Very comfortable. I have trouble finding comfortable bras. I like the two rows of hooks in the front, so the bra can be loosened or tightened. The posture back is extremely comfortable. ok i hope this review helps. I started to look for support bra's because my back is killing me, after mri, xray and a specialist, it could be the girls, with that said i ordered this bra for the back panel support. Ive had it a week and i dont feel a whole lot of relief yet. it feels ok compared to the bra i was wearing. I'm 5'4 290 and wear at store 44 DDD. the fabric under the bra that is supposed to lay flat curls up and then pokes so I folded it up to avoid the pinch, if I lay down in this bra forget it, my boobs spill out and move all over, working day to day its ok but again I feel like I'm adjusting the pinch in front, pulling the back down. the front buttons are kind of a pain and not super easy. I have to get one latched, then move the girls into position an then finish the rest. They are supposed to separate but after a coupe hours they smash together again and the latch part pushes up against my shirt and looks bumpy. the fabric is ok, not to rough or uncomfortable but there is zero cup support. I'm going to use for now since i threw all my bra's out, going to try underwire full support as I feel the back support doesn't do enough to out weight the support I need, I cant find one that has the panel back like this one and underwire full support of a regular one. overall its not great but its not terrible either, I guess because bra's are a constant issue its better than some. also, there is a bit of fabric bunch up in the nipple area but I don't feel i could go a cup smaller so i adjust and pull to try and smooth it. eek. gonna try again. I'm a shoes and bra off when i get home type so you have to get used to all the back fabric. Going to try a sleep bra for home time as well. Happy shopping.

Glamorise Response: Thank you for your feedback. If the cups aren’t separating and it's pushing up against your shirt, you definitely need a larger cup size, try a G cup. If the back is riding up it’s one of two things, either you not adjusting the straps properly or you are needing to go up one band size to 46. This bra is very comfy! It gives a bit of support while not being at all constricting. I like to put it on for a lazy day around the house. I don't like the shaping it does (very minimal, and what there is is quite pointy...), and it doesn't offer as much support as the underwire bras that I have always worn and prefer. But underwires are not the most comfortable thing sometimes, and this is the best non-underwire bra I have found to date. Heather from Boston, MA

It didn't fit right. I usually wear 42 B, but they are too tight around the rib cage. The 44B was fine around the rib cage, but the cup is way too bog. Due to arthritis I need front closure. I wish I could just find some sort of extender for the 42B. Elaine from Venice Florida USA

I just received my shipment of 3 of them today, 10-18-2012. And I have to say that although it is mostly comfortable, I do not like the seam across the front. It is not flattering in the least, and looks horrible under clothes. The one I have always worn is Leading Lady style 5042. But you don't carry that in a 54F. If you did, I'd buy a dozen! Cause that is my perfect bra. Also with this one, it rolls underneath (even though it is not supposed to). I will be keeping these, as I threw my old ones out already. Did not fit as expected, it seems too large while the other one in the same size is too small...your Universal Sizing is not quite right.

The front closures make the bra so easy to put on and hook. Front closures do not define each breast as nicely as a back hook, but the ease and comfort to the hands, arms and neck are worth the trade-off. The back support provides extreme relief from pain, exhaustion and forward lean; I LOVE the upper back support this bra provides.
