Le Mystere Response: We are sorry that you found our Energie bra uncomfortable. Perhaps it was a sizing issue, or even an issue of proper positioning of the straps. We do hope that you will consider giving Energie another chance and that it works out for you this time. Good luck. Jan from Albion IN
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoy our Dream Tisha, yet sorry to hear that Energie did not work for you. Because this is a sport style bra that is contoured, the cup depth is slightly different from that of Dream Tisha in order to keep the bust fully contained while you are active. That being said, you may consider going up one cup size to accommodate. Energie is very supportive and offers even more support in the cross back position. Eliminating the "4-boob" by simply going up a cup may solve your issues with the bra. Good luck! Y from WI
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern with the strap length, however, the bra was designed this way so that no matter what position you wear it, you will still feel that you are receiving maximum support. Making a longer strap would take away from the security that the bra provides and when criss-crossing, there should not be much slack with this bra. Also, it may take a little maneuvering, but the easiest way to get on and off once criss-crossed is over the head. The hooks are secure, so they should stay in place and you can then fasten as usual. We hope that you continue to enjoy! Victoria from Lebanon, PA
Le Mystere Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that this style did not work for you. On average, customers find that this bra has a very full cup which gives great coverage and support for someone in need of a sports bra that still gives great shape and can be worn from work to the gym. Perhaps a tweaking of the size in this style would help you achieve the fit and comfort level that you seek. In regard to the strap, since it is a sport bra, it needs to be constructed in such a way that it holds more taught than a traditional bra strap, yet have lots of room for adjusting. Did you try criss crossing the straps? This may be more comfortable for you. We do hope that this experience does not deter you from trying other Le Mystere pieces and we welcome any additional feedback that you may have. Lee from Arizona
