Good fit! Really like how the cups mold and shape for a more rounded look. Generous back length, not as tight as other bra's..but still comfortable. Amy from Idaho

Poor fit. My boobs were spilling out of this! zero support. I love their sports bras, so i had high hopes for an everyday bra. Returned for a refund.

Freya Response: Lauren, we’re so proud of our sports bra, and glad you love it too! 4234 is an extremely plunging “va-va-voom” bra, and not for everyone (no style is!) so if you’re looking for a fabulous molded T-shirt bra with firmer support, and slightly more coverage, you might want to “cross over” to our Fantasie brand. Fantasie offers several styles with varying degrees of coverage that might tempt you. If you loved the look of 4234, then I’d recommend our Ava 2132 bra. Ava has a sexy plunging neckline with Swiss Guipure accents on the straps –very glamorous! If you prefer a bit more coverage at the center front, take a peek at Rhiannan FL2222. Rhiannan comes in Nude with a subtle Roman scroll-inspired print for a touch of fun fashion. Our Fantasie 4510 offers the most coverage, and is our basic T-shirt bra …so lots to choose from! Lauren

The bra was beautiful but the website indicated that for a better fit to go down a bra size and up a cup size and the bra was way too small. It is difficult to buy online for my size and when directions are not accurate it is a waste of time and now money having to ship it back susan

Very supportive, pretty bra! I really need bras that have serious lift and support and this one does the trick beautifully. Will be buying more. A note on my fit in this style: In this bra, I went down a band size to a 38 and up a cup size to an F. Typically I am a 40DD in other brands. Great bra! It's true what the fitter is saying about the sizing of this bra; I went down a band size and up a cup size from what I normally wear and it fits well! anonymous from US

This is the third of these that I have purchased. Now I have all three colors, and they're the only bras I wear. I didn't really love it at first, but after wearing them a while I really like them. It digs in a little bit on my sides, but I prefer that over having it be too loose and ride up in the back. They're really the only bra that I have found that comes in a cup size big enough so that I'm not spilling out everywhere. And they're supportive and don't make me feel saggy. I keep trying other bras but they never fit or are supportive enough. These are great. Christine from Muncie, IN

The other reviewers weren't kidding about the lift and cleavage! Considering the style (low cut cups and farther apart straps) it is actually quite supportive. But be ware: this is a very sexy bra so if you're more modest this one won't work for every day use. I have to admit that I'm still feeling a little self conscious when I wear it as I am very aware of the low cut and the bouncing this produces. I took the fit advice and ordered a 32E instead of my usual 34DD. I have to wear this bra on the very widest setting but I think it was a good move as the elastic will relax over time. If you're looking for a sexy bra this is a good choice! Carmelita from Oakland, CA

This is my new favorite bra. I have a difficult time finding bras that fit because my chest is narrow. Many bras, especially Le Mystere Tisha types, have the cups too far apart. I also have the common problem of asymmetry there is enough padding to make up the difference in the smaller breast, but not too much to affect the larger. It was nice to find not only a bra that fit well, but also came in some fun colors. Cheryl from Mechanicsville, VA, USA

I absolutely love this bra. When I first tried it on the fit was amazing. I had never had a bra fit so well. I have lost a bit of weight since then, so the cups are a bit too big and gape at the top. Even with the cups now being too big, it still has great support. I am a nanny, and play just as rough as my kids do. When wearing this bra I never feel like I am too bouncy or that I'll fall out of the cups. I plan on buying this bra in a 28DD, I'm hoping it will fit just as great as the 28E did before. This bra is great! The shape is nice even in large cup sizes. I am so happy to find a seamless cup that doesn't make me look like I'm wearing a watermelon in my shirt. Brownie from Washington State

I was fitted with this bra at a specialty bra shop in Tulsa, and I JUST LOVE IT!! (apparently this shop could not get anymore of these bras...) For me, the difference in this Freya as a 36F vs. a 38 DD Olga, etc... is that the cups fit my breasts, and do not seem too big around the arms (gaping, etc...) I feel for a shorter person (I'm 5'1"), and heavier chested (like myself) this brand seems to fit the best...and I have tried many, many styles AND brands. (menopause did this to me... :( ) Thank you, HerRoom, for carrying these Freya bras!! Mary M Roberts from Tulsa, OK, USA

This bra really adds some "ooomph" to the girls! The support is really good, but it's not a bra I can wear all day and be completely comfortable in... but I will say, it's pretty darn sexy.... Aulora from Palm Desert, CA

This is an update (and also a correction of the cup thickness) for the review I submitted earlier this year. After numerous wears, my bra is holding up well, except for the fact that I've had to restitch the eyes back in the bra on the back closure. The band fits me great (better than size 30 and 32), there is even some gapping under my arms so it's not as tight as it should be - the straps slip off and the band rides up a little bit, indicating it is a little loose on me, yet it's tight at the same time. The straps constantly grow, for some reason the adjuster on them will not stay in place, so I have to readjust them whenever I wear it, which causes the cups to droop a little in the front. The fabric on the band looks as if it's stretched a little too, even though as I said above, it's not very tight on me. There are also a lot of loose threads and I launder my bras properly. I'm disappointed in the quality of this bra. I thought it would hold up better. These are all problems that happened within my first 2 months of owning it too.

Also HerRoom states the cup thickness is 1/4"? I just measured mine on various places of the cup (28F/DDDD) and it is barely even 1/8" thick (loosely wiggle a needle in until it reaches the other side of the fabric, mark the inside fabric with your fingers, pull it out and measure it). I don't need the bulk, but this is a bit misleading especially if someone is looking to add fullness or eliminate show-through. I'm curious if maybe this is only in certain sizes, or HerRoom just doesn't know how to measure... I probably wouldn't purchase this again because 1) it's too expensive for the quality, 2) the band runs too large and the straps are set way too far apart for a size 28. If they were correctly placed, and the cups had the same foam as the Panache Porcelain this would be a really comfortable bra. But it's the only one I own that fits the best and is a t-shirt bra.

HerRoom Response: We appreciate your opinion. We use an extremely sophisticated measuring device to determine the thickness. We have checked, and stand by our measurement.

Freya Response: Thank you for your very comprehensive and detailed review. #4234 is a “show-stopper” bra: The straps are wide set to show off the upper chest area and to enhance cleavage. It sounds as if you have a very petite frame if you’re finding the 28-band to be a bit loose. Other than some of the British brands, there is very little product on the market with bands smaller than a 28. You could however alter the band down to make it snugger and more supportive. This would also bring the straps in a bit closer in the back. heather from Danvers, MA, USA

This bra just didn't work for me. I ordered it first in the 28D, which was way to small in the cup, and then, in the 28DD which gapped at the top of the cup. I'm guessing this style just doesn't work with my body- considering I'm fuller on bottom than on top.

Freya Response: Not every style works for every body-type. I just want to make sure you’re getting into the bra properly before you give up on this very sexy number. It’s so important to “swoop and scoop” the breast tissue forward into the cups, insuring that all of the breast tissue is in front of the under-wire. This vital step changes the fit of a bra entirely, and you can create more volume in the cup as well as getting rid of the gapping you’re experiencing. It’s important to take the time to put all of your bras on properly. Samantha from Illinois, USA

This bra provides great lift and support. The main problem is that the top edge of the bra shows a lot under thin tops. i feel that the point of a seamless bra is not to show anything under thin tops, so i would recommend the Fantasie Rhiannon instead. none from ny

It took me a few tries to get this bra in a size I liked. I went with the sizing advice and got a 28G (down a band size, up a cup size). That didn't work so I went to a 30G which also didn't work. I gave it one more try and went with my normal Fantise size of 30FF. I'm glad I keep trying because I do really like this bra. I enjoy the rounded shape that it gives me. My all time favorite bra is the Faniasie 4510 (I couldn't live with out that) so I do wear that style a lot more but this one is better under certain lower cut shirts. I do wonder about the sizing advice but I seem to be out of the ordinary with this bra since it sounds like it worked for most people. Barbara from WI

This is my new favorite bra of all time! I'd been having a really hard time finding a plunge bra with firm cups that looked good on me. I finally decided to give this one a try and I'm so glad I did! It's perfect for my short torso. The lift is incredible and the cleavage....wow! Definitely a bra for when you want to show off your curves, not hide them. I am normally a 34DDD and I followed the tip and ordered a 32FF and it fits great! The band is just a tiny bit more snug than I'm used to, but not uncomfortably so, and it will stretch a little after a few wearings. I would give it more stars if I could! Thank you, Freya, for making such an awesome bra for us short but well-endowed women who want to embrace our beautiful curves once in a while! Leigh Anne from PA

This bra is one of my favorites as far as fit goes. It gives me great support and a round shape - most bras I've tried make my breasts look less full. At the same time, it doesn't push up too much or add any extra size. My only complaint with this bra is that it shows under clothing - I usually have to wear a camisole over it with my more fitted tops. Lauren from New Jersey/USA

The bra has a very comfortable fit and gives a very nice, young appearance. My issue with the bra is that it does not 'disappear' under clothing, especially t-shirts. Also be aware that if you order an F cup or above the straps are very wide. They were more comfortable this way, but for me it was too much strap. Stephanie from Rockwall, TX, USA

Compared to other Freya styles, I needed a smaller band and smaller cup size to fit correctly. This bra was not particularly comfortably or sexy. It 's not a T shirt bra, nor did it give great cleavage or support, there are many better styles that would work with a low cut top.

Freya Response: As you know, not every bra is for everybody, and maybe this 4234 is just not the best style for you. Yes, this bra often runs a band size large, but not a cup size. As always, it’s so important to bring the breast tissue forward in front of the under-wire to fill the cup and ensure the perfect fit. Taking the time to do this can make or break the fit of the bra. Remember, comfort and sexy only happens in a bra that’s the correct size. S from USA

Very supportive bra! This bra gives me the best silhouette of any full figured bra I've ever purchased: not too round and not too pointy! It also gives me great cleavage without causing my breasts to fall together, like most plunge styles. I normally wear a 32FF, but after reading the advice of other buyers, I went down a band size and up a cup size (which worked out perfectly.) My only complaint is a small one, and it is that the straps are rather thick. I give the bra four stars because although it is not my most comfortable, it is my most functional. Renee from Louisiana

I realy like this bra. I've usually always worn whatever bra size I could find at the department store that worked the best. Lately this has been a 32DD. I finally decided to look online for sizes smaller than a 32. I absolutely love the size and fit of this bra. I never knew I could find one that fit so well. I guess I just always assumed that no ones bras fit very well. How wrong I was! I'm going to order this bra in black as well. THe only thing I don't like is that the beige isn't very skin toned, it still shows under white tops. But it fits like a glove. Amanda M from Washington, USA
