I had to return this item because the fabric info on the bra said it contains polyester but it was not disclosed on the website.

Its not pretty or sporty looking, but it doesn't show through clothing and makes boobs look like they're in a regular bra not sports-squished. The straps are not only very adjustable, but they stay the length you set them to and have good padding. I was able to wear this bra after shoulder surgery by making the good side shorter than the injured side. The band is very supportive and took most of the strain. Not enough support, even thought there is underwire. The cup is of very soft, fine fabric, so I 'jiggled'. Might be a wonderful bra for relaxing, if support is not an issue. Janet from Nashville

This bra definitely gives the support it boasts and creates a youthful lift, which I love. It actually ran large in the cup for me and I had to exchange. Even with a size down it's kind of a funny shape and creates a little bit of "double boob" for me - less so when I cross the straps in back. The adjustable straps are different with loops along a good length of them. I thought it would be awkward, but it's really good for no slippage. Don't expect this bra to get rid of back fat. It does stay put pretty well, but I'm not sure that it's the ultimate bra for someone well-endowed with a small rib cage. Still, it's comfortable and lifts, so I'm keeping it! Sarah

Le Mystere 320 Energie has become my favorite sports bra! I love the convertible straps so that I can wear it with all my tops for the gym, including those which show a bit of cleavage. This is a "where have you been my whole life?" kind of bra for me. It's been a challenge for me to find a contour bra that didn't look weird on me. Not only did this lay nice, it really lifted the girls wonderfully. I wore the bra all day with a fitted sweater before heading to a martial arts class in the evening. Not only did I feel confident in the sweater, but I liked not having to spend the extra time changing my bra at the gym. I was skeptical that a bra that looked this good would keep the girls in place through alternating jumping jacks, pushups, ab work, and all the running/kicking. It did--wow! LOVE this bra!! I wear this bra with the back crossed so it is a bit cumbersome to put it on; however, everything stays in place. I feel as though my breast tissue is protected and the ligaments and such are not getting stretched out because I have absolutely no bounce. This bra seemed like a great bra...if only I could have found the correct size. It is possible that this just isn't the bra for me. I bought two different sizes...my regular 34 D/E and 34 C due to a couple of the reviews that claimed the cup size ran large. Not the case for me at all. The band was too large and the cups way too small. I reordered a 32 E. The band felt great but I still needed more coverage in the cups to prevent the "four boob" effect. Possibly a 32 F would have provided a better fit but I gave up because of the cost of shipping. I also don't feel that this should be called a sports bra. The girls would spill out if you bent over. It does the job. Holds everything in place during high impact aerobics. It's my favorite sports bra. I had hoped to use it for everyday. It's a little bulky and thick for that. The only down side is the strap adjustment. I have to shorten it a lot. That leaves quite a bit of strap material that you have to reach around & tuck under. jawilly

I loved this bra in 38F, but I've lost 30lbs. and needed to go down a size. This 36F is made with shorter straps and the cups are slightly big. 36E is too small in the cup. Leslie from Evergreen
