This bra is great! I just started running & was looking for something that would keep the bounce to a minimum. This bra does the trick & it comes in a pretty color. I love this bra! I can wear it all day and feel supported but not constricted. I agree that the shape is a little "1950's" compared to what I'm used to, but that softens with wear and it's better than the dreaded "uniboob". This bra provides wonderful support when I run. However, I had to start on the farthest hooks in. That means that as it stretches out, it will be of no use to me any longer. I also have found that it rubs my skin on the side of my breast just below my armpit. My skin became very irritated. I will use this as long as it lasts, but I would not buy it again.

Freya Response: If you’re fastening the bra on the farthest hook in, you need a smaller band size. The rubbing and irritation you’re experiencing is because the band is too big and it moves over your skin again and again and chafes. Luckily we make this bra in 28- and 30-bands! A smaller band would stabilize the bra, and would eliminate the chafing. Oh, and when you go down a band, you need to go up a cup size to maintain the same cup volume. Dawn H. from Redondo Beach, Ca

I LOVE this bra!!! I haven't been able to run since I was a D when I was 15 years old because it hurt too much. But now, even though I am double that size, I can run and I feel great! I would like it more if it was true to size. I was so excited to find this in my size and saw all the reviews saying it was true to size but it is one size too small. It is hard for me to find anything in my size and they are always out of stock of one size larger. So I can not really make a great review on it as I am unable to truly appreciate it.

Freya Response: We don’t always wear the same size in every bra –there are variations in size even within a brand. This bra is fabulous, and I don’t want you to miss out! I would strongly recommend you try this style again in a larger cup size. Don’t be afraid to “finesse the fit” by going up or down in cup and band for that perfect custom fit! Freya Response: This bra is built for maximum support with double layer fabric and stabilizing seams. However all of these features can’t do the job if the size is not correct. If your breast tissue is fully contained in the cups you should feel total support and no bounce. If you’re accustomed to wearing US brands you might find you need to go up a cup size in this style. Shoulder straps could be longer. Still too short even on adjustment to longest length. Bra cup makes breast look "pointed." Excellent support when running with minimal bouncing and NO unaboob which is what I was looking for when I ordered. Maybe after a few washings the straps will "loosen" up. This is hands down the best sports bra I've ever worn. I wore this to my zumba class and my boobs actually stayed pretty much immobile. If you are busty and do high impact activities you need this bra. I love it. I am usually a 34G, but they said to get a 34F. It fit a little snug but a 34G would have been too loose. This is the only sports bra I have ever had that will support me upside down! I just finished teaching my first yoga class with this bra on. I didn't need to double up, thanks to the underwires. I didn't have sweaty uniboob cleavage. And best of all I can do a shoulder stand without my breasts crushing my esophagus! When I first put it on it required quite a bit of precision scooping to get it to fit right and it was a bit uncomfortable at first. But a few hours later the discomfort has already subsided. I am extremely active and this bra is comfortable, while providing a great shape to the breast and no movement (if in the correct size). My only complaint is that the band seems to run a bit big. There are 4 sets of hooks, which is fantastic, but right out of the box I had to use the 2nd to the tightest set for my high impact workouts. And at a 28 band, I can't go down a size. So for those who are between band sizes, I would choose the smaller of the two sizes. Also, because of my shape (flat on top, heavy on bottom and side) I don't wear full cup bras, so unfortunately there were some wrinkles above the nipple, but when I tried a cup size down, I was spilling out of the sides and top, and there was too much bounce. Fortunately, the bra seems to mold very quickly to my shape and the wrinkles aren't an issue once I put my workout tops on. Megan from Dallas area, TX

Wow! I'm a marathoner, and this is the most comfortable, best fitting, most supportive bra I have ever encountered for long runs. It's gorgeous, as well! Honestly, it feels custom made. As for the person who experienced a bad fit... I guess we're just not all shaped the same. I ordered 3 bras from different makers at the same time, and this is the only one that fit me. This bra fits like a dream! I was expecting it to chafe but it's been really comfortable and absolutely supportive. It is a particular fit being encapsulation style but beats the squashed uniboob look. My only little gripe that it's kinda 'pointy' so I wouldn't wear it under thin tops. Finally a sports bra that fits! It's supportive enough to go for a run and yet no squish. It's been ages since I've had a A) that fit and did it's job and B) red bra -- they sometimes are hard to come by in this size.

My only wish is that it came in other colors -- during the summer I like to wear light colored workout clothes.

I absolutely love this bra! As a nurse, I need support and comfort for all day. This is the first bra that I have found that does both without the need to frequently re-adjust a larger bust.
