Size: SThis item is very nice. It hugs the body and fits comfortably under the arm hole. It's long so it tucks in or can be worn out to show a lacy border under a garment. The small is plenty roomy because of the stretch of the garment and, given the long length, individuals who are narrow who might order a medium for their bust size or for the extra length will probably want to stick with a size small.
