I would have rated it higher if it was actually a "one size fits all" panty. However, when I tried these on, they cut into my hips really bad creating a muffin top. If you have a full backside and hips, these might not fit you correctly.

Hanky Panky Response: Our low rise thongs fit sizes 2-12 best. If you're on the larger side of that spectrum, you may prefer our original rise thong 4811, which fits sizes 4-14 best. Monica from Ohio
