There are so many problems with this bra, I don't know where to start. The one plus is that the fabric is very soft and extremely comfortable on the skin.
1 - Bra seems to run large. I had been professionally measured & bought the correct size, but the cups were too large.
2 - The band curls under and will not lie flat. The rolling is highly uncomfortable against the rib cage.
3 - The shoulder straps are too long, and can not be shortened enough to provide proper support. I am 5'4, and have never had a problem with too-long straps in any other bra.
4 - Absolutely no support. This is likely due to the straps being too long, but thought I'd still mention it.
I really wish I had returned this bra. I kept it thinking I might use it to sleep in since the fabric was so comfortable, but the band rolling up made it too uncomfortable for night time.
La Leche Response:La Leche League did make the cup a bit fuller than their usual nursing bras because they received numerous complaints that their nursing bras were running small, especially on full figure and if a woman wanted to put in a nursing pad. They also changed the direction of the bottom cup because they felt the stretch needed to go the other direction. They are looking into making sure the fit is correct and that the patterns haven't changed, the sewing hasn't changed, and the lamination hasn't changed.
