Best Bra EVER!!!. I can finally wear sweaters and t-shirts without the nipple show through, plus, this lifts my breasts higher than other bras, leaving my figure looking that much better. I own at least a 1/2 dozen of these, in a couple sizes. (My weight has fluctuated a bit.) PERFECT! Kelly from Eau Claire, WI

THIS BRA ACTUALLY SEPARATES, IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE YOU LOOK LIKE A LUMP! IT ALSO MINIMIZES VERY WELL AND IT REDUCES THE LOOK OF BACK FAT....VERY COMFORTABLE!!! Rebecca from Prineville/Oregon/USA

I just have to add a funny comment: one time I was on a beach and didn't have a swim suit, and I got away with wearing this bra (black) as a bikini top! It's that opaque and supportive. Sarah from

I love this bra, and I wear it every day. For me, with a larger figure and losing the battle against gravity, it holds everything in place and I don't feel sore like I do with less sturdy bras. That said, its two biggest weaknesses are a direct result of that same firmness: 1. it can be really hot in the summer, 2. you are always very aware that you are wearing a bra; unlike thinner bras, you can feel it in your clothes, especially when you twist or bend. For those of us who are very sensitive to tactile things, one other problem with it is that as it wears out, you can begin to feel the skeleton of the bra through the fabric (there's some digging under the armpits, for example), and (I have very, very sensitive skin) on the side boning, little tiny "pills" like you can get on sweaters can be irritating, and the ribbon of fabric can get scratchy as it warps and bunches up. Usually these things happen way after you probably should have bought a new bra, anyway, though. On the other hand, another nice thing about it is that it gives a beautiful silhouette, with no bra lines, nipples showing, or lumpiness. I don't think there's a single thing they can do about my criticisms, so I still recommend it wholeheartedly. Elizabeth from

I love this bra. I am a small person with a large chest and have had extreme back pain for a while. My sister watched Oprah and talked me in to trying out this bra. My pain has been eliminated. My insurance will not cover a reduction so I just purchase more of these bras. I feel better and look better with the bras. Billi Jo from Nescopeck Pa. United States

Although the bra isn't very sexy looking and was never meant to be, it is truly comfortable bra. The straps stay put and there is nothing digging into my skin or back or sides. Once I put it on, I actually never think about my bra for the rest of the day. And that is saying a lot! Very well made and easy to wear. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. What a great bra!!! I hesitated to buy it because it's more expensive than the bras I usually buy, but boy was it worth it. Smooth under tops, comfortable. It's now my new favorite. I did take the advice of another reviewer and ordered the next number size up than I usually wear. I usually wear a 36, got a 38 in this bra, and the fit was just right. Laura from Ohio

This bra has great support - the best I have found. One problem is that the straps dig into my shoulders, but maybe it is me. If you like underwire, I would give this bra a try.

HerRoom Response: IF straps are digging into your shoulders, this is often a symptom that your band size is too big. Perhaps a 38H will fit you better. Michelle from Fort Worth/TX/US

I am so glad that I found this bra. I got it before in 2 other sizes and they fit horribly. I am glad I kept at it. I have the correct fit now and I love it. It may take you a few try ons and exchanges, but this bra is worth finding the correct size. jr from

I have had trouble finding a bra that fits for years. After being misfitted by several mall employees (Victoria's Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood, etc who said I was a 38DD), I finally was sized correctly by a professional at a 36H. I tried this bra on at the store in a 36G as they did not have an H in stock. That size was too small so I purchased a different brand in 36H & it fit perfectly. I still wanted this style so I purchased it on this website. I was so dissappointed. The cups were HUGE! I had ordered a different style in my size & it fits just fine. I don't know if this bra was mismarked as far as size but needless to say it is going back. I gave it 2 stars because I love the construction of it & the one I tried on in the store had wonderful support. Audra from Ft.Lewis/WA/USA

This item is great. It you are extra "full" then sometimes I think you might find if the straps were thicker it would stay on your shoulder more comfortably. Other than that I have bought these for years and LOVE them. Catherine from San Antonio, Texas

This is the second Le Mystere bra I have ordered and I like them very much. The only complaint I have with my last purchase is there was a small amount of material that wasn't stitched well which I didn't notice until I took the bra off. When I called Her Room customer service there was nothing they could do other than suggest I call the manufacturer.

HerRoom Response: Unfortunately, when a flaw in the garment arises after it has been worn and washed, we are unable to assist. We would greatly appreciate customers reviewing the garment for flaws like this prior to removing the tags and wearing the garment.

This bra is comfortable, is smooth under t shirts, and (for me) is more naturally shaping than the Fantasie Smoothing t shirt bra. My sister even commented that there is no boobage overflowing the top of the bra line :-) I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because my only complaint about the bra is that it has a tendency to creak when I move. I don't mind this when I'm alone or in a louder environment, but at my quiet workspace it is a little embarrassing. Otherwise, this is a great bra and I recommend it highly for plus size gals like myself.

HerRoom Response: The creaking sound you are probably hearing is from the casing which surrounds the underwire being sewn a little too tight. When the wire moves, it creates this sound. It is not a common problem, but we have very occasionally heard this from customers who wear other brands as well.

It looks great under clothes. However if you have a tendency to hunch over or move around a lot, the bra kind of has a mind of its own and doesn't always look quite right. When I'm watching my posture, it looks great. I went up a cup size because I felt I needed the extra coverage, which worked better for me. So--looks great, but you have to keep an eye on it when you move about. Shelly from Shorewood, WI USA

This is the best bra I have ever purchased! I could not find the right size and was having trouble with gaping on the sides. After wearing this bra I will never go back to another style. The fit is perfect no gaping, it holds me in, and is comfortable. I would recommend this bra to anyone. Brittany from Ohio

This bra is incredibly comfortable. The 38D fits even better than the same bra in size 38E. I am usually a 36DD in a Wacoal, so I went up a band size for my first Le Mystere bra to 38E, but that cup is a bit too big and I look HUGE in the 38E. The 38D fits perfectly, the lift is nice (no hang-over), and the smooth look is great. Judith from Saint Paul Minnesota

I LOVE THIS BRA!!! After my second pregnancy, my boobs never shrank back to their previous size, and I found myself falling out of my bras and facing the dreadful task of bra shopping. After trying on a ton of bras in department stores, I found HerRoom in a night of desperate internet surfing and decided to fork over the bucks for a Dream Tisha. WOW!!! My boobs are finally up where they are supposed to be!!! It looks great under just about anything, and the side boning really helps keep everything where it should be. I've never worn a padded bra before, but to my amazement, I don't think it makes me look that much bigger and I love the added benefit of not having to worry when there is a chill in the air! Some of these reviews have complained about it feeling like "armor" but I find this bra very comfortable and supportive. Not the sexiest bra I've ever seen, but a great one nonetheless. I can't really comment on the sizing because I am still trying to figure out what size I really SHOULD be! Great bra!!! Suzanne from Wadena, MN USA

Oprah is right - this is the most comfortable bra ever. I disagree about going up in band size, as the site suggests, I ordered true to size and it's perfect. Give it a try - you'll be glad you did! I have 3 of these bras now. I wish they made swim suits - but I have discovered these bras work great under the "sport style" (tank top style) tankinis made by "It Figures". The straps and back do not show and you have great support this way.

HerRoom Response: The reason we suggest going up a band size is that this bra is made in Europe and has a firmer fit around the band than women in the US are used to.

I wrote a glowing review of this bra. And then I wore it for a day. The underwire digs into my skin. The band is tight, as it should be. But I have heavy, drooping breasts. I think what's happening is the weight of my breasts pushes down on the band. Because the straps are elastic, there's nothing to keep the band in place. You can only have a band so tight before the bra is unwearable. The straps have to do something. These don't. I've also noticed that I look wider, and my breasts are not supported on the side. As a result, I feel that they're "in the way" when my arms are close to my chest. I know I have the proper cup size. A smaller size would cause top and armpit spillage. Because I paid a small fortune for it, I'll be wearing this bra till it wears out. I won't buy another. Everyone's body is different. This one does NOT work for me. Sandra from Bismarck, ND, USA

I am very pleased with this bra. Awesome support! I disagree that 40D and above should order a larger band size. I measure at exactly 42. 44 would've been way too large. The band is snug, but it is not uncomfortable. I require foam for modesty issues, and I'm very please with this bra. It's not bulky. When I tried it on, the top cup edges pulled away from my body a little during movement (and I know a C cup would've been too small), and I was concerned that it would show under clothing. But even in my closest-fiting tees, the bra looks nice and smooth. Sandra from Bismarck, ND, USA

I can see why some women may like this bra. Good cup coverage, comfy straps, etc. But, small framed women beware. I'm a 32G and this bra did not give me enough support on the sides of my breasts. In fact, the bra design pushed my breasts to my sides beyond my body frame. Even my husband noticed that my breasts fell outward to my biceps. What a disappointment. Jeanne from Honolulu, HI

This realistically lifts "the girls" back up to where they use to be and keeps them there which gives the illusion of being ten lbs. lighter. Also makes my breasts appear more dense and never rides up in the back so there's less strain and always smooth under my clothing. Very natural looking. Submitted from TheUndies.com
