I happen to be kind of tall and obviously a heavier woman, but not heavy in the thighs. I love this fit because it comes up toward the waist and gives me freedom to move my legs without "cutting" The fabric is stretchy but yet cotton so it doesn't wrinkle up and lays smooth on body. These were awful for me, someone else might like them. I didn't like the feel of the fabric, nor do I like the "hi cut" style, which I hadn't tried before. They feel like they are riding up all the time, but it is probably just not a style that is comfortable for me.
