This is my first foam cup bra since I was 13, and I am glad I tried it despite my long time suspicion that such bras can only add unnecessarily to my breast size. This bra is soft in every surface that touches you, and supports well. I don't know why there was a suggestion about getting a larger band size than usual -- I got my usual band size and it only fits properly on the snuggest set of hooks. While I liked this bra, I don't think it is the best value. It must be hand washed, though I have other bras that do well in lingerie bags on the gentle cycle, and then line dry them. Since the cups retain their shape, I don't know how I would find the room to store more than one of these, nor could I ever pack it in a suitcase for a trip. If I ignored these practical issues and the higher than average cost, I would have given this an extra star. Christine from Reston, VA

I followed the measuring instructions on this Web site, and my size calculated to 36G, which I ordered. The cup was laughably too big, so I guessed I needed a DD or E. I got the 36E in the mail. All three bras are the same size, but one is quite tight around my rib cage and the other two fit fine. As for the bra, I like it. It's comfortable and offers good support. The molded appearance took some getting used to--with the ample size of my busts, I never thought to wear something I'd describe as "padded." That's what creates the form and support (obviously), and it works. I find it comfortable through the day and would most likely order it again. When I look at the regular underwires I used to wear, they appear flimsy by comparison.

HerRoom Response: We are sorry you did not get the right size. However, we clearly state that the measuring system is only to get you into a size ballpark. The system breaks down in accuracy after a size 38 and a cup size D. Laurel from Sarasota, FL

I ordered this item based upon reading several opinions. I wore this the first day and thought it was good. As the days in the only week I have worn the bra went on I realized that it was already stretching out. The straps would not stay in place and the cup support was less than desirable. I have never worn a formed cup bra before. I felt like my boobs were just sitting on a shelf. The support the straps had in the first few days seemed to disappear immediately. I ordered two bras at the same time and quickly returned the second (unworn) one and ordered something different. For the expense I incurred for this bra I am disappointed that it didn't meet my expectations. I will now put in in my bra museum of high priced unworn bras. Another disappointment.

HerRoom Response: For large breast sizes, this bra should be worn once and then given a day off before wearing again. Also, it should be washed after about 2 wearings so that the fabric will go back to it's original position. Cathy from Kansas USA

I so love this bra except for the tags in the back. They need to print everything on the bra so that you feel nothing. Kim from egg harbor township, nj USA

Band size runs big--I had to go down from my usual 40. The cups are smooth and provide pretty good uplift. Problem: The straps are set so wide they both fall off my shoulders within about 3 minutes. I am sure I finally got the right size, but I am not sufficiently broad-shouldered to wear this. I have been professionally fitted twice, so I know I was in the right size. Virginia from Maryland

When I first got this bra, I loved it ! Have had it for several years and it just now has become a bit small for me. One side has torn away. But I like the design of the cups. The only issue I have with this underwire, as with any, is when will someone design one with a gel like cushion around the bottom of the wired area ?? I work up to 24 hours straight and it begins to cut into my skin and rub me raw. Need more than an 18 hour bra and one that won't cause undue pain for us "busty" gals. The straps would be better if they were elastic and don't slide out of length placement, gel at the top would be nice there too ! Then it would be the PERFECT bra. LMK when one will be available like this ! Debora from Bradenton,Fl. USA

I went to a great shop near me to get fitted and was shown this bra. They didn't have a nude color in stock so I found it here. This is a great bra for someone who wants full coverage, modesty and a great lift for the girls. It takes all the breast tissue and puts it where it belongs. The only warning I would offer is that it is quite tight the first wear or two. After that it's very comfortable. I will wear this bra for many years to come. Carrie from Ohio

Outstanding bra--worth every penny. I get what all the hype is about! I have both this style (9955) and the less-coverage style (955) and I greatly prefer the 9955. The full-figure style provides much better band coverage for my sides. It provides excellent support. I am high and tight as a drum in this bra! Enthusiastically recommended. This bra didn't fit me and was very uncomfortable. The sizes in this brand run small and I believe this is why the bra was uncomfortable. It is very expensive. A bra that is this expensive should run true to size not smaller. I don't care if Oprah recommends this bra; it is not a good bra for the money. Kathleen from Fresno,ca

I do not like this bra very much. It is too form fitting and makes your chest seem funny shaped and it also goes way too far up on your armpit and it hurts and leaves red marks. For the money I spent on this bra I was not impressed. Tammy from Kansas

I bought this bra at a department store in the same size and it fit great! I bought the same bra on this website in the same size and the fit was terrible! I almost feel that this site gets the "seconds" and sells them to unsuspecting customers for the full price.

I quite literally hate this bra. I read all the reviews and carefully followed the fitting instructions and recommendations and I am definitely not satisfied. I normally wear a 38 DDD. According to the website, I should actually wear a 42D. I ordered that size and the band was way too big and the cups way too small. So I sent it back and ordered a 40 E. The band size was now a little too small as well as the cups. So I sent that one back, too and ordered a 40F. The cups are still too small!! I also had to cut apart an old bra and create a pathetic-looking extension to make the band fit. I did not send this size back because all the postage and handling to send them to me and send them back to HerRoom was starting to really add up. So now I am stuck with a black bra, with a white add-on extension piece, and my breasts spill over the top of the cup so I am CONSTANTLY adjusting them and just to make it more fun, the underwires are wearing holes in my upper arms. I have worn this bra for weeks now and I truly hope it falls apart in the washer one of these days. I strongly advise you to keeping looking if you are at all large busted. Kristin70 from Minnesota

Too hard. You need enough material to prevent nipples from showing but not so much that it feels artificial. I hope it only shapes and does not ADD anything because I am already self conscious enough!! Jinny from Detroit

I tried this fuller cut version to get more coverage in front, up high, but found that the sides went so high and into my arm area that it would have caused chafing...and, I also was still being pushed out the top of this bra, too. For me, I will go back to the 955 which I do come out of the top a little bit but I love. (The larger size I just swim in.) Michele from California

I love, love, love this bra SO much I waited 5 months on backorder for it! It is the ONLY bra I have EVER had that the center section actually touches my rib cage and I no longer have uni-boob! I nursed three babies and support is of the essence along with coverage. I took apart my old one (had for 2 years) and the underwire is EXTREMELY strong and I have never seen another bra with that gauge wire. The stitching is strong and it is a well put together foundation. Now, if I could only find one for the rest of my body!

HerRoom Response: We apologize for the shipping delay. Le Mystere is having delivery issues with H and I cup sizes. We do our best to get them as soon as possible. lehorn from illinois

This bra is not for women who have small rib cages. The cups fit ok, but there was enough room at the top where the straps start to put a small golf ball. Also, it really made me very wide. It does have good support & was comfortable, but just didn't fit right. I've tried the dream tisha & the cups don't give enough coverage. . . lots of "spillage". Right now, I'm wearing the Chantelle Sensua bra which is convertible. Sandra from Knoxville, TN
