I have long gone to specialty bra stores in DC and NYC to get fitted. This was my first online shopping experience for a bra and it WORKED. I used Herroom's Universal Cup size to try this Lou bra. I have good fitting bras in Simone Perele and Prima Donna and Conturelle, so I could get an accurate sense if it would work. It did; the cup and band size fit beautifully. Notes as to the bra itself. This is a soft, "everyday" bra. It lifts, but all the fabrics are soft, a little stretchy. If you need woven bra straps, for that extra, etra support, pass on this bra. The sides are a little softer/stretchier than you may want if you need that extra, extra support in the side--- then get a bra with side boning and the interior side sling. This is a perfect everyday bra that does not dig in, and supports beautifully. Applique lace does show through your clothes, and gives a pucker effect; I personally don't mind this, but some might.
