I looked for SO SO long for a Cotton stretch fabric (95% Cotton 5% Spandex) to be exact, plus Comfy Covered Smooth waistband, and NOT just a white color only. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice colors and patterns. Also, the panties seem better made than what I find at local department stores that only offer discounted and marked "irregular" panties of the same brand. They look as if they will last. I read the reviews before purchasing and was a little unsure about buying them. Yes, the material is thin. However, for me they are quite comfy and don't ride up or down. The picture shows the old style of the pantie, which is why I bought them. This is the second time I've ordered the pantie because of the picture showing what I wanted and then came the package saying "New Waistband". I didn't want the new waistband. The new waistband is elastic sewn to the cotton, which sometimes the stitching is missed or your thumb goes through putting them on. I've thrown so many panties away because of that. The underwear waist band was not the same as the photo or previous underwear, of the same brand, that I've bought from the store.

Update on my prior review, the new style is better than the old. They are thinner, lighter, with a flatter waistband and elastic. they do not ride up at all. They are great, I am oredering more right now! Mary from Sitka, Alaska

This is an excellent product, although they keep changing the waist band and the website has a photo of the ones I wanted but when they arrived they were "new & improved". I am happy enough with them, but would not have ordered them had I known I was getting a different product than pictured. When a change is made in the product a new photo should be taken. I have been wearing these panties for a while. Had to order online because most retailers aren't carrying the fit for me anymore. I am somewhat disappointed because the seam around the leg in the back is not tight at all. I ordered 2 packs and both were this way. Almost as if it had been stretched out. I am going to keep them because I washed and dried them in an attempt to shrink a bit for a snugger fit. Hopefully I will be able to find them out and look at the seams before buying. Love the panty, but this batch might have had an issue. Sherill
