I am not exaggerating when I tell you that no fewer than $1000.00 worth of bras from HerRoom have come and gone through my front door in looking for just one that fits, gives great support and is comfortable. Well my search has come to an end when I tried on Le Mystere Tisha 9955. This is perfect! I had to order up one band size as directed. Upon opening the box and seeing this bra that looks so huge, I wondered how in the world it was going to fit...but surprise, it fits like it was made for me! Now I'm ordering it in a couple of different colors. Thank you HerRoom for all your help! I am extremely thrilled to be introduced to this bra! Suzanne from Bel Air, MD USA

Something is wrong with the fit. I've worn this bra before in a 36G and loved it. After losing weight, I tried a 34G. My breasts are spilling over in the front, but the cups gape under my arms. The cups seem to be the right size but are spaced too far apart or shaped funny. Amy from Havertown, PA

Very disappointed in this bra. Ordered 32F & Cup size was about 2 sizes too small. The bra just made me feel squished without giving full coverage. milwrite from Litchfield/NH/USA

When I received the order and opened the box I thought, "wow, this is a huge bra, I can't imagine it will do anything for me". But when I put it on I absolutely loved it! Fantastic support, beautiful shaping and totally "bullet-proof"! I am always on the hunt for a supportive bra (that isn't ugly) that I can be confident in no matter where I am (no matter what chilly breeze blows by!). I will be getting another one of these! This is my favorite bra! It makes you look good even under a t-shirt. Make sure you have someone measure you, so you get the perfect fit. I was wearing the wrong bra size all along. This bra offers the right support. It's expensive but worth it! Melissa from FL

I am disappointed in this bra. It does a great job...lifting your breast, but it does not separate them and it rides up my back during the day.

HerRoom Response: When a bra rides up your back during the day, this is a symptom that your band size is too large. We would suggest you go down a band size and up a cup size to a 42G. Going up a cup size will maintain the same cup size as your 44F. Patty from Millbrook, AL

This truly is the Cadillac of all bras!!!! It took a couple of wears to get used to, and then I couldn't imagine going back to my old bras. No back strain, no hangover. This is the most comfortable, flattering, and most support I have had in a bra... ever. the best thing about it is that it has been the first bra that keeps my breasts more or less in place, Great support and makes my shape look so much better! This is the absolute best purchase I've ever made in the way of bras. I have tried them all. I will keep Buying this product. I did not need to go up a size the 32 D is normal size..or maybe I'm really a 30 D I have a very small rib cage.. Cathy from Hazelton, ID.USA

Oh, Le Mystere...thank you for making this bra! I have to admit I was hesitant to buy it...after all, it's fairly ugly. I can't lie. But I heard so much about it and I finally bought one... and woah. At first I promised myself I would only wear it on lazy T-shirt days, but more and more I find myself actually planning my outfits around it. It's the most comfortable bra ever. The band is tighter than usual, so if you're on the edge of a band size, you might want to size up. I have to admit, I don't like the shape it gives my chest. It pushes my breasts out further than any other bra, and makes them look very wide. At the same time, it makes the cleavage area smaller than usual... I mean, it pushes my flesh away from the middle of my chest and to the side, so it is kind of a weird shape that I don't like. But as comfortable as it is, I've ceased to care. Kelly from KY

After seeing Oprah Rave about this brand of bras I decided to try one on for size and I absolutley hated it. I think there's a problem with the band size on these because I found it fit MUCH tighter than my other bras I tried on in the same size. I know there are variations in fit from one manufacturer to another, but I've never had a bra fit me so poorly. I couldn't wait to get it off! It felt like I was in a vise! It also has way too much coverage for me. You couldn't wear anything other than a round neck shirt. The slightest dip in the neckline would have this bra poking out. I think I'll keep looking for the "Perfect" Bra for me.

HerRoom Response: The 9955 Tisha Bra is designed to be full coverage. If you would like less, we would suggest you look at the Le Mystere 955 stye.

This is one of the best bras for fuller breasts. I discovered it in a lingerie shop, and I was amazed at how structured it was. It took a couple of wears to get used to, and then I couldn't imagine going back to my old bras. This bra has increased my wardrobe capabilities because I can wear it under anything. Also, I lost some weight and the sizing on the site was perfectly accurate. Sayla from Los Angeles, CA

This is the absolute best bra you could ever hope to find! I purchased my very first one, and I can't even think about going back! No back strain, no hangover, no pulling down on the back....so comfortable, so lightweight. BEST EVER! Jenn from Lake Villa, IL

This truly is the Cadillac of all bras! It is SUPER comfortable, but HUGE as well! I have to confess, while I'm thrilled while wearing this bra, when it's off, I can't help but be how shocked I am at how large it is! Vanity aside, though, this really is an incredibly supportive bra, which gives great shape without sacrficing any comfort. I'm even able to wear them at the gym (I only do low impact activities, though), and it is more comfortable than any sports bra I've worn (but maybe that's just because the bra fits for a change!). As for sizing, a lot of people have commented that the band size up has worked well for them. Not so for me. I ordered this bra in a 40G at first, and I could barely fill it out. There was extra room in the cups, which was very evident in lying down!

HerRoom Response: HerRoom suggests you go up a band size if you are a 40 band size or larger, and a C cup or larger. Ruth, since your size is a 38, we would not have suggested you go to a 40 band size.

Overall, very happy with this bra. I find it very comfortable. I followed others' advice and ordered up-- I usually wear a 36DDD (in Wacoal, for example) but for this bra the 38F is just right-- snug on the ribcage without strangling. I have to shorten the straps a lot to prevent the dreaded over-the-top double boob problem, but keeping the strap short does seem to solve that problem. The stiff cups make it look huge when you take it out of the package but you'll get over it as soon as you put it on! Sarah from New York

This is the most comfortable, flattering, and most support I have had in a bra... ever. There is no jiggle, no drooping straps, no embarassing hang over. I followed the instructions, and got the full figure style because I usually have hang over, your instructions were perfect! Thank you for this product. Cheryl B. from Dunmore, PA, USA

This is the only bra I have been wearing for the past three years or so. My only suggestion is that if you wear them often, you really do need to buy a new one more frequently than you would expect. I would guess that after three months of wear (as in, six months if you're alternating with a second bra every other day, nine if you have three, etc.) is when the elasticity gives, and after that, it slides down too much, and the overcompensation to get it tight again just downright hurts. For me, the best thing about it is that it has been the first bra that keeps my breasts more or less in place, so I don't feel sore at the end of the day. The disadvantage, as many of your other reviewers noted, is that it can feel a little like quarter-inch cotton armor. Alyssa from Berkeley, CA

This is the worst bra I have ever worn. It is bulky and uncomfortable. The sizes are very unreliable. I bought one in Nude and one in Black in size 36C, and the Black was an inch shorter in the band. I had to keep trying on different bras in the same size! The fit is not good either. The bra is so stiff that it doesn't adjust to your bust in movement. I feel like I am wearing a vice.

HerRoom Response: For your size of 36C, I would suggest you try the 955 style instead of this 9955. This bra is really designed for the fuller figure who wants full cup coverage.

This is the absolute best purchase I've ever made in the way of bras. I have tried them all. I was "blessed" with very large breasts and was always unable to find my size in megamarts/dept. stores. I found this bra online last year and have purchased several more of the same brand, including the strapless. This particular bra did feel strange at first. Like it was too small or something, but I figured I'd at least wear it a bit longer and see how I felt after 'breaking it in' - - I am so glad I did. I have a defined waist now! My breasts sit where they should and I look much better in all my clothing. HS from Washington State

I found that this bra pinched my ribs at first, but when I shortened the straps, it was perfect. No more pinching! And my chest is where it was 20 years ago! My chest is where the darts are for a change! Boy, does it look good with T shirts. I did get the size larger band size..(almost not enough), and I went down a cup size from my usual because the cups on this bra are so generous. Peggy from Dallas, TX

I had been wearing Glamorise 42I, so when I ordered this, I went with the increased band size suggestion. The 44G was too large although I did like the cup coverage. The 42G fits much better. I need to adjust to the wire since I have not worn wires for years. I really like the support--the bra is doing the support, not the straps. Like others, I hesitated over the price, but this is a very well made bra and worth the money. Gloria from Bath, PA

I LOVE this bra - it makes me look like I'm 25 years old again! I went and got professionally sized before buying this bra due to all the other feedback on this website, and I'm glad I did. I was wearing a 36D in VS bras, and was prepared to go up to a 38D per the sizing guidelines. The fitter told me I'm actually only a 34, and that I needed to drastically increase my bra cub to a triple D (which is an F for this line). After I got over the shock of the name of my new size, I put the bra on and then pulled on a t-shirt to see the results. Oh boy was I blown away. I have a waist again! My neighbor and good friend lives next door and as soon as I got my bra I raced over to show her the results. She struggles with lower back pain and has a heart condition, so I couldn't wait to tell her about this bra. I encouraged her to get fitted for it before buying though. We went shopping the very next day. I left her and the fitter to shop, and when I came back she was at the register, and I could tell immediately she was wearing her new bra. Her shoulders were back, she had a waist and most importantly, she didn't walk hunched over in pain. I couldn't get over the transformation! We went to pick up my 7-year-old daughter and she immediately hugged Sue, stepped back, looked up at Susie and started tapping her finger on her lips in contemplation. She said, 'Hmm, new glasses?' We just looked at one another and did that silent 'No way is she seeing the difference'. Then my daughter said, 'New haircut?' What!? What's different, Susie?' We both just laughed. Susie then said, 'I can't WAIT to see if my husband notices'. Needless to say, he did indeed notice. He told her that night that her ta-tas looked like they did when he met her - 16 years ago. Touche! I then told her to buy them here on HerRoom.com so she could get the great price and save herself a bundle. I'm so excited about this bra, I want the entire big busted world to know about it! I think the gals who didn't like this bra were wearing the wrong size - it provides an amazing, wonderful transformation! Marolan from Bellevue, WA, USA

The band size fit me perfectly but I was spilling out of the cups above and at the sides in this bra. Although American made 34 DDD's seem to be a perfect size for me generally, I'm finding that I have to go another size up in cup size than generally recommended for European bras. I ordered a 34F (= 34DDD) and see that I would need at least a 34FF in the Tisha bra. However, I'm not sure overall about this bra. I tried a knit shirt over it and can see that if I didn't have the over-the-top spillage, that the form under the knit shirt is very nice. However, the bra feels very "constructed" - I feel like I'm wearing armor. I will exchange this bra, either for a different brand of "t-shirt" bra that is less imposing, or, for a Fantasie 6010 32FF that is an absolutely gorgeous, luxurious, and sexy bra,and one that fits perfectly (all right, actually I just bought it in a 34FF after finding that a 34E in another of Fantasie's styles was too small in the cup - now the cup is perfect but in this style the band runs large so will be exchanging it for the 32FF - it's so beautiful I toyed with keeping it anyway - I hate to let it go, but I know it's better to have it in the correct size in the end). Despite my disappointment in this bra I am sure that I will find the perfect t-shirt bra from Her Room. The ease of return and exchange makes up for not being able to try on in person. I think I will become better at reading the reviews and figuring out how better to order for my particular body, or, as I find the bras I love, won't have to go through the try and exchange route any more. I did hit "right on" with two of the bras I have bought here. I have at long last found a place that carries beautiful bras that fit me (or will fit me) and I'm like a kid in a candy store!

HerRoom Response:Your comments about going up to a size FF is one we at HerRoom have not heard before. We have heard, however, that this bra does feel tight at first. But, that after a day of wear, the initial firmness seems to go away and becomes comfortable. Nanci from Ypsilanti MI

I was wearing 42DDD in Bali or Olga and not happy with the way they looked. Decided to get fitted for a new bra and ended up with a 40I in a Goddess. So hard to hook I dreaded trying to get it on quickly! Got fitted in another shop and had 42G in Cacique (sp?). Good but not perfect - straps falling and a bit out of shape. Went to the internet and found HerRoom and Le Mystere. Figured out what size based on recommendations here - 42F - and had doubts when I first tried it on because the band seemed tight. Have had it on six hours, went shopping, walked the dog, etc. and the bra feels great. Snug in the band, but no longer tight, straps never moved, and "up where they belong"! I'll keep this in mind for purchases later in the year. Shawna from Covington, KY USA

I was so excited when I first put the bra on but I felt like Miss Doubtfire after looking at it. I was all boob! The underwire was hurting my ribcage... I tried but I think that I will go back to a regular bra. Life is too short to suffer just to hide my nipples..sorry gals ! Ali from Bethany Oklahoma

I cannot believe it - FINALLY the PERFECT bra - I have always desperately wanted those bras that you see everyone wearing - the ones that make their breasts look extremely smooth and perky - well, now I have one!!! I was so hesitant to spend this much on a bra, but it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. I am ordering more and throwing out every other bra I own, this is the one for me. It really gives a nice look under clothes - you can actually tell that I have a waist! Definitely order one band size up like Herroom suggests for this bra - I have been wearing 38DDD for years and this bra fits me PERFECTLY. I always had a problem with cup spillage, where my breasts puckered up over the top of my bra (and that's so unattractive) - Oprah is an absolute god, it really changes the entire way you look. My normal regular size in most bras is 42D. I first ordered this in 44D as suggested. I had to put hooks in 2nd hole which I knew was not right for a new bra although someone I talked to at HerRoom said that was right in case you gain weight. I had never heard that one before and told her I knew that was NOT right! The coverage in the cups were too skimpy so I sent for size 42E which is much better although there is more cleavage still showing than I would like. The band size is perfect and will keep the bra. Maybe I will try the next cup size up next time which I can't imagine needing. It does keep you up where you belong of which I have bought some very good bras of which I have not had success in this department. The one thing I would say should be included in a bra of this price is a better strap that has the cushed protector at the top of the shoulder. In reading other posts I have the feeling you have to wear the G cup to get the good strap. This should not be. Donna from Union City

Mixed reviews on this one: I love the way it looks under clothing, but since the straps kept falling down, I had to sew an elastic band between the straps in back. Between that and the bra extender I had to use on the bra itself, I feel like I have to struggle into this contraption every morning. Band sort of cuts into me, but will wear it on teaching days, when i don't like my nipples to show. (HerRoom Response: Bra extenders can be a problem with straps because the back is made longer and thus moves the straps farther down the shoulder. Ellen, from your comments, it sounds as if you are more a 40A size.) Ellen from MD

I am usually a 38DD, but I ordered this in a 40E as the site advises. My breasts were SWIMMING in these cups, however. This does seem to happen to me with certain brands, (Olga, Wacoal) so perhaps if other girls find that they are a smallish DD and want a real demi, maybe try the 955; which is what I intend on exchanging this for. This is a really good supportive shapely bra. Granted it's not sexy but it is great for support and for wearing under T-shirts as it has a layer of padding that minimizes or eliminates nipple show through. Fearing spill over, I originally bought the DD size but it made my chest look too large. I then went down to the D size without any problem from spillover. I find the underwire bra sometimes digs in to my midriff but when that happens it is a sign that I need to exercise more and eat more carefully to get rid of that midriff bulge. I do find that the shoulder straps tend to dig in after wearing the bra all day but I'm sure that is not a problem for smaller sized women who wear smaller cups. It's a minor problem compared to how happy I am with this bra over all. Cathy from San Jose CA

This bra is extremely supportive yet is very smooth under tops. I am usually a 32E but I found the 32F fit me better and seems to have better (thicker) straps. This is a good bra for people who have a small rib cage yet large cup size. Stef from Santa Clara CA
