times it was in everyday use - I did not even get to try them as a sports bra. I find myself wondering when reading Liat Z's review if there were cutbacks on quality, changes in the material of construction, or something that made this happen to a bra style that has satisfied for years?

HerRoom Response: We are forwarding your comments on to Lunaire for a response. Thank you.

Love this sports bra. It stays put and does not rise. I am a very active tennis player and this bra fits me better tan any other sports bra I have worn Patty from Palm Coast, Fl USA

I love this bra. Unfortunately, the wire came out. I wonder if anyone had this experience. Maybe I had it bound too tight with the built in bra tank I was using. I think I need to resew the seams. Otherwise, it provides really excellent support and I am sad that the wire came out.

HerRoom Response: When the casing over the underwire rubs constantly against something else (in this case your other bra), a hole can be created and the underwire will come out.

This is my third Lunaire sports bra and I absolutely love it. I use it for yoga, strength training and hiking. It is extremely supportive and very comfortable. Since I have a pretty difficult size to fit, I was so happy to discover this particular bra. Vicki from Pinon Hills CA

Very supportive, feels smooth and is not chafing anywhere. Finally, a sports bra that minimizes bounce very well and yet doesn't create a uni-boob effect! I usually wear either a 38dd or 38d depending on the brand of bra, and for me this bra fit perfectly in a 38d. Angela from Fortuna, CA
