I just bought this about a week ago. My waist is 35", I bought the 2xl, and found it didn't "pull me in" enough, so I exchanged it for the xl, which was much better. Overall, I love it! I'm 5'9" so I thought a long torso item would work on me but it's actually too long. This item would be fantastic if it were available in a regular or short torso size. The boning digs into my ribcage when I sit down. KL from New York, New York

This is not one of your cheap waist nippers. The elastic is strong and ample. The hooks work well. I have heard complaints about the waist nipper rolling and folding over when one bends, and yes, it can happen a bit, but it is not that often. One cannot have a garment with a long waist and totally avoid this. If one buys something shorter, it won't do the job. There are always trade offs. I LOVE it! Cme from Somewhere in California
