I was very disappointed in this bra. I was looking for a no underwire bra, and I liked the looks of this bra, but when I got it home and put it on, I was very disappointed. There is no give to the straps (not elastic), and there is very little give to the back of the bra, making it hard to hook the bra in back, and at my age, I need all the help I can get to hook a bra up! I hoped this would be a replacement for a discontinued Goddess sports bra I wore for years. However, after trying and sending back several sizes, I couldn't get it to fit for me (did not contain spillage even in larger sizes.) Also it seemed a little lightweight given the size of my breasts. I opted for the Goddess Alice and am extremely happy with the fit of it. Elaine from colorado

I usually order Goddess Bras but this one doesn't fit properly. The metal clamps the are supposed to lock the straps does nothing to keep them in place. The cups are cut smaller than the older style of this bra. The bra itself is pretty and the material is soft.

I don't love the bra because the straps are weird, like they don't stay down. It has a little band to hold it down but it doesn't stay put in the band. I've been embarrassed while wearing it. It doesn't quite fit as well as I expected.

Goddess Response: You might want to try the Goddess Alice bra style 6040. It will give you great support and has a different strap than the 6002. You might also want to try the Elomi Caitlyn bra style 8030. This bra has an underwire but will give you the maximum support for your cup size. It is a super great bra, one of the best! The claps on this bra are horrible, the strap slips it can not hold the weight of my breast and there for I have horrible support and I have to consistently adjust the straps. I would not recommend this bra.

Goddess Response: You might want to try the Goddess Keira bra 6093 or the Rose bra 6083. Neither of these styles have the clasp that you are not liking on the 6002 style. Shanna from Chandler , AZ

I am so happy with the fit of the cups, they actually fit! I have spent several years looking for cups that fit. The straps, however, are absolutely awful! I can't figure out how to make them stay, I probably will machine sew the straps, but then I can't readjust them. In spite of the stupid straps, I am keeping this bra because the fit is awesome. elaine from colorado

I am disappointed that strap fasteners will not hold the straps. I finally had to use safety pins to keep the straps tight. Also, the bra doesn't have the separation that I expected from looking at the picture on line. Sorry,not a bra I will order again. I will, however, look for something more suitable on your website

I give this bra a 4 because although it is very comfy it is not an 18 hour bra. When I first received it I was very pleased from the get go, it fits great, the straps are easy to adjust, it is pretty and well made. Kay from Mukilteo, Wa. USA

When I took this bra out of the package, I thought I would have to send it back...the cups looked small. However, when I tried it on, I was pleasantly surprised! The bra gives pretty good support although it does cause some "pooching". The band stays in place fairly well, although the front (under the cups) does roll up on me. I may try going up one band size to see how the fit changes. Overall it IS a pretty comfortable bra! Lark109 from Indiana

I've been searching for a good bra to fit my "girls" for more than 7 yrs and when I first came across herroom I was a little skeptical but took a chance anyway. I just needed to tell someone how terrible the Goddess: Jayne Soft Cup Bra is. Well, not all of it is terrible. Everything but the shoulder bands are great - the cup is nice and it fits well. However the company should fire the person who made the straps. Instead of the normal straps, with the slide-able adjuster, this bra has a front closure that is metal. First the metal digs into my shoulder/chest area. Second, the metal closure does not manage to stay perpendicular to the ground (in the right position to correctly hold the strap), it twists and turns as you move, so by the end of the hour it is on its side, digging into my chest in another horrible way. Third, it is one of those closures with teeth (bad idea) but the teeth don't actually grab onto the material and hold it properly, so with breasts my size, it just causes a slow slide of the strap so it's as if I am not wearing a bra at all. Additionally, the strap itself is just a long, well strap, looped through that metal teeth closure. When it is adjusted up snug, the strap ends just flap, out your neck hole, and out your arm holes of the shirt. Otherwise, when the metal teeth in the closure allows the strap to slide, there is nothing keeping the strap from sliding completely out of the closure. There are little bands (like on your watch) to catch the ends of the straps, but they're not effective at all, and when the strap slides, the end slides out of the band, and you're back to flapping straps. If you are on the smaller end of the spectrum of breast size, you may not have the problems I've encountered. However if a company markets this bra to someone size 46K, the bra better hold my breasts up. If I wanted saggy boobs, I'd go braless.

Goddess Response: We recommend folding the strap back under itself, so that it’s in fact doubled up (the attached “watch strap” will help to keep it in place). You’ll find the support is firmer, and the straps won’t move at all in the metal clasps. If it’s possible for you to wear an under-wire bra, you might want to try our Alice (GD6040) bra. Alice is one of our favorites, and will give you maximum lift, shaping and support. Michelle from WV

One of the most comfortable bras I've ever owned. Do follow the HerRoom instructions for measuring yourself and order the correct size regardless of whether you like the numbers and letters. I did so, then rounded my band size down instead of up - my bands are always too loose when I round up. Then I calculated the cup size based on the rounded-down number. Do I like the fact it's labeled a J? Not really. But I'm very happy with the fit. And that's what matters. Mary from Virginia

One of the worst bras I've ever bought!! I'm a 40K and this bra offered absolutely no support. It constantly rides up the back, the unused length of straps always fall out of your shirt... even if you actually tuck them into the cup, and the elastic curls up constantly!! NOT a good buy!

Didn't fit & had to send back along with #6002. These bras didn't have enough support for me. So have to go looking again!

Goddess Response: The 6002 is a soft cup bra. A bra with a wire will give you more support. Please be sure you are in the correct size.Try the Goddess rose 6080. it has an underwire and will give you more support. Sherry from Audubon, Mn.

I really like this bra, although not as much as the original Goddess version that it replaces - I don't think the cup shaping is quite as good, and I preferred the matte finish fabric over the new high-shine fabric. That said, this is an extremely comfortable bra, especially in this size range, and still one of my favorites. I really like that they've added the elastic bit that holds the adjustable straps in place (small detail, big improvement!). As noted, I did have to adjust my size over the previous model, down from 40 to 38 and up 2 cup sizes, for the ideal fit. I can wear this bra all day with almost no discomfort at all, and the lift is excellent for a soft cup with no wires, especially for bigger girls like me. I plan to order several more. I don't think this is much of an improvement on the old 110. The 106 and 110 have been my go-to bras for over a decade as they just fit me right. This version just does not feel like it has enough substance to last as the previous version did. It feels flimsy and seems to give and lose support over the course of an 18 hour day. Do order at least a band size down. I almost think I needed to order two band sizes down than I normally do with Goddess bras. K from Dayton, OH
