This is indeed one of the most comfortable bras right out of the package that I have ever owned. However... after only about three weeks, some of the stitching has come undone around the bottom of the band. I do wish the bra was slightly more supportive also, it has a double adjustment on each strap, but neither lets you adjust the straps short enough to get the "girls" up as high as high as they really should be. This is the nicest, best feeling, best fitting bra. I ordered a different bra that had the convertible back and didn't like it, it puckered and was not comfortable, I returned it and ordered another Grenier 8467. Now I know better, don't switch. Sandy from San Francisco

this is actually the most comfortable bra i have ever worn. The cotton inside eliminates any scratching, or irritation from synthetic cup lining. thank you. Sandy from Columbus, Ohio

Question/Comment: I commented previously on this bra and did love it. But.... My underwire just snapped. (the wire broke in two pieces just under the breast) That happened previously with other bras and I decreased to 38 and went up to an F. This seemed to solve the problem until today. What is the deal? How can I avoid this? Is this a size issue or a bra issue. Any response would be appreciated.

HerRoom Response: When a wire snaps in the middle, it usually means there is too much strain pulling the underwires apart. This can be because your band size is too small, or you cup size is too small. If the cups are fitting you, I would first try going up a band size and down a cup size to maintain the same cup volume. In your case, it sounds more like you have the wrong band size. If your underwires also snapped at a 40 band size, try going up to a 42 and down one or two cup sizes. Gina from Warsaw, IN

This is the best fitting bra I have ever worn. I have spent so much money in trying to find the correct fitting bra. I am very short waisted and many underwire bras have long wiring between my breasts. This bra I can wear all day and not feel it at all! Wish it were prettier and came in colors, but that is the only draw-back I have. Penelope from Dallas TX

Very comfortable, and I like that I can choose to criss cross it in the back. I just wish that the cotton didn't stretch so much at the end of the day...I had slight boob sag, but not enough to prevent me from wearing it again after washing and shrinking it back to size, but I will not buy another. I have had the same problem with the underwire poking through this particular bra. However, it is such a comfortable bra, I continue to order them. I was advised to try a lingerie bag to wash them - I'm going to give that a go and hope they last longer. I too am allergic to nylon, and it's fantastic to have an undyed, unbleached cotton bra available. Rachel from CA

Love it! Have worn others like it but this one was much better made. I would love to buy lots more but the price is a little prohibitive. It's hard to find bras in my size and then it seems the price is high. Gina from Warsaw, IN

Excellent support, except would like some added uplift from bottom. Guess that's a personal problem, but have tried finding a bra with cup support to take some of the pressure off my poor aching shoulders.

HerRoom Response: IF you feel there is not enough support for the bottom of your breasts, it could be that your band size is too large. Consider going down a band size and up a cup size to maintain the same cup volume - in your case, a 42D. Gloria from Albany,Ga. USA

I like the fabric content of the bra very much. I am allergic to nylon so the 90% Cotton 10% Spandex works well for me. The bras seem to be well made. I did however have to shorten the straps, using velcro instead of the hooks that were on the bras. The cups are a little TOO UNDERSIZED. I ordered a larger cup size than my old Vanity Fair D Cup, but they don't cover nearly as well. Linda from Granbury, TX

I love the fit of this bra. The underwire can be uncomfortable - it can pinch on occasion. Ellen from California

I ordered this bra and loved it so much, I ordered 2 more. But by the time the next order arrived, a bone had poked through the fabric -- ouch! I threw the bra away after asking HerRoom if they offered a warranty (they don't). Now another bone has come through the second bra, so I'm starting to think there's a flaw in the design or manufacturing. Pluses: the cups fit so smoothly, it doesn't ride up and the straps don't slide off of my narrow shoulders -- very comfortable. Minuses: obviously, the sewing in of the underwires. P.S. I don't hand wash my bras, but I don't think I treat them any differently than most women. Both bras were only a few months old when the wire poked through. Sue from Rehoboth, Delaware

This is the most comfortable bra I have ever worn. Good support. I first ordered the beige color and reordered the same bra in black, twice. The black seems to run a bit smaller in the cups. The fabric seems the same but seems to be cut smaller. arlene from Redford, MI USA

I have been searching for a comfortable bra for years. I often wore a sleep bra because it was the only thing I could wear comfortably. This bra is heaven. Even though it's underwire, you can't feel it. Support is great, cups fit smoothly, and the straps are comfortable without looking like body armor in the back. The best! Jackie from Wisconsin

I absolutely love this bra! I have always had a problem with my bra straps falling down and this bra solves that problem, and it looks great. I was wearing racer-back bras but they didn't fit as well or look as good. I have ordered two more, I love them so much! Ann from Louisville KY USA

After months of searching I found a bra that is exactly what I was looking for. The racerback option is great and the fit is perfect! I own about 6 of these and just bought more to replace the ones that have been worn a lot. I hope these are never discontinued! DLW from Iowa/USA

I've searched a long time for a good fitting comfortable bra and this is it. It's soft and almost feels as if I'm not wearing a bra at all--amazing for a bra with an underwire! The cotton is excellent for our humid weather. I would highly recommend this bra to anyone. I now own 4 of them and will likely purchase more. Lynda from Houston, TX USA

I've never been motivated enough to comment on anything I have purchased on-line before, but this is the absolute best bra that I have ever worn. It was incredibly comfortable and supportive from the first wearing (no "breaking-in" period was needed). Most surprising to me was the amazing support on the sides. In a word, FABULOUS!!!!
