I was a little unhappy with this bra to begin with when it arrived. Not enought to return it, but still. The cup on the left side had a slight outward curl at the seam, making it visible under my tops. It fit well, just didn't lie flat like the right side did. The real problem turned out to be the stitching, which after only a month and a half owning the bra, started to unravel. The right strap came completely apart and the stitching on the left strap is coming undone also. I've only worn this bra once or twice a week for the six weeks I owned it, it's never been dried in the dryer, I don't pull on the straps excessively, or wear it too tightly. There is absolutely no excuse for this bra to have fallen apart this way except shoddy workmanship. It will be the last Freya bra I purchase, as I spent $60 on a bra I can't wear, and can't return. Completely unacceptable product and service.
Freya Response: Carrie, we have been receiving feedback about frayed straps on Freya “Deco” and are taking steps to remedy the fabrication. If you like the fit of the bra, (which is one of the most popular styles in our brand,) we hope you will stay tuned for the new straps. We have heard you loud and clear!
