Freya Response: We recommend trying our Freya Lyla Underwire Plunge Balcony Bra AA4301 for your next plunge option. It offers a modern, rounded silhouette in a lighter weight fabrication and is personally one of my favorite true plunge bras we offer. We hope you continue to find Freya bras you love on HerRoom. Thank you for the helpful feedback! Rachel
Freya Response: Jessie, try Freya Lacey Full-Busted Underwire Plunge Bra AA4791. A little less lace and different fabrication should make for a more comfortable bra – I’ve worked with it extensively and it’s very silky! Alternatively, try dropping your brand new bras in a sink full of water and some water-based delicates wash, (nothing petroleum based like Tide or Woolite,) for about half an hour in case they feel starchy right out of the box and they will soften up significantly. Freya Response: Jessie, try letting the bra soak in water with some lingerie wash (anything that’s not petroleum-based) before wearing next. Sometimes bras can feel stiff or starchy straight out of the box, so I always give mine a bath before wearing the first time! JessieB from Michigan
Vendor Response: You’re correct Diane, I’ve found Fre 4101 runs a band and a cup size larger than our other styles in sizes GG-J. If you’re longing for a white bra, you might like our Pollyanna Freya bra 5922 which sports a very subtle print, but the overall effect is white. Diane from Los Gatos, CA
Freya Response: It is possible the straps are falling down because the band is too big. You might need a 34 band. The Jolie bra has been a great style for us, sorry it did not work for you.The new Freya 4201 Faye is very soft and comfortable. You might want to try this one! Sherry from Edmond, OK, USA
Freya Response: We find that very often it’s the size and not the style which doesn’t work. Every brand fits differently, so it’s important to be flexible about your size. 4101 is constructed to go up to a J-cup (!) so we use fabrications which will give you that ultimate support. But even the best bra in the world can’t do the job if it’s the wrong size! It sounds as if you need to go down in the band, and up in the cup. In fact, don’t be afraid to go up several cup sizes –as much as you need –for that perfect fit. Please refer to Tomima’s 3 Steps to a Fabulous Fit to help. jane from bellingham, wa
