The bra is comfortable; however, aesthetically it is not very pleasing. The cups have stitching which does not look nice if you want to run without a shirt in the hot weather. It's too bad because no one else puts out a red running bra. Deborah from Marion, MA

I ordered size 32DD (universal size 32E) and while other Freya bras in this size fit me just right, the cups on this one were TINY. I would say a C-cup at best. I exchanged for a 32F and found that those cups also were too small. Now I had to order a 32G (which is nowhere near my real cup size) and am waiting for that to arrive. Basically, I've had to order two cup sizes up just to get anywhere near the right cup size. I would not recommend this bra for online ordering, as you will likely have to drive yourself crazy like I have trying to send it back as the cup sizing was WAY off in my experience.

Freya Response: Cori, we’re sorry you experienced trouble finding your size in this sports bra. Occasionally, the seam along the neck edge of the bra can pull and seem tight if the customer wearing it is especially full. You may have better luck in sports bra style Active Underwire Molded Spacer Sports Bra AA4892 which, in our experience, runs true to size and also is not so firm right at the top edge. It also has the added benefit of a fully seamless cup. Thanks for trying Freya! Cori

Love this bra and it the fit is perfect. Bought it for a sports bra but so comfortable, I've ended up wearing it even when not in the gym. The underwire is not binding or uncomfortable. It does come high under the arms which does make it visible if you're wearing a sleeveless top. Got it in black and now will order another in lighter color. Fit very tight initially but has eased up just a bit after first wash. Anne from Marietta, Georgia, USA

Great fit. Terrific bounce control. However, I don't like how this makes my breasts look pointy. Lisa from Fresno, CA, USA

The bra is quite snug around the underbust, however, that is what makes it work so well. No bouncing or jiggling or bulging. I feel very secure when exercising. It does seem to minimize and slightly push breasts outward. I have two regular Freya model bras, one is an F cup the other G, so I ordered two of this model to test the size. It was right in the middle FF. In fact, I almost prefer this to my regular bras. Cynthia from new york

Good workout bra, but a little snug and slighltly pointy, but I would rather have that than the uni-boob! Kept everything in place much better than most of my other sports bras. Rachael from Hitchcock/TX/USA

This sports bra is a-mazing. Best I've worn. The fit is tight though. I normally wear a US 34H which should be a Freya 34FF. I couldn't get my breasts in the FF, so I get the 34H instead of going up in the band size and potentially getting less support. It's an awesome sports bra. Don't ask me why I keep trying other brands. I guess it's a woman thing. . .always looking for options. Liz is Lisa

Love this bra! I have several, purchased over the past few years. Have tried other styles, mostly Freya, but always end up sending them back because I really like how supportive and comfortable this style is. I wear these all day, everyday.... at work, home, hiking, running, and gym. Love the "no bounce" support. Val from Poulsbo, Washington

Very comfortable when running. The least bounce of any sports bra I've ever tried. IMO the slight conical shape is a positive, because it helps control the bounce and makes it look more like a "real bra" then a lot of other sports bras. 32FF is my "normal" size in most brands, though in Freya's non-sports bras I usually wear a 30G. I decided to go with my more general size on this and am very pleased with the fit overall. When I first tried it on there was a noticeable amount of puckering along the cross bust seam, even after I did scoop and swoop, and repositioned myself within the bra. This puckering went away completely after 1 washing, and the seam now sits smoothly under my shirt, so I assume that it was probably just the stiffness or starchiness of the fabric. Maintains a natural looking bust while giving support. A lot of sports bras just give you a flat chest or one breast, this style by Freya gives you that womanly bustline every woman is looking for. Submitted from TheUndies.com

my go-to everyday 18 hour bra, as well as a great sports bra. Keeps me cool, comfortable with "locked-in" support at work, at the the gym, hiking, biking, kayaking and snowshoeing. Love this bra!!! Submitted from TheUndies.com

I've been working out recently and needed to upgrade to a real workout bra. The Freya was an amazing choice! Using the info from other reviews that they run a little small, I selected the size I've been wearing. I'm between sizes right now because of my weight loss plan. The bra fits quite well, even over my heart rate monitor strap, and definitely tempers any movement while I'm working out (circuit training, weight training, elliptical). The one thing that prevents me from giving a five star review is how the straps bind around the front of the arm. It's quite tight. I don't know if it's because I have more inches to lose from my shoulder/upper arm area, or how the bra is cut. But women with fleshier upper arms and shoulders may want to try it on before making a decision to keep it. Ann from Southfield, MI

Supportive enough for running, but does not squeeze the breath out of me. No uniboob here. Has a wide band with a rise in the center which is comfortable on my abdomen. Submitted from TheUndies.com

This bra does have good support and seems to hold things in place during an intense workout. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because the fabric is somewhat rough along the seam and rubs uncomfortably under the armpits. Jennifer from Fort Collins, CO

Runs very small.

Freya Response: Diana, thank you for your feedback about the Freya sports bra you tried. It does run smaller in the cup than most Freya bras, due to the firm fabrication we use to accommodate high-impact exercise. We hope you find your true size in this bra and continue to try Freya in the future! Diana

Did not fit true to size at all. It also gives breasts a very pointed look

Freya Response: Rebecca, we’re sorry your Freya sports bra didn’t work out for you. Some customers have found that this style runs small in the cup. We also suggest trying style Freya Active Molded Spacer Racerback Sports Bra AA4891 , which features a lightweight and breathable spacer cup style moulding for comfort and versatility. In the near future, we will be offering a sports bra in this fabrication that also features an underwire. Thanks for trying Freya! Rebecca from United States

I have a large chest and I work out frequently and vigorously. I'd been using another sports bra that was pretty good, but I thought I'd try the Freya Active and I LOVE it. It makes me look and feel smaller chested, without the uniboob look. I want 3 more of these! Heather from Knoxville, TN

This bra runs very small in the cup. I'm normally a 34DDD so I ordered this in 34E. The bra arrived and was way too small so I exchanged it for a 34F. The fit was better with the F but the center wire of the bra was still a good half inch away from my body. I am returning it for a refund as herrom only allows one exchange and will not offer the original on sale price that I payed for a new purchase. I think that this would have been a great sports bra, if I could have gotten it to fit. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to find out. Anyone buying this bra, be sure to order at least one cup size larger than usual.

Freya Response: Rebecca, thank you for your comments regarding the fit of your Freya sports bra. We are offering a new underwire style in the near future that may be better suited for you – stay tuned! Thanks for trying Freya. Rebecca from San Antonio
