Size: XLVery comfortable under pants, they don't ride up in the back and the sides don't come up over the waistband of pants. Less so for sleeping in. I've noticed that they tend to bunch up more if I sleep in them than when I'm wearing them under jeans or carharts. I've found that they wash just fine in the washing machine as long as you put them in a garment bag on the delicate cycle and they dry really quickly if you lay them flat on a towel.
