not what I expected. Needed a very firm garment, this is not and small is to large. Sorry to be so negative but you asked and since I had to wear it a bit to test it .....of course couldn't return. Wish I could find the above.Thanks for asking.

It definitely does the job to suck in your belly fat, however, I am not happy with it. I lost 30 pounds- went from a size XXL to a medium, I read other people's reviews saying that they had to order their undies a size larger because they ran small, so I ordered mine 2 sizes larger, an XL and they are so tight! Every time I slouched they rolled over too. Another big complaint I had about them is that all of my fat above the line where the underwear hit, fell over the waist line hem and gave me terrible muffin tops... I just wanted something to suck in my gut that I didn't lose yet, and even though it did just that, it also did more that I wasn't very pleased with. I would definitely return it but I took the tags off already and wore them around for a day (more like 1/5 day before I got fed up with them and took them off)

Although I haven't worn it out yet, got it for a wedding in January. When I tried it on, I was amazed to discover that it almost totally got rid of that nasty pooch I have unless I'm underweight :) Smooths the tush too. Someone gave me a beautiful dress that is a very straight cut, which I normally can't wear, but when I tried it on with the Ultimate Slimmer Brief it looked fine. It also felt very comfortable, for trying on, can't vouch for all day/all evening wear though. Also liked the price. I ordered the Flexees Take Inches Off Jacquard Hi-Cut Brief Panty 5564 to try it out for more everyday use, hoping I like it cause I like not having a pooch! Liz from New York, NY, USA
