This is the most comfortable hot-weather bra ever and it is available in my hard -to -find size. I also ordered one for my 20 year old daughter and she loves it, too. Kathy from Sleepy Hollow, New York

This bra is so soft and comfortable, and fits well. Gives just enough support, and is much cooler since it's cotton without lining or padding. I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction, so I prefer cotton over nylon for comfort. The shoulder straps are long enough, unlike other bras I've tried. Very smooth look, even under tight sweaters. Gail from Jackson, NJ, USA

While I wish this bra were ivory instead of white, I'm happy with this pretty bra, and it has no wires, too. Terry from New York/NY/USA

These are the most comfortable, supportive bras on the planet. The trade-off, which is TOTALLY WORTH IT, is that the material gradually sags after about six dozen wearings/washings (70-100+?). Also, under T-shirts or plain-colored thin garments, you'll want breast petals. However, you can wear these bras for 16+ hours with none of the discomfort of underwires AND none of the odd angled bulgy-ness of padded non-underwires AND none of the droopiness of most soft-cup bras. They are awesome. Jennifer from Silicon Valley, CA, USA

This is a very pretty, comfortable bra, although I feel it runs large. Also, you have to be careful washing it, because there is a lot of shrinkage due to the high cotton content. Suzanne from Grosse Pointe, MI

This is the perfect bra for A cups who don't want to be over-heated and fake-looking by a padded bra. There are almost no unpadded bras left in the world and this is one! It still gives a nice lift and good look under fitted tops, and it's cool all day! KD from San Mateo/CA/USA

This bra fits perfectly and is very comfortable for wearing around the house. I wear my other more supportive bras when I dress up. Thanks, HER ROOM! Mizzy from Middleton,WI.USA

I bought this bra this summer after a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction, and no longer need underwire or padding, just a comfortable light support bra. This is my favorite of the 3 styles I bought, and just bought 3 more. This is the bra that I hope I have a clean one when I open my lingerie drawer. Gail from Jackson NJ USA

This bra is extremely scratchy !!! I have implants so I do not need a lot of support (34C), but I couldn't wait to take it off due to the rough material. A much better choice for a soft bra with hidden slings, AND made with a softer material is Grenier No wire 8564. The band runs one size small but the cups seem true to size.

Grenier Response: The bra fabric is a blend of cotton with spandex knitted into a lace motif. We are sorry that this fabric was not appropriate for you and appreciate that you liked #8564 made in a blend of Nylon and Spandex. IDow from Miami, FL

This is one of the most comfortable light weight bras I have ever worn. No under-wire...don't need it. Lovely lace design, mostly cotton. Just wish I could purchase this bra in different colors, as right now it comes in only white. Sharon from Maryland

This bra, while marked 36A, my size, did not fit me at all. The cups were much too large. Tal from Pittsfield/MA/U.S.A.

The fit was good but the fabric was very uncomfortable. I was looking for a cotton bra and should have paid more attention to the fabric content, which contains nylon. I was attracted to the lace but dont like the feel of it. This is going back for Calida 04427 which I love. I came here to order that and was lured by the lace- to itchy!

Grenier Response: Style 8550 content is cotton fibers mixed with lycra and nylon. For a smooth no wire cotton bra, we suggest 8505, 8566, which do not contain nylon. Michelle from VT

not enough support for a 36C - folding over - had to return. Try the Grenier Cotton Sports bra

Grenier Response:This bra was designed for a young silhouette with breasts that don’t need a lot of support. We agree that the cotton sports bra style 8505, non wire cotton sports bra, or style 8404 underwire sports bra will provide better support for a more mature breast. Love this bra! Will be ordering several. It's pretty, fits so well, and is so comfortable. Can't find wire-free, non padded bras in retail stores anymore. Thank you so much for offering this great bra. Just wish it came in colors - I'd order one of each! Sharon from Chester VT USA

This bra fit great when you need one without an underwire and you are between sizes. Very comfortable, great for warm weather. Also very pretty and not padded which is a plus for me. Jan from NV

Very nice, comfortable everyday bra. "A" cup fits well for a small "A". The band size is a little small. Wish it came in other colors. judy from rochester, Michigan

This bra is soft, pretty and a very nice non-padded wire-free. I do not like anything tight around my midriff so re-ordered from a 36 to a 38. I have had a double mastectomy and this bra is one on your site that I have found good for me. It has been a challenge to find something with no wire and no padding. ShariAnn from Minnesota

Excellent for a leisure/easy bra in hot weather. I read the other posts about the scratchy elastic etc. so I bought it a size wider, and washed it with my cottons once and put it in the dryer. It came out fine. Plus, it really improved the scratchiness-and that is a picadillo of mine. These are very hard to find, and this is one of the best. It seems as if it will wear well and last long. For me 5 stars means I like the style, it fits well, and I'll buy it again. This bra meets my expectations for Grenier: comfort, style, quality. I actually like this better than their sports bra, which has been my go-to style for every day for years. The band doesn't fold or curl under as the day goes on. (I suppose that's a fit issue; not sure.) Bottom line is that for my shape, size & quirks, this bra is as perfect as I could hope for. Lisa from Minnesota
