I love these bras, they are the best quality cotton bra that I have found. I only wear cotton and it is to find a quality wire free bra. I have been wearing these for over a year now with no real visible signs of wear. When I compared the new ones to the old, they were the same size after multiple washings and drying. The only complaint I have is the Grey one is 45% polyester so I had to exchange those for another color. myrna from globe az

I am desperately seeking a non-padded bra in size 36A that is or will convert to racerback--and have straps long enough to be comfortable. The straps on this were way too short to wear hooked across the back (converted to racerback). I returned it :(

Grenier Response:Unfortunately, this is the only racerback bra Grenier makes. Are you sure she did not get the short version style 8566S in error? Ashley from TX

This was a tight 32, unfortunately, so if you are more or less in between 32 and 34, it might not work for you. Just a little more stretch, and I think it would have worked for me. It's a very nice design with the features I seek in a bra -- unpadded, smooth molded "cups and not overbuilt -- so I hated having to send it back.

Grenier Response:We recommend that you try a 34A and attach the back closure at the tightest. Kristine from St. Paul

I ordered the short strap version of the same bra first. I felt the straps were a bit short so I ordered 2 of the regular version and one is perfect and one is bigger and a bit loose in the straps and the band. The black was perfect the natural was a bit big. Not sure why but I am still happy with them and if there was a way to find the small one out of the bunch, I would order it again. cheri from aptos

I was so disappointed in this bra. The other comments said this was a great bra, but I disagree. I usually wear a 32B, but ordered a C since the reviews said it runs a little small. The C was still way too small and there is NO support. The material is extremely cheap and can easily be seen through. I would NOT recommend this bra- I'm sending it back. Lilly from Indiana

This bra runs small in all ways including length of strap. I found it very uncomfortable, and if I hadn't already washed it, as I do with all cotton bras before wearing, I would return it. Tori from London

Okay, this is the bra of my dreams. Not that I actually dream about bras. The material is really soft and the straps are just the right width to be really comfortable. I like the extra layer of material for coverage under tshirts, etc. And the fit and support are superb. The shaping is more flattering than I've ever seen in a no-wire bra, and everything stays put. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. I would love to see a lightly padded version of this bra for days when I really can't risk any nipple show-through. Jean from Boston, MA

I love this bra. I wear all my sports bras with nothing over them - that is, I wear them as workout tops - and this one stays in place even during yoga. and its comfortable and it fits just like every other 34B bra fits me. I love it. And if I didn't have an aversion to having more than one of each style bra, I'd buy another one in a minute. sue from san francisco ca

I know this product and find it to be of superior quality. It is much nicer than many conventional more widely known brands. Thanks for your continued good product lines. Susan

Overall I like this bra. I like that the cups are lined but it is not bulky. The straps are very short. I had to let them all the way out. There is no way it could be used as a racerback one me. The cups seem a little small. Unfortunately they do not offer a 32D in this style or I would give it a try. I would prefer the straps be a little narrower. Madelyn from California

Nothing beats a Grenier cotton bra (5 stars for comfort!), and for the most part this is no exception -- except for two things (hence, the 3-star rating): 1. The straps aren't long enough to convert the bra to a comfortable racerback, and 2. The fabric pills BETWEEN the two layers of cotton knit that comprise the cups after the bra has been machine washed a number of times. (Does anyone still handwash their bras????). This is only OK if you like wearing tiny pebbles in your bra. HerRoom Response: Washing the bra in a laundry bag rather than just in the washing machine should reduce pilling. k. from NJ

This bra fit pretty well, but not well enough to keep it. There is too much material at the top of the cups, which causes wrinkling. I didn't know if washing the bra would correct that, so I returned it. Linda from Boston, MA

This is the best no wire bra I have ever purchased. In fact, I ordered 2 more in the other colors so I can wear it more often. The straps stay on your shoulders and the fit is snug without being overly constricting. It also has a great racer-back option. I highly recommend it. Hillary from New York, NY United States

If you ask me, the best bra ever. Provides just the right amount of support for me, and it is very comfortable. I really like the fact that it doesn't have wires. I threw away all my other bras ever since I found this one. I've been buying this one for the past 3 years. I hope they never discontinue it. Once again, my personal opinion. I hope it works as well for you as it does for me, if you get it. P. from Charleston, SC
