I have very large breasts and I need support or I tend to sag. This bra allowed plenty of room but did not offer any support. I am returning the bra and am going to get nursing bras with underwires.

Freya Response: Beth, we're sorry this Freya nursing bra didn't work out for you. We can recommend an underwire nursing bra from our sister company, Elomi, Smoothing Molded Nursing Bra EL3912 that had the added benefit of a completely seam-free cup in a similar supportive, non-stretch fabrication to your Freya bra. Thanks for trying! Beth from Iowa

I've been wearing this bra for years and love it. My only complaint is that it needs to be sold in more colors. Like nude or white, Please. I've worn it nursing and keep using it when i'm not. It's great both way's Heather from Nampa,Id

Fits great. Easy latches. Not as much support as I would like, but no real complaints for an unstructured, wireless bra. Really comfortable. Anya from ypsilanti

It's hard to find a nursing bra (or any bra) in this size so I was glad to find this one. There are two downfalls to this bra: 1 - almost impossible to rehook the cups one-handed, 2 - bra gives you perky cone-shapped boobs (think Madonna in the 80s). Other than that, great bra! Tarah

This is a great bra. Even with a bigger cup size, it gives plenty of support without underwire and it's easy to undo for a feeding. Finding the right size can be difficult. Even with the general and brand specific sizing information, I would have trouble finding the right size - I ended up buying a different size (and am very happy about this) than recommended based on the web site's information, because I have worn bra's of this brand before and was fitted by a professional for previous purchases of the same brand. This is the only bra I found that truly fits--Freya has allowed me to nurse for 19 months and counting without issue! Submitted from TheUndies.com

It didn't fit properly. I used the online tutorial to measure my new bra size and it was way off. However, even with the appropriate size (36G instead of 38E) I've decided I prefer underwire and this bra has none.

Freya Response: You might try the Elomi nursing bra style Elomi 3912. It has a wire and gives great support and fits super well. Very popular style for nursing bra. Crystal from Dallas, TX

The worst bra i ever bought. do not provide good lift and the fabric quality is very cheap, very uncomfortable bra way too expensive.

Freya Response: We designed this bra using non-stretch fabrication to prevent all bounce, as it can be so painful when breasts are ultra-tender. It could be you purchased the wrong size. Unfortunately, even the best bra in the world can be horribly uncomfortable, and won’t be able to do the job (lift and support the breasts) if it’s an incorrect size. BNIA from Byville

I like this bra more than any of the other bras that I have tried so far. It actually supports my breasts which is more than I can say for all the other bras that I have tried so far. My only complaint is that they don't last very long, and they lose their support quickly. My breasts have a great shape under them when I first buy them, but within 2-3 months they start to sag and the elastic also gives out. For the price, I would expect it to be more durable. This is a great nursing bra. Not only is it the prettiest one I have found in my size, but the fit is great, too. Originally a 34DD before pregnancy, I have lots of trouble finding nursing bras in general. Never can find a pretty one. I had to put a strap extender in the back because my rib cage has expanded due to third trimester, and might have been more comfortable with a 36 overall, but I was so excited about having a pretty bra that I didn't want to send it back and wait again. I am probably going to order another one I love it so much! Tricia from Frisco, TX

This bra supports better than any nursing bra I've tried so far. None of the materials in this bra are too stretchy, so the support is pretty firm and there is no bouncing. The straps are very adjustable. I got used to the bra being a little more pointy and I think it got less so over time. I really like this bra! My one complaint though is that the material gave me body odor and is not a good summer nursing bra. I didn't have it long enough in the winter to know if it would be ok in cooler weather. I would recommend ordering a band size down. Kelsey from Billings, MT

Very pretty, comfortable bra. Love the way it shapes my girls. I have two of these and wish I had more. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's so pricey. Other than that, it's a great bra. I'm very satisfied and I plan to wear them well after I'm done nursing. DD from San Francisco

It absolutely boggles my mind as to why the reviewers refer to this bra as a "high-quality product". I am generally a fan of Freya lingerie line but this nursing bra, in my opinion, requires a lot of improvement. The bra itself creates a very cheap impression with blatant polyester all over. And, naturally, with it mostly consisting of polyester it feels suffocating against one's skin. Also, considering my cup size, it did create this "torpedo breasts" impression. They say that, somehow, the cups are molded- well, they aren't. Looks, once again, like a cheap and flimsy, not very durable and not very predictably behaving material.

So, I just ended up ordering a cheaper nursing bra, which contained cotton, turned out to be a better fit, better support and, actually, looked far more sensually than this one.

I really don't think the quality and the less-than-intricate design of this given bra are worth the money.

Freya Response: It’s difficult to comment without seeing the bra on you. Very often we get a ‘torpedo’-look when the cups are too small and they force the breast tissue (in a too small space) forward. We chose a simplex fabric for the cups because it provides comfortable, yet firm support. (Bouncing is so painful when you’re nursing!) Nina from Canada

I love the fact that this bra is not made out of cotton. So many nursing bra manufacturers make nursing bras out of cotton which gives NO support and retains moisture - both bad for a nursing mom. I also love that this bra comes in my size - big bonus. The cups are smooth and not irritating. The support is pretty good. My biggest complaint is the sides of the cup go up so high under my arms that it chafes. By the end of the day I have to take the bra off because the undersides of my arms are irritated. I understand that with such a large cup size this can happen, but it prevents me from giving it 5 stars. Paula from NY, USA

I found this bra to be built well, as all I find all Freya bras and swimsuits to be, but the fit just wasn't right for me. I can definitely see it work for someone with average size breasts but not for someone who is very endowed. I thought it was very cute when it arrived, but when I tried it on I found it gave me 1950's style torpedo breasts and it just didn't have the support that a girl with GG cups needs (I find an under wire works best for me). Also, while I really like Freya products (especially swim suits!), I've found that the cups run about 2 cup sizes smaller than the provided chart actually says. I would suggest to anyone who has a hard time finding a cup large enough and is interested in a Freya product, to order at least one or two cup sizes larger than they think they'll need. It will save you a lot of time and the hassle of having to exchange or return the product. Overall, it seemed like a really nice, quality product, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone with really large breasts.

Freya Response: So sorry this bra didn’t work for you, I do understand preferring an under-wire if the breasts are very heavy. Most of our “Freya-Girl” nursing Mums like a soft cup, so Freya doesn’t make an under-wire nursing bra. As far as our swimsuits are concerned, our fit is very “specific” –particularly in an under-wire top –as the wires have to be in exactly the right place for comfort and ultimate support. If you are used to wearing American brand products which are more perhaps “forgiving” and tend to be cut more generously, you might find yourself wearing a larger cup size in a British brand. We always tell women not to be afraid of going up in the cup, as generally they’ll be wearing their cups too small to begin with. Erica from Ohio

It's very attractive for a maternity bra, but it does not have a standard 38DD fit and it's not comfortable. Sending it back.

Freya Response: Every brand has its own distinctive fit. You didn’t mention if the bra was too big, or too small for: Simply stated, if you aren't in the correct size, yes, it would be uncomfortable. Sharla from Fort Lauderdale Florida USA

This bra was a lot cuter in the picture on the model then in my size. It also ran on the bigger side. I haven't tried any other bras from this brand but I usually wear a 36G and this one was too big. Also I think I'm just used to wearing under wire and this just didn't cut it.

Freya Response: You don't mention if you are nursing, as 2034 is a nursing bra and therefore offers more coverage…If you ordinarily wears a 36G in US sizing, then you would wear a 36F in our UK sizing, which would explain the fullness of the bra. If you are accustomed to wearing an under-wire, a soft cup bra can feel very “loosey-goosey”. Also, when we have an under-wire helping with support we don’t have to rely on full coverage for support, we can make the bra more plungy, and very sexy! Megan from Nebraska

The fit is good, and the bra itself very cute. Unfortunately the elastic on the bottom was a bit narrow, and on me the edges of the elastic dug in.

Freya Response: The elastic will soften as the bra is washed, and using fabric softener helps a lot too. Hermione from Seattle, WA, USA

I like this bra a lot. It's pretty and supportive. However, I think I may be in the wrong size, because the back keeps riding up. I followed the chart (I normally wear a 38 G) so I'm not sure what the problem is. I've washed and worn it, so I'll keep working with it but may re-consider if I bought another one. As some reviewers commented, the inner sling does roll a bit, but this didn't bother me. I like the stiffer fabric of the cups, it feels very supportive. I wish it came in other colors, as it's unwearable under several of my light-colored tops. At any rate, it's a nice silhouette, and my husband actually made very positive comments, unlike one reviewer!

Freya Response: If the back rides up, the band is too big. It’s so important to have a firm band for the extra support you need while nursing! If the cup fits in a 38G, try a 36GG. Heather from Ypsilanti,MI USA

The 30DD is a fit for me in other nursing bra's, but this one was too big in the cup and the material did not seem like it would be very comfortable. I returned it and exchanged it for another brand. The item took a month to get to me and then didn't fit, therefore I was disappointed. Customer service was friendly though.

HerRoom Response: You have a rather unique and uncommon size. WE did our best to get your size to you as soon as the manufacaturer had it in stock.

Freya Response: Try a smaller cup (30D). We use quite a firm fabric so the breasts can be nicely supported throughout the nursing process, when the breasts are heavier and very often painful. The fabric does of course soften as the bra is washed. Stacy

This is a really pretty bra and is one of the sexier nursing bras I own. There were two things I didn't really like about it though. First the cup support thing at the top of the breast rolls up and doesn't give much support and second there is no stretch in the material so there's no give in the cup making it a pain for nursing, but great for lift. Third time's a charm! I ordered this bra initially in traditional sizing first (36H--I'm between 34/36) before I realized that Freya sizes their bras in UK sizes. Then, the third bra that I tried, at 12 weeks postpartum, fits well with 34 band size. The cups are a little pointy, but certainly perky. Since I've had such a hard time finding a nursing bra that fits, I'm keeping this one, and looking forward to shopping for Freya swimwear come summer! Jessie from Tucson, AZ

I'm puzzled with the way this bra is constructed. The frame of the cup (around the top and side of this breast) is a completely different color (peach, as shown in picture) and is also a completely different fabric than the cup. I found that upon trying it on, the frame was prone to rolling up (perhaps I need a larger cup size?) and this fabric wrinkle was noticeable under a t-shirt. Also, maybe because I have a strong preference for seamless bras - but I did find the cup to be a bit too pointy. I am giving an extra star because did feel supported in it. However, it's going back! This bra is fantastic! I must say for a non-underwire bra, the support is amazing. There is no pointy boob effect as another reviewer wrote and it truly keeps the girls up! This came as a total surprise for me since I am a die-hard underwire devotee. I will definitely be getting more! Danielle from Virginia
