So the fit was great, but I like using bralettes under blouses and sheer tops for more comfort and coverage than a bra. This was beautiful, but I definitely cannot keep it because I bought the white and it is totally see through... so not appropriate for anything. Paige

Unfortunately, this bra did not work for me. Even to be used as a lounge-type bra, it just didn't provide enough support for my older, now-sagging breasts. I do think it would work for someone with large but more rounder or firmer breasts that still have some lift of their own. In order to get more lift, I had to shorten the straps well beyond comfort, and even that didn't do quite enough. I think I will have to be satisfied with finding as soft/comfortable an underwire as possible. It is pretty and has potential for someone with a slightly different shape.

Freya Response: We suggest trying a style from our sister brand, Goddess GD6911. This is also a wirefree style and should provide the support, lift and comfort you are looking for. Marnie73 from Houston, TX

While the bralette itself is pretty, I found that it didn't fit my breast shape well. While the band fit perfectly fine, the "cups" gave a noticeable bulge or indentation (top breast area) where the main fabric ends and the lace begins. I assume they call it the "spillage" issue. Basically the lace wasn't able to lie flat due to it causing the odd appearance. Also, it does take some maneuvering to get into while trying not to puncture into the lace design. This may be something to keep in mind if one is thinking about purchasing this item. Tidbit: I normally wear a 32 FF in the Freya sizes and from the size guide picked a medium. Renay from Virginia

A little tricky to pull on over your head, but very comfy and supportive! I highly recommend for those of us who think the way we're built requires more than a bralette. k from CA

This is very pretty, but it doesn't have a back closure nor is it very stretchy. I have flexible shoulders, but I feel like I almost dislocated one trying to get into it. Getting back out is similarly problematic.

HerRoom Response: We are sorry you experienced this issue, but the band has to be tight to a certain extent for the bra to provide enough support for larger breasts. We suggest trying this Wacoal style 811205 that does have the hook in the back. Jacqueline from USA

This bralette was pretty, but it didn't fit me at all. I'm a 28-30 D3, and the size small band was way too large while the cups were too small...the typical problem for bralettes. This would've been a great sleeping/lounging bra if it had come close to fitting.

HerRoom Response: We can definitely relate. We suggest trying this Cobbie style 9042. This lace at the top will provide more coverage and a feminine detail. The band is wide enough that it will hug your small frame. SB from Oregon, USA

This garment was neither comfortable nor cute. When I ordered, I noticed the sizing was standardized "S/M/L" and that should have a warning flag. Here are my main complaints with this piece: 1) The band doesn't have much flexibility. When you have large breasts (I usually wear a 34FF or G in Freya), you need stability from both the bottom and top. While this band ultimately fit well once it was on, it was an uncomfortable squeeze to get over my head and breasts. Any movement also translated into somewhat awkward pulling around the lower shoulder blades from the material's lack of give. 2) Why oh why is there a bow smack in the middle of the front of this thing?? I thought, okay, I look a little flattened but I'll try it with a t-shirt. Perhaps a solution for under those frustrating button-up shirts. Alas, no. The little bow shows right through as an unpleasant shape right in the middle of my boobs under my shirt. So this garment is not made for wearing under shirts you need any kind of decent front silhouette with, which makes me thing it's pretty much just lingerie. But it's fairly difficult to get out of, having no clasps or connections and very little give, so I had to bend over to shimmy out of it. Bleh. A good idea but not a keeper. Maybe women with smaller breasts will have better luck, but this is definitely not the solution I was so hoping it might be.

HerRoom Response: Sorry this style disappointed you, but for an everyday t-shirt bra we suggest a more constructed style like Freya Idol AA1050. Also if bows aren't your thing, which they aren't for everyone, they can easily be removed. Sue from San Francisco, CA USA

This bralette offered no support at all! For cups A and B I am certain it would get a 5 rating but for a C a 3!

HerRoom Response: This bralette is designed for D+ busts. We offer a full line of Bralettes for sizes under a D. Shirley from North Carolina

The best bralette I have ever worn. No, it is not a 5 star bra, but as bralettes go it's excellent. It's comfortable and beautiful, and I found easily put on. For me the clincher was that it looked good on my 32F bust and didn't give me a unibreast. Mary from Oregon

I am a 32 (D4) in bliss over having a casual bralette/sleeping bra that looks and feels fantastic. I had given up hope of ever having such a bra, and was dubious when I took my order out of the package. But, I had a nice shape and comfort when I tried it on. The garment has the quality of fabric and detail I assoc. with Freya. A definite staple in my wardrobe. Mary from Oregon

I am a 30(D4) and I have never been able to find a bralette that actually worked. The band would always roll and I would just be busting out everywhere. But this bralette is magic! Obviously the support is not comparable to actual bra because it's not, but the band doesn't roll and the fit is surprisingly nice. Felicia from Dallas
