I find Freya bras run big in the band. In most bras I'm a 32DD, in Freya I am almost always a 30, sometimes an E, sometimes a DD. In this one I went with a 30E and it fits well. I like that this bra is a little padded, provides supports. It is more of a balconet style, which I like. Good purchase, Freya is great once you figure out their fit. Michelle from Chicago, IL

Comfortable bra that gives a natural, rounded shape. Cups are quite shallow so it gives a bit of quad-boob if you are fuller on top. It may help to size up in the cup. The vertical seaming on the cups does show a little through thinner shirts but isn't too terrible. Padding is light and doesn't add much bulk and, unlike molded foam cup bras, this one can be folded and put in drawer without denting it out of shape. Wires don't come up too high in the underarm area, which is great if you have a short torso and your breasts are higher on your chest. This is one of the few bras I own that doesn't poke and chafe my underarms. Overall, this is a cute and supportive bra that works nicely for everyday wear. MJ from Wisconsin, USA

One of the few bras with supportive panels that don't show through clothing, but comfortable, even with all the artillery. Submitted from TheUndies.com

My size is difficult, especially as I have a narrow ribcage and narrow gore, but this bra is my new holy grail undergarment. Very supportive, wears without ever digging into my shoulders (for once.) The lace detailing along the top of the cups is actually flattering, helpful, and not at all visible in any of my t-shirts. I was concerned when it first arrived that the material was scratchy in the straps, but just washing took the irritation out of them for me. I would follow the advice about shallow cups: I went up to a 30FF for this bra, but usually wear a 30F. This gave me a perfect fit, but just. If you are on the fuller end of your cup size, I would go the full cup up. I didn't change the band size, but again, if you are on that edge, you may want to consider it. Lizzie from Charlotte/NC/USA

This was a very cute bra! I'm not full on top, so there was a little gaping at the top of the cup for me. The lace tended not to lay flat. I could have possibly sized down in this one, but ultimately I think molded bras like this are not the best choice unless your breasts really are full on top. Erica from Brooklyn

Oh boy is this bra cute! I think this is a really great bra for summer cause of the lightweight fabrics used, the padding is very light and flexible,it will mold to your body pretty well. I grew a cup size and could no longer wear it,I would say this bra is best if your breasts are more self supporting, firm,or on the smaller size due to the shoulder straps start to dig in when your boobs are heavier. If you have sewing skills replacing the straps may fix this. :) Jennifer from US

Love that Freya bras have long straps! I followed the guide and ordered a size up. The band fits perfectly but the cups were still a little low (nipples popped out every time I bent over). But overall, a good bra. Angela from FL

Lots of natural lift, resulting an addictive perk. This is my favorite bra ever! The "padding" is more like a nice thin lining that keeps your hardened nipples from showing through your sweater. The shoulder straps help with lift. Nice snug fit without the fear of that armpit fat look. Amanda from Lakewood, WA

I love this bra! It is supportive while still attractive and comfortable enough to wear all day. The seams do show under lightweight shirts, but I usually wear a camisole under my shirts, so that's not a major problem for me. As the fitter's note mentions, the cups are shallow - it hasn't been a problem, but I'll be careful if I bend over in a low-cut shirt. Jessie from DC

Really cute bra. The straps are a bit stiff where they connect to the cup and tend to cut into your armpits by day's end (reason for only 4 stars) but I liked that this cup is shallow per the HR Advisor's comment which is perfect for me. I have implants but they are due to reconstruction after BC not augmentation and so I have the typical 'hamburger bun' cup shape. You can see the seams of this bra under a lighter knit garment but not under a more substantial ponte knit. Balconnette from New Enland, USA

Beautiful bra, cups fit perfectly and it feels awesome on my body. Perfect mix of function and sexiness. The straps are too long for me and the band size runs too large, as I am normally a 32f. Buy one size down and you will love this bra Brenda from Rockford Illinois

Really love this bra. I find it is more comfortable for me than the Deco, and I wear 1 cup size smaller than I do in Deco since the cups are not stiff padded. Only downside is that after a while of wear sometimes the cups fall down a little at the bottom under the breast. Jen from Delaware

Really cute bra. I wear 30FF in all Freya bras, Deco, Arabella, underwire sports bra, and this half cup fits like a glove too. The padding is really minimal, just modesty padding really. Just know that the seams definitely show through in a tight t-shirt. Bra Lover from MD

The under-wires press down really hard on my chest bone between my breasts. While this is my size, I could not fill up the cup. Runs slightly large. Does not look like picture and uncomfortable.

Freya Response: Jessica, most Freya bras are constructed with more depth in the cups than other brands in the same size. This may explain why the cup was gapping on your body. If you can size down in the cup without the underwire resting on your breast tissue near your underarm, we recommend trying a 30D. This may also relieve some of the pressure of the center gore resting on your chest wall. Jessica from Warner Robins, GA USA

Before I knew I was more of a 28FF, I got this in a 30E from a department store. The fit used to be what I thought was nice, but I guess my breasts weren't quite done growing, so now they overflow the cups. That aside, this is definitely not invisible under most shirts. I usually wear a thin tank with this under shirts to kind of hide it, but the designing of the top edge of the cup still shows through. Used to be very comfortable, before I grew a little. Beautiful bra! I had to exchange for a larger cup, but was disappointed with the lack of support and lift. It fit well and was comfortable, but it made my chest look larger which I didn't appreciate. I was disappointed to return this one.

Freya Response: Sarah, we’re glad you liked the look and feel of our Freya "Patsy"! Any padded bra is susceptible to making your chest appear larger, however we included seaming in this padded style to give it structure to hopefully mitigate this effect. We recommend trying our Freya Patsy Underwire Plunge Balcony Bra AA1221 for a similar look without the padding. Thank you for the feedback and thanks for wearing Freya! Sarah

I put this bra on as soon as it came in the mail and I have worn it everyday since. It provides nice shape and is a sexy style. The reason I gave it a four stars rather than a five is because I think the bra could be sturdier in the straps and in the back clasp. The back clasp has only two hooks and the straps are thin. The thin look is cuter, but I feel like they could have made the material more thick, even if it was thin. But, like I said, I am wearing it and it works great. Newmom from St. Marys, GA
