You will definitely need to go down in band size for this one, but not cup size. Order your "sister size" in a smaller band. I am normally a 32F (UK size) so I ordered a 30FF and the fit was spot on. Unfortunately this bra just did not quite do it for me. The seaming in the 3 part cup could be seen through my tops/cotton tees, also the straps were a little too wide set for my frame. The center underwire also came up a little to high for my liking. I would have to agree that this is more along the lines of a full coverage than a plunge. I decided to return it.

Tomima's tip about the band and cup running large for GG+ sizes was spot on. I normally wear a 34GG, but I ordered a 32GG in this and it was perfect. My underbust measures 33", but this 32 band was actually quite roomy (I could wear it on the tightest hook if I wanted). This is the perfect everyday bra without being too boring. The straps are wide and soft, and the cups don't dig under my armpits. Also, the shape is nice -- uplifted, separated, and up-front (no east/west look). I also like how there's an extra bit of boning on the sides for support as well. The cups are lined, so you don't feel the lace against your skin. In the cup size I ordered, it feels more like a full coverage bra than plunge, but it's not so much coverage that you can't wear a v-neck shirt (it just doesn't create nice cleavage like my Freya Deco). All in all, I am very pleased so far and will order more. Natalie from USA

I don't understand why this bra is so scratchy. I always buy Freya brand, but for some reason this bra is terribly itchy. Not the usual quality of Freya

A little less lace and different fabrication should make for a more comfortable bra – I’ve worked with it extensively and it’s very silky! Alternatively, try dropping your brand new bras in a sink full of water and some water-based delicates wash, (nothing petroleum based like Tide or Woolite,) for about half an hour in case they feel starchy right out of the box and they will soften up significantly. For some reason this bra is scratchy against my skin. I never have a problem with Freya products usually, but this one is itchy!

Sometimes you just need a plain white bra, so I ordered this one in the same size and cut as other Freya bras that I have. Yet, this was bigger in every way. The band was bigger than others of the same size, the cups were bigger, and it was not a plunge style as advertised (the wire frame in the middle came up much higher). Anyways, I returned it.

This bra fits great. It stays in place all day while being cute! It is a little more full coverage than I expected, or than other Freya plunge bras I have bought in the past which makes it hard to wear with some of my lower scoop neck shirts. I liked the bra's look and style. It seemed to be comfortable, too. However, for some reasons this particular model of Freya's bras is different as far as band size. While I had size 28 the band seemed bigger, and if there was a size 26 I would have ordered one. It is strange because all other Freay's bras of size 28 are smaller. This bra gives super support and lift. The circumference around the ribcage is snug at first, but with wear it becomes very comfortable. Beautiful bra. Not quite the right fit for me. I love the Freya Pollyanna, this bra has a similar fit but even more generous in band. Note there are 3 hooks, at least in HH size. Kathy from UT

I have worn the Freya brand bras since I found them at a local department store. Each time I have tried a different brand I was not as satisfied or as comfortable as I was in the Freya bra. Tha was until I bought this bra. The straps fall down all the time, it is uncomfortable and itches. It is my last resort bra. The one I wear when I have no alternatives.

I recently went to the Very Expensive New Bra-Fitters, and they told me that I would always have to have my bras altered, because they just don't come in 28s in the US. Well, ta-da! They do at HerRoom! It turns out, I actually needed a 28FF instead of a 28G, but the exchange was simple and the bra is perfect. Freya Response: We find that very often it’s the size and not the style which doesn’t work. Every brand fits differently, so it’s important to be flexible about your size. 4101 is constructed to go up to a J-cup (!) so we use fabrications which will give you that ultimate support. But even the best bra in the world can’t do the job if it’s the wrong size! It sounds as if you need to go down in the band, and up in the cup. This is one of the best and most durable bras I've purchased from the site (or ever, for that matter). It's comfortable although I do have some problem if I wear it when driving for long hours on end. That's more my issue than any problem with the bra. I do not give it special care. I wash it in the machine on gentle and hang to dry. That's it. It give great support and the straps do not dig into my shoulders. This is the second one I bought. I bought it not because the first one wore out, but because another bra gave up the ghost, and I needed another. I also like that it comes in white. A white bra that fits me is not easy to find.
