Freya Response: Angie, we’re sorry you didn’t find a perfect fit with “Arabella”. We hope you will continue to try Freya in the future! angie from barbados
Freya Response: Sherry, for a Freya bra with similar styling and a more rounded shape, we recommend Freya Lyla Underwire Plunge Balcony Bra AA4301. Thanks for trying Freya! Sherry from River Falls, WI USA
Freya Response: Thank you for your comments regarding Arabella. We occasionally feature reinforced styling and slightly fuller coverage in our larger cup sizes to compensate for the increased stress on the bra and so that all of our Freya bras maintain the same standard of support that we love. We have taken these comments into consideration, and in the meantime recommend Freya Lyla Underwire Plunge Balcony Bra AA4301 as an alternative plunge in the same sheer styling as “Arabella”. Freya Response: Florence, we’re not sure if the “mesh all over” that you’re referring to is a comfort or an aesthetic issue. The bra is a sheer mesh fabrication, as pictured. Often times, we design our GG+ cups with an additional layer of sheer mesh to support the usually heavy breast tissue of larger cup sizes, and ensuring they meet the Freya standard of support for the rest of our cup sizes. We will take into consideration your suggestion regarding annotating these bras that are reinforced in the extended cup sizes. Thank you! Florence from Texas
Freya Response: A non-molded bra will not provide a “push-up” effect as you specified, but should provide lift and support. To further determine if the bra was too small, the underwires should extend to nearly beneath your underarm and rest flat against the chest wall in the center. Another brand to consider is our sister company Fantasie, which features underwires that are slightly wider that could accommodate the breast tissue in the center that was forcing the wires to overlap in the center gore on your Freya bra. It’s possible that this was displaced from the sides where it belongs and came to rest in the center, since this was not the bra for your body type. apes from philadelphia, pa
Freya Response: Debbie, we use UK sizing at Freya, and our bras tend to run fairly deep in the cups. Depending on whether or not the underwire was also too narrow, this could be a simple sizing issue. If you wear a 34D in American brands, we recommend a 34C in Freya. Debbie from Meriden, CT
Freya Response: Try Freya Lyla Underwire Plunge Balcony Bra AA4301. Same plunging silhouette and the same sheer cup as the bra you are returning (Arabella) with a softer fabrication. I own Arabella and can attest to the silkier feel of Lyla! Rustbeltrants from Cleveland
