This is a great bra for my needs today. Have always worn synthetic bras, but my sensitive skin is even more so now. This is my first cotton bra, but I will re-order every time. I'm big on comfort, and this bra is certainly comfortable. It is also just the right thickness/thinness of fabric. The design is simple yet flattering. This is now my favorite bra for everyday wear. This is a very comfortable bra. The straps have a lot of adjustability and do not dig into or slip off my shoulders. I also like the ability to modify the straps to a racer back when I want to. I will purchase this bra again. Jen from Fort Thomas, KY, USA

The only reason I give this bra one star is because it can not possibly be a 40C. If I hadn't washed it when I first received it I would have sent it back. (Washed in tepid water & woolite, patted with a towel to remove excess water then hung to dry). I have twice ordered these bras before and have never had trouble with the black ones. The natural fabric ones stretch out after a few months and then lack support. The black ones have been great. Until now. I measured the band of this new bra and it was 28 inches long and stretches to 30 inches. Most of my 40C bras measure 32 to 34 inches with enough stretch to wear comfortably. I also ordered this bra in white, which was backordered. When it arrives I'll check it out before washing and return it if necessary. I wont be ordering this bra again even though I truly loved the black bras I ordered previously. Mary from Randle, WA

This bra is the first plus size cotton bra that is comfortable, supportive, and that have elastic straps that can be worn racerback or regular. Finally I have found a "racer back" bra that fits. Its comfy and has a nice shape, the hook at the back is a little hard to work unless you have help, but once in place its a great fit. Thank you. jane from california

My first purchase of this bra was in July 2011. I absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to order more. I placed another order for 2 of the same model. They were on backorder and finally arrived about 3 weeks later. I was solely disappointed. They ran small around the band. I kept one hoping overtime it will feel a bit more comfortable. I returned the 2nd one. The original bra ordered in early July continues to be a wonderful fit. I will take all the care I can to keep it from wearing out! However, I won't order another. I purchased this bra about 6 weeks ago in white and just loved it. I had never worn a bra so comfortable that I just had to order more. I ordered 2 more in natural. The bras were on backorder and finally arrived last week. I was very disappointed. Not near as comfortable as the first one. The band was way too snug. I adjusted and readjusted the straps but never could find that same comfortable fit as the first one I purchased 6 weeks ago. I went ahead and kept one of the two ordered. The other has been returned for refund. I am very disappointed and have no idea of why it would fit differently than the very first one I purchased only recently. I guess I will just have to take very good care of the first one so that it doesn't wear out soon! I am not leaving a star rating because this review deals with 2 same model bras each having a different fit. The original purchase of the white 44C model 8467 would get a 5 star rating. The second purchase of the 2 natural 44C model 8467 bras would get a 3 star rating.

My doctor recommended a racerback bra, as women who are in their 40's/50's should wear one. I researched many and found this bra. I love it!!!! Comfortable, supportive, and I love the racerback style. I highly recommend this bra. I wear a DD and it is awesome! Colleen from Hampstead

When I first purchased this bra I was thrilled. The fabric was soft and very comfortable. After wearing the bra, however, it provided little support. It stretched and sagged and the wires created a "tray" through my shirt, which was very unsightly. I had high hopes that I had finally found a great cotton bra, only to be extremely disappointed. I have a very full and heavy bust and I have a difficult time finding a bra that not only fits well, but is comfortable enough to wear all day, everyday. This is it! I've had neck and back pain for a while due to bra straps. This is the most comfortable bra I've worn in a long time! I have only worn it in the racerback configuration. It really works quite easily as a convertible! My only issue is that the fabric on the cups is very t-shirt stretchy. So I have more bounce going on than I'm used to. I didn't care for this bra. I wore it for 10 hours and by the end of the day I couldn't wait to get it off. It irritated me on the back strap where the hooks are. Also it irritated me along the underwire. I do like the wide straps though. G.B. from Ridgecrest

Straps and material were exceptional as was the fit and comfort however it was much too thin (literally sheer) not padded at all and offered little support. It almost seemed like the wrong product and had to be returned. Pam from NH
