The cups were pointy. The bra was not soft or comfortable.

La Leche League Response: I don't think I have ever had the complaint that the cups were pointy. This bra was fit on our 38C, 40DD and 34G models. They all loved it and never complained about it being pointy or not comfortable. The bra has cotton in it helps to make this bra more comfortable. Connie from Reston, VA

I was very excited to find a sturdy under-wire nursing bra in my size! So far I've only tried it on, but it seems very well made and like it will hold up well, heh, pun accidental but fitting. It is a bit ripply on the top half of the cups, and I'm thinkin that may mean it's a little big. I'm going to keep it though, as I'm only in my 5th month of pregnancy, I'm sure my breasts are not done growing. Until then, I may try adding a small push up pad or something and see if that helps. Feels like a harness! It is not very comfortable and quite tight. I like the silk accents. I think the size is bigger than other G's.

the bra is very supportive...i'm very busty and i could have gone up one cup size to account for the padding (not that there is lots of padding, because there isn't)...maybe it's just because i'm 8 months prego and the girls are quite large and full...anyway, great bra, good quality...espcially for us big busty chicks Chanell from Baltimore MD

I'd really like to send this back if I could, but unfortunetly I took the tags off. In other reviews you will read that there are bumps along the mid breast seam. It's true, but they arent just bumps, it looks like you have three large nipples poking out of eack breast! Plus I have a little quade boob where breast tissue is squished out the top. If that wasnt enough the cup doesnt come down far enough to breastfeed easily. If I have to pull my breast out of the bra to nurse, what is the point of wearing a nursing bra?

I think you are actually bigger and that is why your breast are squished at the top and the cup is not dropping down far enough. I have not heard any complaints regarding the seam and the bumps. While this bra was beautiful to look at, after a few hours, it was painful to wear.

La Leche League Response: She wears a big cup size but has a small back. I am surprised she said this bra was uncomfortable usually for the bigger “busted” women it is very comfortable. Very disappointed! Bra is not true to size. I had to use the very last hooks and it was still extremely tight. There is no elastic around the rib cage portion of the bra so there is no give. The cups are also to big and not true to size as well. I realize it is a unique size, but I have the same size bra in several other brands that I really like with no problems. I guess I learned my lesson and need to stick with what works!

This bra was WAY to small, and I wear this size in many other bras. It seemed pretty thin and low quality as well. On to the next!

HerRoom Response: Many brands call a G cup 2 sizes larger. It's important that you look ar our Manufacturer Cup Size Conversion Chart before selecting your cup size.

LeLeche Response: Thank you for your feedback, but just because you wear one size in one bra does not mean that will be the size you wear in all bras. We feel that if you try a bigger size you would be please with this item. As far as this bra being pretty thin, we have to disagree, it's a nice thick fabric microfiber and satin fabric. I really like this bra. I have a hard time finding a bra that offers enough support, and this certainly has it! It is, as stated in previous reviews, a little bit lumpy over the nipple, but if you wear a camisole (and I usually do) you don't really notice it. Lydia

Extremely comfortable bra! I was afraid an underwire would be uncomfortable but it is not the case. It provides the extra support I need, therefore, creating a flattering silhouette. The fit and support is perfect for larger breasts. The material is substantial and washes & dries well. It it easy to unlatch for nursing. KAT

After a few wears, it doesn't seem to have as much support as I was expecting based on the other reviews. It does fit nicely (the fit would be a 5), but I wish it still had the support as when I first bought it.

I returned this bra because it didn't lay right. The material was really bulky, and wouldn't lay smooth. I am exchanging it for the LaLeche soft cup padded bra, which I really like.

This bra was extremely uncomfortable. It had little room to adjust in the straps and the seams cut right across the nipple. It also doesn't conform to the shape of the natural breast.

Fit was okay but it made me look pointy and was not flattering under a shirt.

La Leche League Response: Because the bra is cut and sewn it does have a seam running across the cup. Perhaps this is what appears to be giving the customer the "pointy look".
