I love the support, but I'm not crazy about the seams on the cups being so obvious under clothes. These bras are going to be great for wearing under sweaters and sweatshirts, and around the house, but not for t-shirts or dressy blouses. Christie from Tennessee

I buy Goddess bras for my daughters and they are both will endow. You just can't get bras like these in stores. My youngest daughter has been wearing them for years now and my older daughter just started wearing them and swears she will never buy anything else. gemini from nm

The cup size was too large. Even though I have worn Goddess bras before in 40 DD,the fit was disappointing.

Goddess Response: Every style will fit slightly differently depending on the style itself, and the fabrication, so it's important to be flexible about your size. Why not try another style which comes in a smaller cup size. Yvette (GD6750) is a fabulous option, because we offer C and D cups in this style. Yvette features molded cups, so the look is perfectly smooth under clothing, and the unique back construction provides a back smoothing effect. What woman wouldn't want that! K. from Bethesda, MD

Review on First Buying: Very sexy color and design. Pretty comfortable too. :) Review after 1 Year Wear: Still sexy and love the color. It's held up well and still has wear in the bra. A little bit more uncomfortable after a year of wear but not too uncomfortable to keep wearing. adamarie from murfreesboro, tn

I purchased this item in the green and ordered a larger band size. I really liked the fit but the band was a tad too large. So I ordered this one band size smaller, it fits better but the cups are smaller! So frustrating. Wish I could find these at a store.

HerRoom Response: This is a very common misconception people have when changing band sizes. In the original size ordered your cup fit perfectly so when moving down a band size your cup needed to go up a size in order to achieve the same fit. RJB from Idaho

With respect to appearance, this bra is great. It keeps my boobs right where they need to be and they look firm and have minimal bounce. HOWEVER, my back is killing me! I've worn this bra on and off for about a year (and I'm actually wearing it now!) and I find that it provides absolutely no back support. I wear a 46I, for the record. The straps slide and I find that I have to tighten it back up throughout the day. My mid-back always feels like a massive bruise after wearing this bra for a few hours.

Goddess Response: Most of the support the bra provides should come from the "body" or band of the bra. If the band is too loose, it will ride up your back, and the bra won't be able to do its job, which is to support the breast tissue. Perhaps try a smaller band size (38), and a larger cup size (DDD). If your straps are sliding down your shoulders, you may need a bra with more "center pull" straps. Yvette (GD6750) might be a great option for you. Yvette features moulded cups, (smooth under clothing), the straps are more centered, and the back construction provides a back smoothing effect. Rachel from Martinsburg, WV

Fits well, carrying most of the weight around the band rather than on the shoulders. The mesh band flattens any potential spillover effect. Gives a smoother contour under clothes. Tina from Boones Mill, VA

This bra would be perfect if it had J-hooks. It fits wonderfully and is comfortable all day, but I am constantly pulling up the straps. Constantly. Goddess, please add a version with J-hooks!!! Felicity from Northfield

I was so nervous to purchase this bra considering I'd never tried it on, but I am so happy with it! It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. I am so happy that I finally found a comfortable, supportive, well fitting bra that is affordable! This bra lifts and separates ladies! I plan to get at least 1 or 2 more. The shipping was super fast too, so that's a major plus in my book. Thank you HerRoom! Megan from Denver

I reviewed this bra earlier, and I do like the fit. But I have a problem. The description says the bra front is just over 3 inches high. Mine are 5 and a half inches in the front, between the breasts, and I can hardly wear them, because of the front part only. It comes up so high, that part digs in to me, and of course shows under nearly everything I wear, even though I dress very conservatively. I'm writing to the company to see why it is a two inch difference. Except for that high front and the way it digs in, I recommend this bra.

Goddess Response: Angela, the width of the center gore varies depending on the size of the cup and the band. The center gore will increase incrementally as the bra size goes up. This is to provide the most stable support possible in a particular size and style. If you're looking for styles with a lower center front, take a peek at some of our Elomi styles. These bras fit like a dream, and are fun and sexy as well! I would recommend Carmen (EL4010), and if you're feeling like a fabulous colorful print, take a gander at Portia (EL4150)Portia (EL4150). I think you'll be very happy! Angela from Overland Park

I had worn this bra before, albeit in the wrong size, so I knew what to expect. The sectioned bra does best for me, as it provides support. I am not concerned about seams or nipples showing through clothing (perhaps a function of living in Europe so long--nipples are regarded as a regular part of one's anatomy). Thank you for providing the Universal Cup Size chart! I have tried on so many bras 'in my size' (in the States, Canada as well as in Europe) which simply do not fit. I urge other customers to take the time and go through all the steps listed in the bra fitting section of this website. Clothing really does fit better and look nicer if one is wearing the correct bra!!! Sara from FL

Not enough coverage in the cup. Will work after some adjusting around.

Goddess Response: Our Alice bra (GD6041) might just be perfect for you. Alice provides more coverage than GD6090, and Alice also runs a bit larger in the cup than GD6090 if you should need the extra room. Book from Tennessee

Have worn Kiera style for long time now. I was pleased to finally get it in small band size with larger cup. I am very small around but large in front. Previously could only get 36 and up. I am not fond of the seams for the cups showing under my clothes either but like the support it provides. Another improvement could be more support for under the arms to push your business forward and not looking so wide. Cathy from Ohio

I was one of the vast majority of ladies who are "sure" they are wearing the right size of bra. It's just the bras are always uncomfortable. I stumbled upon a blog written about the author's struggles with her bras. It was well written and funny, so I read it all. And though I was "sure" I had the right size bra, I followed the links and measuring instructions. Whoa! I was stunned. I was off by...well, a lot. So, I ordered this bra, based largely on reviews, and the fact that there just weren't that many in my size. I only got two of these, as that's all I could afford. But, now I can't wear any of my old "right sized" bras. Even if it means washing out a bra every evening, it is so worth it. I actually leave this on from the time I get up and dressed until I go to bed at night. I used to peel out of my bra as I walked in the door...more than once while I was still out in the car. (My bad.) I recommend this bra, and also HerRoom. I haven't ordered from them long, but will be doing more so in the future. Angela from Kansas

The bra looks nice and initially fits great but after wearing it a full day the gore started to dig into my sternum, making the bra very, very uncomfortable.

Goddess Response: You might find a bra with a lower center gore more comfortable. Perhaps try Etta Underwire Convertible Bandless Bra (EL8840) in Elomi, our sister brand. Etta has a lower center gore, and the wires are a bit shorter – perfect for a petite body type. Plus as an added bonus, Etta offers a J-hook option, which turns the straps into a racer back – a problem solver for ladies with narrow shoulders. Sonja from Arizona

This is my third time replacing these bras because I wear them so much. They are comfortable, stay in place, hold the girls lovely in place, come in lots of colors, and hold up very well to constant use. I have been wearing them for years and the quality has not changed. Julie from WA

I have no complaints. It arrived on time and is the right size. I love these bras. They feel great and light on my body. I love the straps on these bras. They are thick so they don't dig into my shoulders like thin straps do, and they're also durable. I still have a Goddess bra I purchased about 2 years ago and the straps are still as good as new. I'm surprised they're not overly stretched out by now like my other bras get. Also, I'm not a fan of underwires because they hurt sometimes, but these don't. I don't feel it at all. I would and I do recommend this bra to anyone with big breasts who are looking for a good, pretty, and comfortable bra. Having big breasts, I know how hard it is to find cute and comfortable bras. Cup size is way off! I was wearing a K in a different Goddess style that was slightly too small, so I ordered this in a larger cup size (L) and it is smaller than my K! I even used the measuring guide on this site to make sure I ordered the right size and it said L. I think its just this style in the Goddess line. Also on the Goddess bras the underwire extends further back under my armpit, which is kind of odd.

Goddess Response: All styles will fit slightly differently, so it’s important to be flexible about your size. You don’t mention which style you were wearing previous to GD6090, so it’s difficult to give you an accurate comparison. Fortunately Goddess offers lots of cup and band sizes, so it’s easy to find your perfect size. GD6090 offers M and N cups, so perhaps a 42N would work better for you. Stephanie from Henderson

I have to agree with another ones comment in same size, with regards to the under-wire being too wide, but I have never been able to find a bra with wires to sit correctly for me, I have no problem with removing these. I absolutely love the cup fit, and band fit. The only fitting issue I have and I'm not certain how to explain. First off my right breast is two cup sizes larger than my left. So my issue may be due to this. On my smaller breast side, if you go from the top of my shoulder to underarm area in the middle, divide this in half, that area is bothersome. With arms straight down my side is not noticeable, but any use of arm feels like the bra is irritating and may be rubbing my skin. It feels that the bra may come up too high in this area for my underarm area, but not for my breast. Linda from VA
