It might possibly provide little too much compression, but otherwise great. I followed the advice in the description and ordered 1 size larger in the band size, but the bra almost does its job a little too well as they were compressed so much I had a hard time breathing with it on, nothing a $5 bra extender can't fix though. This bra is reasonably priced and does a great job at holding me still when I'm active. The tag mentioned that it wicks away moisture. Depending on what you do, you can get hot and sweaty. It doesn't feel as if there is a way for air to flow when its being worn. I didn't feel excessively hot, sweaty, or uncomfortable, though (just what you'd expect from a workout). This is the second time I've purchased these for my teenaged daughter, who is well-endowed and very hard to find bras to fit. She loves these, as she's very active and they keep her from "bouncing" and they're very comfortable. Her other ones wore well for almost 2 years, so they are of very good construction. This bra is very comfortable and holds me in place. It is wonderful for a full figure sports bra. One peculiar note: I am a 34 and I hook the back on the loosest setting, but in my regular Goddess bra #6002 (same size) I hook on the tightest band setting. Also, I just wanted to thank Herroom for teaching me my true bra size. I used to think that I was a 34DDD and that bulging out and uncomfortable bras were normal.
