Excellent support and comfort. As with all sports bras, the shape is not all that flattering (but better than most!) It gets the job done without discomfort associated with other sports bras I have tried. I bought 2 more because I like to wear them at home when I am doing yard work and other heavy chores. Everything is great about this bra...Except that even though it is in the same size as the other bras I recently bought (which fit great) I am getting major spillage out the sides of the cup. I don't know if I will keep it because it will do its job, but it doesn't look good because of the spillage and doesn't feel too great because of that either. I don't know why this happened :(

Freya Response: It’s difficult to comment as I don’t know which other bras you bought. If you are willing to try an under-wire bra, you could try Freya 4002: The cups run slightly larger. If you need a still bigger cup, you might try our Elomi Sports Bra 8040 which gives wonderful support and goes to a J-cup! A from Orlando, FL

I have a hard time finding sports bras because of my size. This one fits and is comfortable. I have done yoga and bike riding and elliptical and weight lifting in it. No problems. Not sure how it would perform in high impact. But I don't do that because of previous injures. Anyway only complaint is it does make me look pointy. But once I put on my workout clothes you really don't notice it. I would recommend it for large chested women. Liz from Chicago IL USA

Made very well. The website viewing displayed the support I was seeking. However, the bust/cups were too wide. If a smaller size is available, I would be interested. tmf from nebraska

This is the most supportive sports bra ever.....I bought it for tennis but find myself wearing it daily because it is so comfortable..... Wish you would consider a racerback bra with this much support and comfort.... Diann from Atlanta

I found this bra to be very supportive during my workout. I gave this bra an average rating because I don't find it very comfortable and the bra gives my breasts a torpedo shape, which can look really odd under my workout clothes. Denise from Tupelo, MS USA

I can jog in this bra which is a plus. However, I would like the bra to be a little lower in front to wear with my v neck shirts. I also have some ' back fat ' issues that show up under the arm pits. Is there another bra I should try?

Freya Response: I would recommend Freya 4002, our under-wire version. It’s cut a bit lower in the front and it’s very supportive! “Back fat” is usually more noticeable when the band rides up taking the tissue with it and pushing it under the arms. Make sure the band is nice and snug, and is worn straight across the back (or parallel to the floor) which will minimize this problem. It’s very tempting to want to go up in band size, but this only makes it worse as the band will inch up, creating more of the “back fat” thing, and also compromising support of the breasts. Remember: Band down breasts up! Judy from NC

This was the first Freya sports bra that I purchased. I got such a good fit with my other Freya bras and I was tired of having sports bras that create a "uniboob" look and do not support me very well. I decided to order my usual size in Freya after reading the reviews, and I am glad I did. The bra is very comfortable and supportive, and it works well for my workouts (I don't do a lot of running, but it's great for other activities and I'm sure if I ran I would not have a lot of bouncing!). I used to have trouble fitting a sports bra because I have a pretty small ribcage but am not flat chested. I appreciate being able to find a well fitting sports bra in my bra size, instead of the generic sizing most sports bras have. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because there is a seam running along the middle of the cups that is visible under a fitted shirt like I would wear to work out in. Great bra. Wasn't sure it would hold up the girls, but I watched the bounce test video and gave it a try. It really does keep your breasts from bouncing. Very comfortable and great material. tamara from rsm, ca

This bra squishes you in and holds you tight so that you can feel secure while doing your exercise routines, but this bra is not for long-term all day wear. I was excited about having a new bra, that fits, and have worn it for 8+ hours and by the end of the day it starts to kind of hurt, right under the breasts and around the ribs. Maybe this is because its a sports bra, and its just not meant to be worn so long, or maybe its just because I am not use to having a bra that fits tightly enough to keep me from slipping out the bottom. I do like it though, and am ready to start trying to exercise again. Halee from Arkansas

I am so very happy with this bra. I never new that I could have support while I ran and had giving up running. Then I decided to participate in a triathlon in June and knew I needed to figure out the support situation. This bra supports me and allows me to run, I still bounce, but wasn't expecting a miracle, I'm happy that I have NO pain when I'm done. Kiera from Redding, CA

This bra is a great sport bra. The unfortunate part is that I wear it as a daily bra because I can't find anything to fit me that is NOT underwire. I have to resort to nursing bras, which aren't always underwire. This bra is super with great support. The only flaw about wearing it ALL the time is that I'm limited to high neck lines. I can't wear scoop neck or v-neck lines. I'd love to see someone put out a great NON-underwire for those of us who really need support and cannot take the digging in of underwire, and I've tried them all! If your breast don't stay up on their own, something has to keep them up and underwire digs if you are in need of a LOT of support. All in all, I do love this bra. If you need support just while being very active it's terrific and if you just want great support without the wires, this bra is for you. Size for me was exact, I didn't have to go up or down from my actual size, though know that varies with bodies and such. This bra gets an A+ from me. Teresa from Oregon

I like the concept of this bra a LOT...BUT the cup sizes are very generous. Many 32C's in other brands are a little snug on me, but this one was too roomy. And since it relies on encapsulation alone for the support, this was not good. I will say that I was happy that the band fit very snugly....many 32 bands are not tight enough for high support/jogging, but this one was. dk from ohio

This bra did not provide nearly enough support for me while running. The fit was true to size, but did not seem to lessen the bouncing any more than other less expensive sports bras I've tried. A couple of sports bras that have worked for me in the past are made by Champion, at a fraction of the price. MandieK from St Paul, MN

I am a lactating size 32G (32F European sizing), and this bra comes as close to eliminating bounce as I think is possible. I've always hated running, but being in the military, it's something I have to do. This bra makes running more comfortable and the lift, support, and weight redistribution makes it easier for me to keep my breath. I will definitely be buying another. If you wear a normal bra size, then a less expensive sports bra will probably be fine for you. But if you're busting and bouncing out of your Jogbra, then this is worth every penny. Best bra I've ever worn! It may not eliminate all bounce all the time, but it does act as a shock absorber so when they do bounce, it's not super-painful and I don't feel like I'm about to cause an earthquake. Carrie from Prescott, AZ

I do not doubt that this gives firm support. It seemed to be a little small both in the size of the band and in the cup side. Tibbs from McLean, VA USA

I am typically a 34G US, so I had to get a larger size 34I US. The sizes run a little small, actually, 2 sizes difference, but the girls aren't really moving at all and I love that! Wonderful bra if you are looking for one without an under wire. KChan from California

This is the first sports bra I have ever had that FITS, and fits comfortably! I can do anything in this bra, from basic cardio to tennis. There is so little jiggling, which is great as I would get chest aches from all the weight on it. I am very impressed with this bra. I will say that it does make the tata's look a little pointy, but that is not a huge concern as I am only wearing it when I am sweaty and gross anyway. Deirdre from Chicago, IL, USA

great sports bra! i didnt have much hope to find a sports bra that would support my 34ddd size (and they are heavy since i am breastfeeding my daughter) for a high impact workout - but this bra was well worth the money! plus, it looks GOOD under my clothes! g nelson from nj, usa

This item fits very well, excellent support, but do NOT go by the size chart, order your normal size or at the very most ONE size smaller. Other than that the bra is exactly what I wanted Ashley from Hampton, VA USA

I. LOVE. THIS. BRA. I ordered several sizes to make sure I could get a good fit (HerRoom.com has an excellent return policy and customer service!), and ended up deciding on the 38H UK/38K US. Make sure you note the difference between UK and US sizing... This bra is so comfortable...the padded straps are great, and I'm even able to wear it jogging with hardly any bouncing (that's really saying something for my "girls")! I feel very secure in this bra, which allows me to put everything I have into my workouts. Erin from Pittsburgh, PA
