Very tight fitting, needed a 36B although I wear a 34B normally. Comfortable enough, but lower fit than I would like. I returned it for another style.

I bought this bustier for my 14 year old daughter who is 5'3'' and weighs 130lbs. My daughter needed this for her high school Show Choir, we needed something smooth, and she needed to be able to dance in it. So far, so good. We had tried Jezebel's Caress model but this one is better. Although it fit, the boning showed thru and it was too long in the back and rolled up. As for the thickness, the whole front is like a slightly padded bra and unless your dress is skin tight I don't think you will have problems. This one is comfortable. Diane from Wheaton, IL

I love this bustier bra it holds me up beautifully. And it also pulls your waist in giving the perfect hour glass figure when worn with a good girdle. My only complaint is that you can completely see the bottom of the garment under the dresses I tried it on with. This is an update on a review I posted earlier (or at least I think I posted it). I originally ordered this bustier in my bra size, 34B. Despite the fact that I have a relatively slim waist, 27", and a small ribcage for my height, the bustier was so tight that I could not hook it even on the outermost hooks. The bra cups were also too small and too closely spaced. I reordered in a 36B, and the bra cups are the right size. I have to use the outermost set of hooks, but if I do the bra fits comfortably. We'll see if it's still comfortable after wearing it for a whole evening under my cocktail dress. I would have reordered in 38A, though, if they offered this size. A beautiful bra: it's structured enough to do the job of shaping, but it seems like it could be quite comfortable. I say "seems" because my usual size, 34B, was so small that I could not hook it even on the widest set of hooks. The top/bra part also seemed much narrower that the usual 34B cup spacing. The cup size itself did seem OK. I am fairly slender, 34" bust and 27" natural waist, so be forewarned. I sent it back for a larger size, which I hope will work.

I bought this item to wear under my wedding dress. It came quickly in the mail and arrived in good shape. However, the foam was quite thick. It did look smooth but I felt that it added too much bulk and wouldn't be comfortable for my wedding day. Also, the bra part gives a lot of pushup...too much for me and my sweetheart neckline dress. I gave this 4 stars only because it left indents on my sides/ribs where the wire is and left me a little sore. Other than that great push up bra and great for those wearing a strapless wedding gown. I'm a 34 A and I'm 5'8 and i have a long torso...this bra actually covered my stomach and didn't leave bulging love handles like other bustiers. Janna from MA

I had small bruises on both sides of my ribs for a couple of days afterwards, but I think that was to be expected after wearing something like this with a very heavy dress for 15 hours straight. Great! This was by far the most comfortable bustier of the 5+ styles I tried. The key is no boning in the front so it is comfortable when you sit down. I don't need a lot of shaping, but this feels much more secure than a strapless bra and provides just enough smoothing for my love handles to make me more confident in my wedding dress. My dress is stretchy cotton material so this is also one of the only styles that didn't show through due to the smooth front. Jill from NH

I had my wedding gown made by a friend and it ended up being to large on top and was not able to be brought in. This bra fit perfectly and I needed a lot of support and this bra covered perfectly, I did not feel I would have to pull it up all night long. We are sewing the dress to the bra and the bra was so incredibly comfortable! I'm very tall 5'10 and my breasts are augmented so I was worried it wouldn't look right! I tried this exact bra on with my wedding dress in the store but didn't buy it then. Wanted to look for a deal instead. The undergarment ran small in my opinion and was not very comfortable. It has a great shape if you have a low cut front on and could be very slimming. I didn't find it to be very long if you have a long torso though. I did get a good price but it just didn't fit right.

The Bridal store I first went to uses this bra for their clients to try on dresses. That being said I went in a search for this under garment. At the store it gave me a perfect hourglass figure. When I received mine I was happy with the results but I had to send it back. It was uncomfortable on me right under the arm area. I chose this bra specifically because some reviews said it was extremely tight, and my waist is 23.5". I can never find bustier's small enough, but this one is so perfect! I'm only 5'3" with a particularly short torso & a small waist, so this might not be the bra for everyone, but I love it. The cups are very supportive & definitely give a good lift & beautiful shape. This provided absolutely no support. The wires are only on the sides in this bra and it is only foam in the front, which bent and folded under the weight. I had to return this bra.

Felina Response: Sorry this style didn't work for you. It sounds like it might could have been worn a little tighter. Cup size fit very well. Padding is a good amount if you don't have a form-fitting dress. Doesn't have really heavy or strong boning but enough support. Would definitely recommend. Laura from Illinois

Item was great. It fit well (snugly) and was seamless. I was trying it for my wedding dress, which is made of a silk charmeuse (shows every line!) Unfortunately because the corset is quite substantial, there was a big line sticking out under my dress where it ended (just above my hip bone). If you are wearing something made of a fabric that is likely to show if there is a slight bump at the hip, you may want to try something else, but if you're looking for just a seamless corset, this one is great! I really like this bra. This is the second one I ordered from Herroom. I had to send back the first for an exchange b/c it did not fit well. I feel like this bra fits pretty true to size. I have to leave it on the loosest hooks, but that doesn't bother me. It disappears under my wedding dress (and the woman at the bridal store even said that if I leave the last two hooks undone, I won't get the "squish out" on my hips - never even thought to do that). The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the material on the front just under the cups tends to crease and poke out a little. It's not a big deal in my dress because it's so thick, but in a dress with thinner material, it would definitely show through. Erica from Maryland

Although the top bra part fit comfortably, the lower part was too tight and the boning left me very sore after wearing all day...I was still sore the following day and have not worn it again out of fear of pain. It was also nearly impossible to fasten in the back by myself. Granted, I do need to lose weight and inches in my belly, but this was just entirely too tight. I hate that I was disappointed because I really initially liked this one!

Felina Response: This style bustier is a little small through the middle. We have had many comments about that. The designers believe the customer wants a tighter fit to accommodate the special event outer wear one normally wears with this garment - wedding dress, ball gown,etc. One trick is to start at the top with a tighter hook and gradually go to the outside hook as you go down. Of course if you must start on the outside hook at the top then there's no way to loosen it toward the bottom. Pattie from Americus, GA, USA

I think this bra would be great if you're wearing a princess-style dress, for example, or something with a fuller skirt. My dress is rather sleek (sheath-style) and I found that the sides of this bustier stuck out at the waist enough to be visible. Otherwise, the style is great and the shape relatively natural.
