Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. Often times when the underwire fights to get out of the cup, it may be under additional stress. If you have been wearing his bra for a while in this size, you may consider having your fit checked by a specialist to ensure that you are still purchasing the right size. We also offer a beautiful front closure named Heather. She is more of an average fitting bra, so the wire isn't as long and this may give you less problems. We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed our product in the past and hope that you will in the future. Karen from West Chester
LE Mystere Response: Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that our Signature Comfort bra did not work well for you. In general, front closure bras are going to have a more open neckline due to the nature of the construction. In a traditional bra, there is more coverage at the center front which helps to keep the breast tissue more contained. Perhaps you would fare better in a convertible style such as Envie 7959. Since this style still has back hooks, it allows for greater coverage in the front, the opportunity to wear it in a racer back setting, as well as in a traditional strap setting. We do hope that you will consider giving this style a try. michele from long island,ny
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not have success with our Signature Comfort Y back bra. As the name states, this bra should be very comfortable and should not give you the harness feel at all. Racer back bras have no adjustments in the back, only the front hook closure, so often times they stretch out quickly. Our Signature Comfort features a great microfiber that is edged with a smooth, firm lingerie elastic to keep this from happening too quickly, but as all bras do it would stretch over time and perhaps it simply needed to be "broken in". If you are open to trying an alternative style, I would certainly suggest our Bardot bra 9977 . This is an extremely comfortable bra that converts to racer back, so it has thinner straps, boasts full coverage at the sides, with the added bonus of a great plunging neckline that is smooth and offers enough coverage to be worn as an everyday bra. We do hope that you will give it a try. Deliah from Calif
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were not pleased with this product. This bra was designed with a bit of a "sportier" look in mind, hence the hardware and thicker logo straps. If you are looking for something that you may find dainty and a little sexier, I would suggest you give our Le Mystere Manhattan bra 9855 a try. The cups are very soft, it has a beautiful plunge neckline with thin straps and can be worn three ways: traditional, straps slightly pulled in and cross back. We do hope that you will give this bra a try. It is certainly pretty. Good luck! Jill from Los Angeles
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with this style. While this bra is open and low, it should not function as a push up, but should give you a nice, clean neckline that is open with a center front that anchors properly. Perhaps you were not experiencing enough cup depth with this style. If you are open to giving Le Mystere another go, I would like to suggest that you give the Le Mystere Manhattan 9855 a try. It is a convertible bra, going up to a G cup that will give you the openness and softness of the 9518, with the ability to wear the bra three ways: traditional, straps slightly pulled in, as well as criss crossed straps (as a y-back). Good luck! Chris from Texas
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this bra did not work out for you. Often times, front closure bras require you to go up in cup size to receive full coverage. This is due to the fact that you lose center front coverage in a bra that has a very open neckline and a front clasp. Although you were unable to return this bra, we do hope that you will not count Le Mystere out in the future. donna from hawthorn woods, IL
