Very uncomfortable

Le Mystere Response: We are sorry that you found our Energie bra uncomfortable. Perhaps it was a sizing issue, or even an issue of proper positioning of the straps. We do hope that you will consider giving Energie another chance and that it works out for you this time. Good luck. Jan from Albion IN

Though it was too small in the cup (needed to return it), I could feel that it would have held everything well if it had fit. However, it made my breasts more wide than forward (broad chest). I decided to go with the Donna Karan 35137 instead, since my breasts were forward while still being held in that bra. Both bras have bounce if you look in a mirror, but you don't feel the bounce, which is big for me. Anna from Las Cruces

First, let me say that I love the Le Mystere Dream Tisha. Best bra ever. But this bra was an expensive disappointment. I can't even wear it for yoga-- it goes completely 4-boob and I spill out the front. It's a bra you want to avoid if you are full-busted. Wish they made a sports bra for me.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoy our Dream Tisha, yet sorry to hear that Energie did not work for you. Because this is a sport style bra that is contoured, the cup depth is slightly different from that of Dream Tisha in order to keep the bust fully contained while you are active. That being said, you may consider going up one cup size to accommodate. Energie is very supportive and offers even more support in the cross back position. Eliminating the "4-boob" by simply going up a cup may solve your issues with the bra. Good luck! Y from WI

Love, love, love this sports bra. At first I wasn't to sure but after wearing 2 times I know this is the best sports bra. First, it makes me look fantastic even in my workout clothes. Second, and most important, it is so comfortable. It's amazing how it wicks away the moisture when I do a heavy work out! Nancy from OH

It creates a very nice line. Everything stays put. It is a bit bulky, but I think it will be good for winter wear. Barb from Chicago, IL USA

This is a great bra. The straps have a hard time stay on my shoulders, though. Gaylynn from Eads, TN USA

I had a slight problem with the straps. They are adjustable but there was no place to slide the extra fabric. My solution was not to tighten the straps as much as I needed, so there was not as much "extra" to flap out the sides. Other than that, this bra is extremely comfortable! First, let me say that I have 3 Le Mystere bras and they are the best bras I have ever owned so I was thrilled too find they made a sports bra. This bra looks great but it is not a sports bra for full-breasted women. I don't do high-impact exercise, just yoga and pilates and by the end of class I am spilling out the front of this bra. It is much more practical as a regular bra. Gail from WI/USA

Overall fit was comfortable but would have liked adjustable straps. Also a little gapping under arm in the cup - not a problem I've encountered before. Jenny from Goddard, KS, USA

It's a great bra. Stays cool in AZ summer, which is great, and the straps stay up. The band around the midsection, though, needs more structure, as it gets crushed even though my size fits well. I love this bra. Some women, like me, wear these bras as our regular bras, not just for exercise. Thanks. Lisa from Arizona

I've tried other sports bras but this one fits the best, and it is comfortable enough to wear it for everyday. Keeps the bounce to a minimum, and when criss-crossed, there is no movement. I also like the padding -- other sports bras don't have padding so you often have nipple show-through, especially in a tighter fighting nylon sort of top. This gives you a nice shape with none of those worries. I highly recommend this sports bra. I now own 4 of them! JB from Western Springs, IL

Love it with one caveat. There is no way the straps will cross in the back unless I want to wear this bra around my neck! The straps are way too short. But it gives excellent support, enhances my clothes, and is very comfotable MJT

Love this bra! Comfortable and finally the girls are up where they belong. Medium impact is exactly right. BUT there is no way these straps can cross in the back. The bra is around my neck that way! LOL! Too bad as it would probably be high impact but I love it for both a sports bra and an everyday bra anyway. MJT from East Hampton`

Apparently bra runs large, as it was too big for me, also it is just too stiff and rubs - could be the size issue. Jan from Painesville OH

This is a wonderful bra for those of us petite but well endowed figures. VERY comfortable for everyday wear as well as to the gym. The only downside is that the straps were not nearly long enough to criss cross - nor could I figure out how to put it on alone once the straps were criss crossed! Overall, a great find in comfort and support.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern with the strap length, however, the bra was designed this way so that no matter what position you wear it, you will still feel that you are receiving maximum support. Making a longer strap would take away from the security that the bra provides and when criss-crossing, there should not be much slack with this bra. Also, it may take a little maneuvering, but the easiest way to get on and off once criss-crossed is over the head. The hooks are secure, so they should stay in place and you can then fasten as usual. We hope that you continue to enjoy! Victoria from Lebanon, PA

Seems like a good bra. I bought it for an every day bra with minimal "bounce". I did have to go down a cup size to get a good fit. My only complaint is that the straps are too long for me and don't have enough clasps to make them as short as I would like. I'll have to sew some on myself. marguerite from wi

Ran small and very uncomfortable. Poor strap design.

Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this style did not work for you. On average, customers find that this bra has a very full cup which gives great coverage and support for someone in need of a sports bra that still gives great shape and can be worn from work to the gym. Perhaps a tweaking of the size in this style would help you achieve the fit and comfort level that you seek. In regard to the strap, since it is a sport bra, it needs to be constructed in such a way that it holds more taught than a traditional bra strap, yet have lots of room for adjusting. Did you try criss crossing the straps? This may be more comfortable for you. We do hope that this experience does not deter you from trying other Le Mystere pieces and we welcome any additional feedback that you may have. Lee from Arizona

Extremely soft and comfortable, I was so glad to see this was a cotton blend. Yes it's a sports bra,,, however company states wear all day,,,from work to workout. It's true,,, I can wear this all day, then workout if I want with support. However,,,, this is truly a bra you can wear daily with T-shirts.. etc. This is now my go to bra,, ordering 3 more. Plus my daughter who wears DDD/F could wear this with really great support. Liz from USA

Very happy to finally find a sports bra with u/w, good support, available in large cup sizes & most importantly prevents show through. The band may be slightly larger than some other brands, but fits me very well. The cup size may also be slightly larger than some other brands, so if between sizes you may want to select the smaller cup size. Very comfortable. Would love more colors to choose from. bra connoisseur from Louisiana

I have 3 drawers full of size 32C bras that I’ve bought over the years, many ordered online, and they all fit perfectly. These Mystere bras are not size 32C’s, even though they are labeled as such. The cups are too large and the banding is too loose so that when I raise my arms the bra rides up and does not stay in place.

If you really want to make a bra that is a true 32C -- you should follow the specs of this manufacturer: Moving Comfort 350006. louise from upland
