The bra itself is great. I love the perfectly round cups and the styling. The plunge cut is perfect and all the way around it appears to be well made. However, the sizing is very strange. I Usually wear a 30E/28F in the Freya Active bra (I appear to be between band sizes), so I followed the fit guide and got a 28F. The band is pretty snug, but I'm okay with that. The cups were way too big. I feel like I would have been better off with a 28E/30DD. HappyGirl from California

I was very disappointed with this one. Bought this at the same time as the Fantasie 4510. I am an in between size it seems. In the past I had always bought 32D or 32DD, always using the tightest hook, with the trouble of one being small and the other being big in the cup. Was happy to see the band was supposed to run generous so I went with the suggested fit. I ordered a 30E and it was very tight on loosest hook and huge in the cup. Don't know if I want to risk ordering another size because I'm not sure what size to try and don't want to waste money on shipping multiple times. The Fantasie 4510 fit good in 30DD without an extender. Any suggestion for size based on what worked for me on the Fantasie 4510?

Freya Response: Andrea, I’m really puzzled by your experience because judging by the way 4510 is fitting you, 4234 should have fit perfectly. Please remember to “swoop-and-scoop” your breast tissue forward into the cup. This will change the fit of any bra completely. It might also just be that 4234 simply isn’t the best style for you. Also please remember to “swoop-and-scoop” the breast tissue from the back to the front to fill the cups: This step is vital for any bra in any brand to fit properly and to give you the full benefits of support! Pretty good bra. It has no padding, and offers great support with the underwire. However, just under one breast it feels too tight. I do not know why this is. Put the push up is fantastic, just the right amount, even without padding and the cut is great. So worth the money. Julia from Birmingham/AL

I had to return the item because of sizing issues. It's a Lovely Bra, but my typcial 34DDD or usual 36 DD size does not seem to transfer to their 34E. No Bueno. The 34E was Way too small. Kristy from prescott valley, AZ USA

It was said to go up a size in the back and go down a cup but I chose to order my exact size. The cup fit perfect but the back was a little uncomfortable the first 2 days. It's been about a week and I love it and the back no longer bothers me. I am 5 1/2 months pregnant with twins and I have a very difficult time finding lined maternity bras in a larger size. I really like the roundness of this bra. However, I followed the sizing advice and ordered a tighter band size and larger cup size. I normally wear a 30E in the Freya active bra (which I love), so I ordered a 28F. The band was pretty snug, which is fine because they always stretch out one hook within a week or so. The cup, however, was too loose toward the front. What I mean is that the wire was the perfect size, but the cup sticks out too far to the front, so that there is a space between me and the bra. I'm thinking that a 28E in this particular bra may do it for me, and I will make an attempt to exchange it. However, I'm a little afraid the wire will be too tight because it is the perfect size right now. I would just go with my normal 30E, but I feel I will have to wear it on the tightest hook, which either shortens the life of my bra or I have to take it in at the hooks. I refuse to pay $60 for a bra and still have to do that.

Freya Response: It’s so important to “swoop-and-scoop” the breast tissue forward in front of the under-wire in every bra you put on. This will ensure that all of your breast tissue is in the cup and none is sitting behind the wire, where it does you no good at all. Usually this solves the problem of that ‘space’ between you and the bra. Judging by what you’ve said, I wouldn’t recommend going down in the cup (to a 28E) as the wire spread will probably be too narrow to encompass all of your breast tissue –I think it would be uncomfortable. I usually wear a 30E (DDD) or a 32DD, but in this bra the 30E was not big enough in the cups. I went up to the next size, a 30F, and it fits perfectly. It's a beautiful bra, and it really makes my boobs look great. Kristen from Atlanta, GA

This bra is all about the cleavage. Very comfortable. Very low plunge and very low under the arms. This is one of the only bras I have found that doesn't stick out of my shirt near the armholes when wearing sleeveless tops. My only complaint is that the edges of the cups aren't very seamless and they are visible under many of my jersey tops, but I hope I can get over that. I wish the cups extended a little more because then they are less visible the closer they are to the neckline of the garment. Jessica from Pullman, WA

Love this Bra! Bought it in Nude and Black and plan to buy more. So hard to find a sexy yet hold you in and give you lift bra when you are an all natural 34GG-34H. Great under T-shirts and great with low plunge tops. Best bra that I have found in a very long time if ever that can do all this. A+++++++ Kara

Poor fit. My boobs were spilling out of this! zero support. I love their sports bras, so i had high hopes for an everyday bra. Returned for a refund.

The bra was beautiful but the website indicated that for a better fit to go down a bra size and up a cup size and the bra was way too small. It is difficult to buy online for my size and when directions are not accurate it is a waste of time and now money having to ship it back susan

Very supportive, pretty bra! I really need bras that have serious lift and support and this one does the trick beautifully. Will be buying more. A note on my fit in this style: In this bra, I went down a band size to a 38 and up a cup size to an F. Typically I am a 40DD in other brands. This is the third of these that I have purchased. Now I have all three colors, and they're the only bras I wear. I didn't really love it at first, but after wearing them a while I really like them. It digs in a little bit on my sides, but I prefer that over having it be too loose and ride up in the back. They're really the only bra that I have found that comes in a cup size big enough so that I'm not spilling out everywhere. And they're supportive and don't make me feel saggy. The other reviewers weren't kidding about the lift and cleavage! Considering the style (low cut cups and farther apart straps) it is actually quite supportive. But be ware: this is a very sexy bra so if you're more modest this one won't work for every day use. I have to admit that I'm still feeling a little self conscious when I wear it as I am very aware of the low cut and the bouncing this produces. I took the fit advice and ordered a 32E instead of my usual 34DD. I have to wear this bra on the very widest setting but I think it was a good move as the elastic will relax over time. This is my new favorite bra. I have a difficult time finding bras that fit because my chest is narrow. Many bras, especially Le Mystere Tisha types, have the cups too far apart. I also have the common problem of asymmetry there is enough padding to make up the difference in the smaller breast, but not too much to affect the larger. I absolutely love this bra. When I first tried it on the fit was amazing. I had never had a bra fit so well. I have lost a bit of weight since then, so the cups are a bit too big and gape at the top. Even with the cups now being too big, it still has great support. I am a nanny, and play just as rough as my kids do. When wearing this bra I never feel like I am too bouncy or that I'll fall out of the cups. I plan on buying this bra in a 28DD, I'm hoping it will fit just as great as the 28E did before. I was fitted with this bra at a specialty bra shop in Tulsa, and I JUST LOVE IT!! (apparently this shop could not get anymore of these bras...) For me, the difference in this Freya as a 36F vs. a 38 DD Olga, etc... is that the cups fit my breasts, and do not seem too big around the arms (gaping, etc...) I feel for a shorter person (I'm 5'1"), and heavier chested (like myself) this brand seems to fit the best...and I have tried many, many styles AND brands.
