Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you found the straps to be tight on this bra. Typically a strap sliding off of the shoulder is an indication of a band that is too big, so a minor sizing adjustment may be the answer for you. We hope that you will consider giving it another try with this in mind. Kris from Bethpage, NY
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that our Dream Tisha was not ideal for you. This is a maximum support, super lifting contour bra that holds up to the test of time. Because it is full coverage, it does come up a bit higher on the sides to target that "runaway" breast tissue that likes to tuck itself into an armpit. Perhaps you will consider giving our Lace Tisha bra 965 style a try. It still offers incredible support, but the cut is slightly different and you may find it a bit more comfortable. michele from seattle
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were displeased with our Dream Tisha Bra. While this is in fact still a full coverage bra, it is not the same cut as 965 as I am sure you have discovered. Our dream Tisha has a lower drop at the center (think surplice tops, wrap dresses and other knit goodies), while the 965 is going to be a bit lower overall (think shape of a scoop neck, squared neck or balconette style). Depending on the shape of your breasts, the more relaxed, more open neckline of our 965 Lace Tisha may simply be more suitable for you. The discomfort that you experienced at the sides of 9955 is probably directly related to the enlarged band, which also effects the cup and is therefore creating more bulk than necessary to support the breasts. I do hope that 965 will continue to function well for you. It is a great t-shirt bra and the lace does not interfere very much with fashions at all. Dawn from Pietrewicz
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this style did not work well for you. This style does offer a very generous shoulder strap to accommodate the variety of customers who wear this bra, so we are a bit surprised that you did not have enough strap. Perhaps you will consider giving our Le Mystere Dream Tisha Lace 965 a try. This is another one of our top selling t-shirt bras that works for a variety of customers. Susab from st petersburg fl
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this style did not work for you. Our Dream Tisha is certainly not designed to make the bust look larger. However, it is designed to make the body look smaller overall. This is achieved by lifting the breast tissue and containing it in a nice firm cup that covers a smaller amount of the torso. There is no additional padding in the bra for any sort of "push up" or "push out" affect. Often times when a customer is used to a more relaxed fitting bra, the great lift that is provided may seem foreign and as though it is designed to make the bust look larger. The lift that our Dream Tisha provides creates more length between the bust line and the waistline, making the body look longer, leaner and perhaps a bit more curvaceous. We do hope that you will give Dream Tisha another try, even if under specific items in your wardrobe. Because as we know, one bra does not solve every wardrobe concern! Cass from ca
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had this experience with our bras. If proper fit and care are followed, these are incidents that should not occur with your Le Mystere product. When caring for your bras, please remember the following:
-Hand wash using a lingerie wash or gentle soap such as baby shampoo only. Please do not use harsh detergents or products containing alkaline, as this will cause the elastic fibers to deteriorate and the elastic is the glue for your bra.
-Be sure to rotate your bras- never wear the same one more than one day in a row even if you are not washing after every wear. The elastic fibers need a chance to rest and recover in order to maintain the integrity of the bra.
-Please also note that under-wires in your bra should fully surround the breast tissue, but not touch it. If it is poking and digging, this may be an indication that the cup is too small.
I do hope this is helpful and that you will continue to wear Le Mystere, Janyne from Washington, DC
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are having difficulty with the fit of our 9955 t-shirt bra. This bra should definitely provide you with fuller coverage, while still allowing for a lower center front drop point which enables the bra to work beautifully under v-necks, etc. Please do keep in mind that with the lower center front, you should still not experience any breast tissue overflow from the cups. Having a little cleavage is fine and absolutely appropriate for this style, as long as a smooth silhouette is obtained under clothing. Maria from Georgia
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that our Dream Tisha didn't work for you. Perhaps our Lace Tisha or Baroque Tisha styles will better suit you. These styles are similar to Dream Tisha in being firm, full coverage bras, yet with cup shapes that are slightly different and may be better suited for your body. We do hope that you would consider giving one of these a try. Stacey from Bon Aqua, TN USA
