Love this bra! Be aware, the band size runs large. Although I ordered using Her Room's sizing guidelines, and got my regular size, the bra was too big (38DDD). After going into a brick and mortar store for a fitting, finding and purchasing the right size, I'm really pleased with how comfortable this bra is and the how nice my clothes look with it on. I reviewed the features of the 9955, 955, and 965 bras and concluded that this one had all the features I wanted. It must be the european sizing because unfortunately it did not fit at all. I swam in it. I've had the opposite problem many times when trying on bras in the 34DD size, but never too big. The band was too large as well as the cups. The cups themselves had to have been at least 2 sizes too large for me. The straps were very loose even adjusting them to the tightest setting. This bra was definitely made for someone taller.

I sent it back for a refund. I'll probably stick with the brands I know fit me since it can get pretty expensive just to try on different sizes (referring to the cost of return shipping).

Overall it seemed to be constructed well, so I gave it 3 stars. Also, as a side note, the pearl print was much smaller and higher contrasted than I envisioned from the monitor swatch.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this was your experience with Dream Tisha. You are correct in saying that this bra is very full. It is our fullest T-shirt bra meant to accommodate our customers with very full bust. If the cup was indeed that much larger on you, you may want to consider trying our 955 Tisha which has a lot less coverage, but provides the same general shape. In addition, part of the problem may be your fit. Typically, this bra has a very snug fitting band which contributes to the great lift. As another option, you may consider trying Dream Tisha in a 32 band. Going down in your band will also bring your cup size down as well. Good luck! Susan

This is the only bra I have been wearing since I discovered it several years ago. I wear 40H and it is the most comfortable bra for a large bust. I like the shape, support, it looks smooth under the clothes and the straps are soft and comfortable. I wish it came in more colors. Marina from Manalapan/NJ/USA

I have worn these bras for the past two years. I am small, but with a fuller chest. These bras provide support and shape (even after nursing two babies). I often have the shoulder straps shortened for a more custom fit, however, that's a small concession to me for such a FAB bra! They are by far the BEST bras I have ever purchased. I own about seven or eight of them and will continue buying!! Tabitha from Anniston, AL

The overall "bones" look good but my normal DD size did not translate into the E size here. I am going to return for a cup size up.

Le Mystere Response: Thanks for your feedback. In some instances the size of a contour cup needs to be adjusted in order to accommodate the fullness of a bust. The cups are designed for your breasts to sit into, unlike a basic moulded bra where the cup will mold to your actual breast. Because the breast sits into the cup that is already shaped instead of having the fabric stretch over your breast tissue, more or less cup may be needed for the coverage desired because not matter what, that cup is not changing shape! Just remember that when changing your size, if the band is secure and comfortable with no riding, only adjust the cup. Good luck! Susan from Durham, NC

I liked this bra, but the band was too big. It seems my band size runs from 30 to 34 depending on the style and a 34 was definitely too big in this bra. The cups were very large and I had about a 1 inch gap at the top. I plan to exchange it for a band and cup size smaller and see how that fits. It is hard to determine how many stars to give a bra until you it is the correct size. If the smaller band/cup fits well, I most likely would give it 4 stars. I also like the fact that it is a contour bra which is the best you can get for nipple concealment (unless you use dimrs which work great).

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback! We do hope that you are able to find the right size for you and achieve a great fit in this bra. Please keep in mind when adjusting your size that every time you change your band size, your cup also adjusts up or down as well. So going down a band and a cup size may give you a cup that is too small (It really just depends on how big the bra was to begin with. It may be fine). We pride ourselves on giving superior lift and great coverage. It’s great not to have to worry about nipple modesty even in the thinnest of shirts! Good luck! Barb from Memphis, TN, USA

After reading other reviews, I decided to get a bigger band size and went from my usual 38 to a 40. Also, this bra did not come in a DDD cup, instead the sizes are D, E, F, G. So I decided on F - And it was PERFECT! It is a little bit like armor, but sometimes, that's what it takes. Very sturdy and supportive. I like the wide, comfortable staps. They seem to be set far apart, but don't slip off. I am very happy with this bra. Wendy from Central NJ

this bra was okay. the cups flattened my breasts down like pancakes and the super thick straps felt constricting against movement.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback regarding this bra. While your experience was not perfect in our Dream Tisha bra, a few tweaks may make it better, or you may even find a similar style offered by us to better suit you. Might I consider having your fit checked on this bra? As one of our “ultimate” contour t-shirt bras, you should never experience flattening in Dream Tisha. It could be an indication that you may not have enough cup. In a contour, the breast should “sit” in the cup comfortably because the cup is shaped, therefore creating an existing space for the breast to rest. If flattening happens, that means that the breast does not have enough space inside the cup.

In reference to the thick straps, we have constructed it this way so that those with heavy breast tissue may feel that they are gaining additional support from the strap. If this is too much strap for you, perhaps you should try our Dream Tisha Lace 965. It is just a bit lower than Dream Tisha with a thinner strap and a little lace for that touch of pretty! shaina from costa mesa/ca/US

Provides excellent lift with no cup spillover. Very sturdy even with machine washing. Fits best when band is relatively tight but this may cause bulging in back. kathy from florida

OMG, this bra lifts my boobs up to where they were 30 years ago. I was so shocked at how good I looked in a sweater that, after I regained my composure and realized I was, indeed, not dreaming, I texted my girlfriend to come over and check out the bra and now she is buying one for herself. This is not a bra. This is an "anti-gravity device." Amazing. Judy from Los Angeles

Did not fit. I wear a 32E and as recommended, went up a cup size and it is still too small in the cups. Darn. This was the first Mystere I have tried but I think I will stay with the brands I know fit me.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you so much for giving Le Mystere a try! I am sorry to hear that your Dream Tisha did not fit you well. We do hope that you might give Le Mystere another go! May I suggest having your fit checked on this bra, or perhaps even going up one more cup size? Because a contour cup maintains its shape no matter what our shape is, from time to time finding the right fit requires a bit more tweaking than those bras that are not contour. You may also find that our Dream Tisha Lace 965 may possibly be a good fit. Although it is slightly lower in the front, it may not cut into you, lessening any spillage that you may be experiencing. gymbunny from Bellingham, WA

I was disappointed, I was hopful since it was a "as seen on Oprah" bra, but the bra doesn't separate my breast, thus the bra pushes them together causing sweating beteen my breast yuk, I have two other Le Mystere bras and they fit fine

HerRoom Response: This bra should not be pushing your breast together. When this happens, this is usually a sign that your cup is too small. Tomima wrote a blog post on this subject. It's called Creating Cleavage. Nadine from Breese, IL USA

I had high hopes since the bra was "as seen on Oprah", so I felt it justified the price but I was disappointed, the bra does not separate my breast, it actually pushes them together thus creating sweat between my breast yuk and the straps were too short for me, I adjusted it to the longest strap length and it still puts grooves into my shoulders. Bra was too tight. It does not fit the same as the Tisha with lace. I always wear the lace version and have not had a problem.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you very much for your feedback. You are correct in saying that these bras do not fit alike. The cut is similar; however, there are a couple of distinct differences. Dream Tisha (9955) is our ultimate t-shirt bra! She gives the ultimate lift and the most coverage in our Tisha collection. The band itself is snug in comparison to the Tisha with lace because many of our customers who wear this bra have fuller breasts with heavier tissue. A strong, snug band is needed to support this type of bust. Over time, as with all bras the band will relax and become more comfortable. You may also stretch the band a little by hand to speed up the process. We do hope that you give Dream Tisha another try, but we are happy that you are very pleased with Lace Tisha and hope that you continue to wear her. M

I kept hearing that this was "the best bra ever" and so I originally bought it in the regular (not full coverage) variety. While that was very pretty and comfortable, I was spilling out on top more than usual. Because there is about a cup size difference between my left & right breasts, this is always an issue because it means no matter what size I shop for, one side is off. I tried this bra and it lives up to the reviews, for the first time ever I'm not spilling out on top and the bra straps are not really falling down. It may not be the most comfortable bra I've ever owned but it is by far the most effective. Also, it gives amazing lift- I guess I had know idea where they "should" have been all these years. The only downside is that I don't feel like it did much to help back/ arm fat issues- but perhaps going up a band size would have helped. Claire from USA

Very uncomfortable - underwire is horrible; felt like I had no room to breathe. My breasts looked like "torpedoes" - so ugly. I won't be buying from HerRoom again.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry that this was your experience with HerRoom and Le Mystere. We hope that we might be able to encourage you to try another style and give us the chance to change your mind about us. Perhaps Le Mystere 9955 was not the right style for you, but this does not mean that we haven’t anything to offer you. You simply may not need as much support as the Dream Tisha offers. You may find our Dream Tisha Lace bra to compliment you better. Unlike Dream Tisha, Dream Tisha Lace has a more relaxed band that may provide better “breathability”, as well as a slightly lower cut in the front. This creates a beautiful bust line without too much cleavage in your everyday t-shirt bra. And while there is a hint of lace, it lies flat and does not show through many knits that are on the market today. Again, we do hope that you will give us another try and that your next experience will go a lot smoother than the previous one. Linda from Tucson/AZ/USA

This bra felt way to large on my entire chest. I felt like it took over my front. Instead of me wearing it, it wore me. It is made for a taller person. The underwire dug into me in the few minutes I had it on.The cup & band size fit good but the cups went up high on my chest. The support was pretty much the same as any other brand. I guess I need a wireless bra that can hold up my DDs with some padding in the cups so my nipples don't show. The material felt soft against my skin but for the money I felt it was not a good fit.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you very much for your feedback. I agree with your observation that our Dream Tisha is not the best fit on someone of a petite build. But we do offer several other styles that may work well for you. I encourage you not to give up on underwire just yet and to hopefully give Le Mystere another try! You may find that our Baroque Tisha bra or Dream Tisha Lace bras may compliment you a lot better. These styles are quite a bit “less bra” than your original selection and may not be as overwhelming on your torso. In addition, our Baroque Tisha is made with an even softer fabric, making it very comfortable and light weight, without compromising the support. The underwire in these bras combined with the molded cup are going to provide you with superior lift and we would hate to see you give up on the opportunity to have great lift, so please, do try again. sandy from san jose
