Bras never fit me very well because I am only 5'1" but have C-cup natural (i.e., sagging) breasts. Push up bras usually shove my breasts to my chin because of my short stature, and typically all bras have too much space between the breasts to fit my narrow torso. This bra solves all of those problems beautifully. I love the way it sits on my body, and the shape of the cups are perfectly natural. I wear it without the air pockets because they tend to lift my breasts too high, which, on me, looks unnatural, but the bra provides the perfect amount of subtle lift without the pads. The u-shaped back band does conceal back flab better than a straight-across brand - I wish all bras would have that! My only critique is that the material covering the cups could be a little smoother. It doesn't show through clothes, but it is rough enough to prevent thin fabrics (e.g., silk) from hanging as they should. T from Chicago/IL/USA
