This bra seemed to run small. I know sports bras are supposed to be snug, but this was really tight. The shape was a little pointy. I returned it.

Normally I wear a 28G but for me the 30F is fits just right. I love Freya's bras and this sport bra is no exception. Compression bras never fit right and I either still bounced, couldn't breathe, or both. Now, I can finally ride my horse without bouncing and be comfortable at the same time. I love Freya bras and swimwear and have been pleased with the fit. However, that was not the case with this bra. I normally wear a 30FF in Freya so I started there. The center underwire didn't rest on my sternum, so I exchanged for a 30G. The cups fit a bit better in the center this way, but the wire went too far under my arms. Overall it just fit awkwardly so I returned it and may try another style/brand. (I do have narrow shoulders so fit can be an issue. Freya is usually a great choice for a small frame with a larger cup, but maybe just not in this particular style.) LOVE the customer service and easy exchanges with HerRoom!

This non-underwire style includes a reinforced, wide elastic under the cups to substitute for the wire and also features a nice, firm center gore that will give you separation versus compression. I wish there was a 6-star option for better than amazing - I'm pretty sure that this bra defies laws of physics. I'm 19 and this is the first time I've been able to go jogging without excruciating pain since I was 12. I've tried other bras (like Enell, and other various compression bras, etc) with no luck. I still bounce, only I also feel like I can't breathe. This bra is really comfortable, thin, breathable fabric, doesn't feel like you're wearing a corset like some do, and EXTREMELY supportive. I've played tennis, gone jogging, danced, and even jump-roped with it on and there is no bounce at all. I was a little wary spending so much on a sports bra (I'm a college student and kind of broke) but it was beyond worth it. I'm actually able to go work out now. Dawn from United States

The shape of this bra is super retro: I have 1950's cone boobs when I wear it! It's actually a little over-the-top for workout clothing, but it provides good support, so I'm keeping it. I use it for running, and I'm very satisfied by the lack of bounce. I also appreciate the separation: uni-boobs are sweaty and annoying. I have two main gripes: 1) There's a seam that runs right across the front of the cups, that's really bulky and shows clearly through my clothes. 2) The straps are uncomfortable near the shoulder. If you look at the picture of the back, you can see that there's a seam where the strap transitions from the colored part in the front to the plain black elastic on the back. The black elastic is really rough, and the seam tends to chafe my shoulders.

I like my sports bras quite snug, since it gives me more confidence that the girls aren't going anywhere! This bra is definitely that. If I don't position my breasts within the cup just right, the center doesn't lay flat, so make sure you adjust accordingly before going for a run, etc. There is definitely a cone-shape which I don't normally like, but in sports bras I'm willing to sacrifice my preferred shape for great support. This is an excellent bra! I was a faithful Enell wearer because of the support it offered, but always felt it was too much bra which made it hot and I wasn't really feeling the uniboob look. I began my quest for a high impact bra that would keep me cool, not restrict my breathing, and keep the girls looking great while I got my sweat on. This is the bra! The day the bra arrived, I took it for a test run on the treadmill, and it felt great. Provided support as promised, kept me cool, and kept the girls looking great. I'm very active, and it's important I stay supported all day, so I tested the bra for all day wear. This bra is very supportive, but comfortable enough that you don't feel like you are wearing body armour. The band did dig in the front on the right side, but I think once it's broken in a bit more, that will go away. I would definitely recommend this bra to friends. I am typically a 36G, which translates to a 36F on the Freya size chart, and it was a perfect fit. CC from North Las Vegas, NV
