These socks are Fleur De Lis, but they are neither shiny nor metallic. I was hoping they were. I love FDL so I'm keeping them anyway. K. Bell does make smaller metallic FDL design socks, so the descrlption is for the wrong socks. Still they are good socks and hold up well and fit perfect under ankle boots.
