Freya Response: The plunging frame of this bra is designed to shift the breasts toward the center, with a short center gore between the cups to offer a little reveal. For a seamless bra that may keep you a little better contained, we recommend our Fantasie Rebecca Molded Spacer Underwire Bra FL2024 that also features a comfortable spacer-cup fabrication and a very feminine silhouette. S.L. from Michigan
Freya Response: Betsy, our "Deco" style that you ordered is the plunge version in this range. It is quite deep in the top of the cup, and will often gap at the top on shallow to average customers (including myself) while giving very full customers the volume in this area that they need. We recommend trying the Freya Deco Underwire Molded Half Cup Bra AA4232, which doesn't have the extra volume or height at the top of the cup that will cause it to gap. Betsy from New mexico
Freya Response: Aimee, the plunging version of our Freya "Deco" that you purchased is much deeper in the cups than the Cleo bras you have worn in the past. Our half cup version of "Deco" (Freya Deco Underwire Molded Half Cup Bra AA4232) has less volume in the cups and you shouldn't experience gapping at the top like you do in the plunge. For more Freya bras comparable to the Cleo fit you're used to, try any of our padded demi styles. (Ginny and Patsy, or Carys and Piper for a fun longline silhouette!) Aimee from Providence
Freya Response: Elizabeth, the Freya Deco you tried was the plunge shape. It is especially short in the center gore, (against your sternum, where the wires meet.) Customers often purchase it specifically for the push to the center that it gives. You may like the half cup shape better (Freya Deco Underwire Molded Half Cup Bra AA4232). The cup is also shorter than it is in the Deco plunge, which could suit your small frame better. Consider that bringing your breast tissue to the center of your body will also make your silhouette appear narrower when viewed from the front – sometimes an unexpected benefit of pushing toward the center. Elizabeth from Atlanta GA
Freya Response: Amanda, it's possible that this could be a sizing issue. We recommend possibly trying a size up. Please see HerRoom's Universal Cup Size Page for more information. The Freya “Deco” is fairly tall where the straps meet the cups, so if you’re spilling anywhere, it would usually be in the center. We’re glad you like the push-up effect, though! Amanda from Charlotte, NC
Freya Response: Carrie, we have been receiving feedback about frayed straps on Freya “Deco” and are taking steps to remedy the fabrication. If you like the fit of the bra, (which is one of the most popular styles in our brand,) we hope you will stay tuned for the new straps. We have heard you loud and clear! Carrie from Amsterdam, New York, USA
Freya Response: Brittany, the wrong cup size may cause the underwire to either rest too far below your breast tissue and on your ribcage if it is too large, and directly on top of your breast tissue if it is too small. Either could cause the “biting” sensation you’re experiencing. If you have a short upper torso, you may need a bra that has a wider underwire, in which case we would recommend either Freya Deco Underwire Molded Half Cup Bra AA4232 (as opposed to the “Deco Plunge” you tried) or try Fantasie Smoothing Seamless Strapless Bra FL4530 that also has a wider underwire. Brittany from Archer, Fl USA
Freya Response: We’re glad you love the fit of Deco, and sincerely sorry to hear about the straps! Thank you for your feedback – it’s been duly noted. The frill detail on the Deco strap makes it especially susceptible to damage when washing – you may want to exclusively hand wash your existing Deco bras from now on and, remember, always line dry! Courtney from Ny
Freya Response: Leslie, a bra that will solve both the thick moulding and "jiggle" in the cleavage issues is Fantasie Rebecca Molded Spacer Underwire Bra FL2024. The extremely lightweight spacer cup moulding with a very sweet silhouette will give you the benefits of a seamless but feel like a non-moulded bra, and the taller center gore will keep you separated and contained where you feel Freya "Deco" left you exposed. Leslie from Gansevoort, NY
Freya Response: If you’re looking for a T-shirt bra with a softer contour cup, check out our fabulous new Rebecca underwire bra 2024 bra in our Fantasie brand. Rebecca is a spacer fabric bra, so cool and comfy! It starts at a 30-band, and it’s nice and firm but you might have to wear it on the tightest hook to make it work. I would try a 30D2 or a 30D3, as the cups are more generous than Fre4234. I know you will love Rebecca! Kristy from Milwaukee, WI
